I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Clean and comfy condo with all the kitchen stuff you could need. Easy access to Keystone fun without needing your car. Spacious parking garage with easy in-and-out access for when you want to leave Keystone. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place if you are traveling alone or with one other person. (It might be a bit tight for 4 people even though there is a foldout couch.) FYI: The balcony looks out over the hot tubs and also looks toward other balconies, but you have great views of the mountain and some keystone stuff as well. I didn’t mind this. Seriously, book this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best birthday getaway at this condo. I would say this condo can accommodate 4, if two are children. We had an additional adult come and stay two nights and it was tight, just with room for luggage and where to put the ottoman when using the sleeper sofa. I will say we loved the sleeper sofa and the ease to set up and put away. Convenience is huge here! So close to everything. The hot tubs fill up fast after a day of skiing, but that didn't affect our stay. The king bed was super comfortable, great water pressure, well stocked kitchen and clean. Overall we would totally stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay here! The unit was very clean, inviting, and homey; felt very comfortable staying here for several nights. Hot water, being able to enjoy views from the patio, and a great kitchen to cook/bake in were highlights for us. Additionally, we loved being able to utilize the amenities! The River Run area has many great restaurants that we enjoyed, all within walking distance and very convenient throughout our stay. Pizza on the Run and Lime were two favorites of ours, especially regarding their accommodation to allergies (gluten & dairy). We enjoyed exploring outdoors with small trails right on the River Run resort area as well as trails along the Dillon Reservoir nearby. If I had to be extremely picky, the only things I would change would be having smart TVs (with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc) rather than solely having cable, and a bit better communication from the rental company as we had reached out with a few questions/concerns and did not get replies until after we checked out (but again, this is me nitpicking in order to give a well-rounded overview). We would happily return and would highly recommend anyone stay here!

This is a great condo for 1-2 people, or a couple with a child. It's small but very clean and comfy with everything you need. The king bed is very nice. Location is great, right in the square of Keystone near shops, restaurants, etc.

Our room was just right the three of us. The balcony overlooked the hot tub area, but it was not too noisy and still had a good view of the mountains. Loved having indoor parking as well as some shopping and restaurants within the lodge courtyard.
