Description

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a King bed in the primary room, Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The entryway offers a bench and hooks for comfort while entering the unit. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with an ice maker and a full-size oven. The appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, single-serve coffee maker, toaster and wine glasses. There is new hardwood flooring in kitchen entryway and dining area, where guests can seat 6 comfortably at the dining table, with a chandelier overhead. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

Past the kitchen is the living room which holds a new Queen sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge on one part, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, baseboard heating as well as new carpet. From the living room is a private balcony overlooking River Run Village from this third floor unit.

The Primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, that can be tucked away in the armoire and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a separate vanity area with double sinks. The bedroom also has new carpet and new hardwood in the bathroom. The guest room features a Queen bed, new carpet and a flat screen TV as well. The second, guest bathroom is centrally located and offers a shower/tub combination and pedestal sink.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Bacon and Bourbon festival

It was a great place to stay for our yearly visit to keystone for the Bacon and Bourbon Festival! So close and easily accessible. The hot tubs right outside were amazing and felt very private even with two other hot tubs close by. We always book with this company when we go up there and I don’t see that changing!

Great condo

We stayed 4 nights for a ski vacation. The condo is in a great location, walking distance to the gondola and the restaurants in the village. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 5th Labor Day weekend in a row staying in Keysone at the Silver Mill. Our son and his family joined us this year. We love to bike ride around Lake Dillon up to Copper Mtn and Vail Pass. The close proximity to good restaurants, pool and hot tubs, Octoberfest,etc. always make this a great weekend and being right there at the Siver Mill makes everything within walking distance.

Leadville 100 Mnt Bike Race Lodging

We had a great time in the condo, it had all the items we needed to make great meals. the kitchen was stocked with more than enough cooking equipment. More than most places I have stayed. Location and access to the staircase was right out the front door for easy access to the village. Beds were the perfect for a good nights rest after a 105 mile bike race through the mountains. Defiantly will be back.

Keystone is a wonderful place!

This condo is in the ideal location. Short walk to the lifts, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The property is in a great location! Everything is very clean! However, the mattress in both rooms are uneven and curve towards the middle. Truly one of the worst nights of sleep in my life. The thermostat was also set to 60 but the temperature was 76 the entire time. You can tell that someone cleans but no one is fixing things.

We will be sure to assess this bed with our team, but in regards to the heat, unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the summer heat. We always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off. Please keep in mind if your unit does not have a fan just let us know and we will have one delivered to you.

Great Place. So close to the gondola

Such a nice place to stay. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Could easy accommodate more people. I would stay here again. Couple housekeeping tips , bring slippers cause the floors are a little cold and bring Tupperware. Had a great time.

Great weekend get away!

Graham 3.29 - 3.31

The rental was nice but was not great. It was very hot even after we adjusted the thermostat, it was extremely small and we had to move some furniture so there were not in the walk way. Baseboards needed to be cleaned. The 430p check in and 10am check out policy is ridiculous. I understand you need this time to clean but we are paying for a full day and only getting access to the rental for half the time. I had to reach out to get the hot tubs jets working and then the maintenance guy didn’t even come out to let us know they should be working... not super friendly either.

Our check in times are standard for this industry but we can always see about an early check in or late check out as well as we do not manage this hot tubs at this location, but we can always reach out to the HOA and get them to send their maintenance team to check out concerns like this!

Comfortable Condo, Great location

Condo worked perfectly for 2 of us. Might have been a little cozy with 4 people. Location was great - short walk to the lifts and multiple lifts nearby. Only complaint was the elevators were extremely slow - I may have spent more time waiting for the elevator than I did waiting in lift lines.

Awesome 2 Bd 2 Bath Condo

My son and I loved our stay here. It was worth the money. What wasn't worth the money was what I paid for the cleaning. We left the place clean and orderly. The cleaning charge was out of norms.

Convenient & well appointed condo.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was perfect for our family. We appreciated the extra glasses, ample cookware and dishes that made cooking and dining apres ski easy. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Living room seating would be tight for more than that.

Great rental

The property location is great, with easy access to the village and the gondola. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. Picking up the check-in materials was very easy, as well. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and Comfy

Great rental. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Loved the hottubs. I have allergies to mold. Some of the others buildings were difficult for me over the years, but I had no problems in this building.

21-24 January stay

The condo was beautiful and clean, felt like being home. We had one issue while there. Our first night we checked in and brought our bags up to the room and immediately changed into bathing suits to head to the hot tub. When we returned to the room our key did not work (the same one we used an hour earlier to get into the room). We did not have our cell phones on us and had to find a phone in the lobby. When we called the management company we were told there were key fogs in the lock box (those did not work) then we were told someone would have to drive from Breckenridge to us to get us new keys, meanwhile my entire family is in wet bathing suits (including kids). Thankfully about 45 minutes after we called someone came with new room keys. Besides that incident we had an enjoyable vacation.

Hello! Silver Mill offers two outdoor hot tubs at the complex. Guests at Silver Mill also have access to the Dakota Lodge outdoor pool and hot tubs just next door, which are open year-round!

UNITS 3 BEDROOMS OR SMALLER:

Cancellations 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund

Cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund

Cancellations 14 days or less from check-in will receive a refund of the cleaning and inspection fees only.

UNITS 4 BEDROOMS OR LARGER:

Cancellations 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund

Cancellations 30 to 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund

We realize that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you contact us and describe your extenuating circumstances (e.g., lost job, illness, injury), we will attempt to re-rent the vacation rental to another person. We offer travel insurance through Ski and Mountain Travel Insurance. This optional coverage costs 7.95% of your total reservation, and we strongly recommend purchasing this coverage to help protect against unforeseen circumstances.
