Silver Mill #8222

The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location was great, with a quick walk to the Gondola for skiing. Appreciated having ski lockers on the ground floor. The 3 hot tubs, came in handy after skiing. Jets were strong. The bed was comfortable, yet the pull out couch was not, which is an expected issue with such couches. Overall a great stay.

The property manager was excellent and helpful. They communicated well and responded very quickly. Only thing was that the hot water in the shower was set at very low temperature, and it didn't get fixed after a day, and it was uncomfortable taking a shower until the temperature was adjusted higher.

Great for our 3 night stay. Didn't cook so can't speak to the kitchen set up but the coffee pot was perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants / bars / shops. We were there in July so not as busy as during ski season. Beautiful area!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had stayed at a Summit County property before, when I took my whole family up for a birthday surprise celebration for my daughter. We had a two bedroom condo that and everything was just so amazing! When I wanted to go to the wine and jazz festival, it made it so much sense to stay again at the property, this time we’re just a one bedroom condo. The check in process is so easy although the office is located right next to DOS Locos, which makes you want to stop and have a taco or two! And parking was easy and I felt very safe with my car there during my stay. The condo itself was clean. Neat and everything was in working order except for oh my, the coffee pot! but not to worry because as soon as I contacted management, they had a new coffee pot to me within a very short time the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. I felt very comfortable and safe. This is a place to go when you need a centralized place to stay in Keystone, very easy access down the freeway to Dillon or Frisco. I would definitely stay here again, and so should you!

We loved the convenience of this condo! There was only a short walk to the gondola. The hot tubs and the parking were super accessible and it was clean and as promised. When we had a small problem with the fireplace, the property manager had texted us if we needed anything and we texted back and they came and fixed it within 30 minutes which was amazing service. Would stay again.

This stay was amazing. The apartment was super cute and in a great area. There was an issue with the fire place and they were very responsive. Lots to do around there. Only issue is there was one closet with hangers and cleaning supplies and no other storage. If i was not by myself I would have had a hard time finding places to put my things but overall would definitely book again!

Perfect location for a getaway, whether you feel like staying in and relaxing, or making a day trip to Vail, Breckenridge, or Dillon. Check-in, parking, and access to amenities was super convenient. Food, shopping, pool, and hiking is literally right outside the door. It was busy, but I wasn't bothered by noise from neighbors. There was a Keystone festival going on right outside at one point. The music was loud so some may have found that annoying, but it was over well before I wanted to sleep. Everything was clean and worked great. A scenic North-facing view from the balcony was relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was wonderful. The apartment was cosy, very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. WiFi speed was fast and off the planet!! It was nice to sit out on the balcony and the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were excellent too.
The Housekeeping staff’s presentation of the room was 10/10. Those extra little touches made the arrival experience truly amazing. The cleanliness aspect of the room was spotless. As someone who spent many years working in the hospitality industry for both Disney and Starwood I would like to commend the Housekeeping staff as you only usually see standards like these in very expensive 5 star hotels.
I would return in a heartbeat and I most probably shall in a couple of weeks!!!

The unit was not ready until a little bit after 4pm. The management team was very helpful in communicating with us and did a great job in resolving issues we had during our 4-day stay. The unit is clean and has ample room to accommodate two adults and one teenager, who could walk to the gondola within minutes. The only problem we had was that the gas fire place didn't work, even after the maintenance technician came to fix it within 20 minutes of our call. The fire only stay for 10 minutes after he left. It would have been a beautiful feature in the room for the Christmas Eve had it worked.

Condo was in a great location and spotless clean. Felt comfortable immediately. Husband and I rented it for a quick getaway and it had everything we needed. Plenty of places to eat at very close by or you can stay in and cook, which we did a couple times. Bed was comfortable and we slept great. Condo had humidifiers, fans, iron, blow dryer and a few other extras that were so nice to have. Balcony has 2 chairs so you can sit with a pretty view of the mountain. We stayed in off season so the parking lot was empty and didn’t take away from the view at all. Would definitely come back and recommend this condo to anyone.

The room itself had everything we needed, including pots and pans to cook dinner. Having access to the hot tub, sauna, and BBQ pit were awesome amenities as well.

Visited 5/29/19 to ski at A basin. Very quick drive over. This was the start of the “dead” season since winter should have been over by then. Not all restaurants nearby were open, but we visited Dillon for dinner since it was still hopping. The building was repairing their hot water boiler and doing maintenance in the parking garage. (Dead season is a great time to do all this work, right?) So it caused a few inconveniences, but very understandable.
One thing that helped was that the folks were quick to reply to a question I had regarding no hot water in the shower via the Air bnb messaging system. (Boiler was turning back on and took about 2 hours before heat returned).
This location includes a parking spot in the parking garage and access to the hot tubs, sauna, shopping areas, and restaurants in the keystone resort. Very nice amenities. We used our room’s fireplace very often and it was a nice comforting touch. (simply turn knob clockwise to amount of time you want to run it)
The room includes a firm king sized bed and a pull out couch. Could fit two couples comfortably as long as no one has hard feelings about having to sleep on the pull out couch.

Just a few doors down from elevator which made all the building amenities easily accessible...garage, hot tubs, ski lockers, garage. Building is in River Run Village which placed us close to restaurants, shops, and ski hill. Easy in and out of garage facilitated trips away from condo. Room very clean. A little cozy, can not imagine more than two people in the unit. Though there is a closet in the bedroom, it is filled with bedding, inflatable beds, humidifiers, etc such that there is only minimal space left for our belongings. We pretty much kept our clothes in our luggage during our stay. Nice entry with room for outer garments and shoes/boots. No noise from other units/hallways. Deck is nice, but overlooks parking lot and entry into RR Village. It is north-facing so no sun.

We didn't even use our rental car, plenty of resturants and activities walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool table and hot tubs! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and tidy; furniture was in good condition and the kitchen was well-stocked with the basics. Might not be as good for a family or group of friends (on the small size for a rental) and didn't have a very good view from the patio (faced the parking lot); however, it was tastefully furnished so as to not be tight, and was very comfortable for a single traveler. Overall, very happy with this rental.

The only thing I took issue with was the lack of entertainment options such as games or even a deck of cards that the owner of the condo had provided. The only thing that was provided was an outdated iphone speaker port. Obviously nobody would expect there to be a large number of things provided in the condo but at least something would have been nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this rental-- right near the bottom of the gondolas and in the heart of the village. Very convenient to everything we needed. The place was clean and simple and had everything we needed for the meals we prepared at the condo. Loved that we could extend our stay for one extra day for a great rate. If we didn't have places to be we would have stayed longer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, but the foldaway couch was broken. We had two children with us and we were not notified that the couch was not useable. We were quite annoyed at 9:30 p.m. when we were getting children to bed. There were air mattresses, but one of them would not stay inflated. The children did not have a good first night. I did not want to have them endure two more nights of it so I contacted property management. They were awesome. Dawn quickly arranged for another room and we were moved by 2:30 p.m. We were still able to enjoy our day and move at our pace. The unit we moved into was perfect.

We apologize that the hidabed broke. It has been repaired.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience. The rental process was painless and the representative we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The unit was in a great location, just a short walk to ski school and the lifts. Plenty of dining choices just a couple of minutes walk. The unit itself is as advertised, although the couches are starting to show their age. Plenty of room and everything was clean and well maintained. Quiet, as this unit faces the access road and not the square, which was nice. Would definitely consider this unit again, or a larger one if the whole family was there.
