My family and I stayed here while skiing. We loved the accommodations and the convenience to the lifts. It was perfect for our needs, and the hot tub and sauna were great after a long day on the slopes.

We return to river run every summer and never disappoints. Our condo this year was very clean, well stocked as we love to fix our own meals. The guest laundry was clean, and easy to use. Hot tubs were very nice, all three of them. And its always nice to have luggage carts readily available. GREAT PLACE

The VRBO was clean,had all the cooking utensils we needed and was close to the stairs leading to ground and parking floors. We had no problem getting into the unit. I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property affords one the feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city , yet it’s in the heart of the small River Run village. The unit was clean, the kitchen well appointed, and the bed exceptionally comfortable (which is at the top of my list when renting a VRBO). The only negative things about the unit - the fireplace was not operational and the two living room chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Regardless, I would recommend this unit as an almost perfect place for a weekend or week away.

The space was perfect for our family of 3 and my parents. The staff was super helpful and quick to respond to a hair dryer needing replaced. Very clean, but there’s no AC so we did get pretty warm in July.

Excellent cozy condo right in the heart of river run village! The balcony looks right onto a central part of the village with views of the slopes. While cozy, the space is utilized extremely well with good choices of furniture and two nice sized bathrooms. Our family of four was very comfortable. Kitchen was overall well equipped. Entire condo was very clean. Amenities of Silver Mill and the adjoining condos was great!

Being able to walk to the Keystone lifts from the house was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby also. The condo itself was very nice and clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable. However, it is quite small, and storage space is very limited. The closets are already quite full, so nowhere to put your suitcases and not much room to put away your clothes if you don't want to live out of your suitcases. The kitchen is very functional but really small. It can only accommodate one person at a time unless you want to continually bump into each other. Overall a really great stay. Space was limited, but it was totally worth it for the location!

My husband and baby stayed here this past weekend in November. We had an absolute blast! The condo was in the most perfect location. In the heart of the village! We were able to see the tree lighting and the Christmas kickoff festival from our balcony. You could literally walk downstairs and be in the middle of the village. It was absolutely spectacular! The condo was very clean and well kept. Communication from the staff was great as well. We will stay here again. If your second guessing staying here, don’t! It will meet your expectations. We will be back again in the holiday season!

Beds were comfortable, even the kids were able to sleep on the fold out couch. We really enjoyed being able to look out over the square and see the gondola and slopes from the balcony and windows. There was only one minor detail that could be improved. The balcony was not cleaned before our stay. There were ash piles and cigarette butts.

The build needed to repair some plumbing so all water was off. Repaid took longer than expected but water was turned back on before the evening was over. It was the day we arrived and we weren’t notified in advance. This would of been helpful to know so we could make arrangements. The property manager was not informed by keystone mgt so there was not much that could of been done. Summit county retreats took care of our troubles that first night.

The property management company was very helpful, especially accommodating since our shuttle from the airport arrived well before check-in time, so they let us keep our luggage at the office until we could check in. It was no problem at all. We really liked the rental property. It was very clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. All around, we had a great experience, which is always great when you don't have time to mess around with any issues at all.

Loved staying here! It was during the end of the summer and it was centrally located. Gondolas and restaurants are all walking/stumbling distance. Parking was a breeze. The apartment itself was beautiful! Clean and organized and well decorated. It even had humidifiers-which saved our trip! Can't wait to visit again!

Really nice viee of the plaza and only a 10 minute drive to arapahoe basin ski area. It was quiet when we went because it was may but i can only imagine how much more awesome this place would be during peak season

Really nice condo, very clean and easy to find. It's super close to activities and restaurants. Beds are very comfortable, and it has everything one needs for a short stay. It is at the end of a very long hall, but found that actually to be a bonus, as it is quiet and the stairs are right there, which give you access to the plaza outside as well as fast access to the parking garage.

I can't even begin to describe how pleased we were with the condo. We were in town for a wedding and we brought our kids with us. We usually stay in Breckenridge but wanted to try a new location and honestly, the price was so much better than condos in Breckenridge and low and behold, I was SO pleased with how kid friendly Keystone was and honestly, how amazing this condo was. The location was perfect. And it was VERY clean. I can't stress that enough. We stay in a lot of places like this and it was very clean. The place was stocked with everything needed - and the beds were SO comfortable. I got home last night and was actually disappointed I wasn't sleeping in that amazing bed in the condo. I kick myself for not writing down the name of the mattress. ;) Last but not least, the communication before and after our stay has been top notch. We were well prepared for our stay because of all the emails sent from the property management company and it made us feel like the owners care about their guests because they hired a great company to manage their home. That means a lot. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. We will for sure be back. The place was quiet, cozy, and perfect for our trip. Can't wait to return.

Loved our week at Silver Mill #8214! The condo was exactly as advertised - upgraded kitchen and finishings throughout. Beds were very comfy, great technology available with 2 TV's and an Apple TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. The River Run lifts are literally a short walk away and we enjoyed skiing all day, while coming back to the condo for a lunch break. Host was great with directions and anything we needed.

We are glad Stephanie enjoyed her stay. Though, it may have seemed like our maintenance staff did not respond about the fireplace pilot light, the opposite is actually the case. Each time Stephanie contacted us about the pilot light, our maintenance staff came out and relit the light while she was out. Unfortunately, the pilot snuffed out each time before she came back. After addressing the issue several times, we determined that a professional needed to be called. We are sorry the fireplace was not working properly during her stay.

Went up with my wife, our 16 year old son and his 16 year old friend. Loved the location and the views. Although this condo was on the small side with two 16 year olds, it had everything they and we needed. Decorated and updated very nicely. If you can get 16 year olds to like anything, you've accomplished something (they loved the bunk beds and the TV in the guest room). Hot tubs and sauna were great after skiing. The main reason I gave this unit 5 stars, really nice for the price. Underground parking a huge plus. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrific- but don't want to say too much! The condo was amazing! Beautiful view of the village an the goings on an super close to the gondola. The tv in the living room (smart tv) was easy to use an a beautiful big screen. We were cooking most of the nights an I found they thought of everything that we needed to do so. Decor was unique & lovely!
