Great location for all summer activities in Keystone. The Bourbon and Bacon fest was right below us and was a total blast. Condo was clean and well stocked with items we used like a box fan and humidifier. It was a great stay.

Our stay was great. It was clean and close to River Run lift. Unfortunately there wasn’t much snow to ski at keystone but we made the most of it. Would definitely recommend silver mill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have not heard back from the manager regarding the heat issue in our unit. We didn't notify them until two days before we left that there was absolutely NO HEAT in our unit; that was the same day that there was NO hot water due to a problem. We have been home a week and a half and I still haven't heard anything. We love Keystone; and we hate to say anything; but the hallway was freezing; (air on and it was 30/50 outside) and the in unit heat did not work. Jason went and talked to someone in the basement about this; he called, left a message and I texted. He never received a call back and I was told the issues would be fixed by Thursday afternoon and the HOT Water was. I just hope that in the future we can receive a response back immediately. Thank you!

Thank you for your review and feedback. During this guests stay there was a hot water outage done by the HOA for the entire building for a brief amount of time one day, any heat or air in hallways would be managed by the HOA as well as when going to this unit we noted that there was no heating issue in the unit nor any other unit we manage.

Had a 4 day getaway to Keystone and this condo was perfect for us. Teenage daughters had one king suite and we had the other - was great to each have our own space. Easy instructions for check in - loved the Silver Mill app. Used the hot tubs and sauna - both were good. Pool table room was always packed so we didn't try that out. I always bring cutting sheets/knives to vacation homes - helpful here as there were no cutting boards. Kitchen was good, a little sparse on silverware but fine for our needs. Very nice to have paper towels/tissues/starter amenities included and also to have all of the linens and towels provided. We were coming from in state, but this would be a very 'easy to stay at' place for out-of-state visitors who don't have the luxury of bringing everything with. We would totally stay at this exact unit again if going to Keystone. Convenient to slopes, restaurants below. Heated parking below and ski lockers were great. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

I loved the ease of access, although a map of the surrounding area might be better suited as we spent a considerable time driving around trying to figure out where our building and the parking garage were. The accommodations were great and cleanliness superb, although the ad mentioned bathrobes and some of us did not take our personal ones because of it. Menstioning where exactly the hot tubs and pool were might prove useful in the future.

We enjoyed the unit and all of it's amenities. Of course Covid limited the use of some of the facilities (hot tub, pool) but we still had a great stay. We were there to ski and we loved the heated underground garage which made unloading and loading pleasant. The unit is located close to the River Run gondola and you walk through the alley of Keystone shops which offer the tourist all of the things they could need. Using the property allowed us to get a discount on ski rentals as well. The furnishings were what you hope for - you felt like you were staying in a cabin in the mountains and you had everything you needed. Summit County Mtn Retreats has the whole process down to a t - the info can be loaded to your computer or phone and they have EVERYTHING - it's 135 pages of information! Would highly recommend their services

This is (almost) a perfect 2B/2B property in Keystone. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this ranks towards the top. It was super clean and most everything worked fine. The issues we had that were not addressed by management during our stay were: - Mattress in guest bedroom is end of life and super concave. You cannot sleep comfortably on it regardless of your firm/plush preference. We should not stay here again unless this was resolved. - No oven mitts. - Partial set of measuring cups. - High pitch noise from fireplace anytime it was on. - No sink stopper in master bathroom. Otherwise we were very happy with the rental.

Our group of skiers rented 3 condos at the Silver Mill, and our unit was by far the nicest (not that the others were bad). The corner unit was quite a bit larger, and the layout was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked in every night due to COVID. The deck offered nice views of the mountains. It was a short walk to the Keystone lifts at River Run, and River Run Village offers plenty of shops and eateries. We would definitely book this condo again. John and Lisa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, fans, etc. The wifi works well and my kids appreciated the cable TV. The underground parking is a great benefit! The building is in a great location in the heart of Keystone. We had a really wonderful stay. Honestly, the only disappointing part was the pool/hot tub reservations. You have to make them 48 hours in advance, but we weren't told that until we arrived. Since we were only staying for two days, the reservations were full and we weren't able to use it. Maybe guests could be notified and given the reservation website a couple days before they arrive so they can secure a spot.

We're sorry this guest had issues with the pool/spa reservations. Unfortunately, SCMR has no control over how Keystone is managing these reservations and due to high demand, these reservations are extremely limited. We're happy that this guest enjoyed the condo they rented from SCMR and hope to see them again in the future.

This Condo was in a great location and was perfect for our needs. It was clean and updated! The only issue during our stay was the elevators in the building were broken. Of course this unit was on the fourth floor so that added some cardio before and after hitting the slopes. The entire time we were there, we did not see a single person working on the two elevators. This made quite a few people vocal, (owners of these units were pissed) so it makes me think this is a constant problem.

A couple of things: the toaster is horrible, needs to be replaced; the master bathroom sink stopper always was down and sink would not drain so we pulled it out; the fireplace has a constant ring when on, very annoying. Oh, and more towel racks in master or at least hooks to hang stuff would be helpful.

The ONLY downfall for me was parking (we had more than one car). if you have one car, you're good! Otherwise place is amazing and my family was pretty impressed. You never really stay in your room much, which is why the fact that this place is a resort makes it amazing! Even if you're just walking around, you're never bored here. It's beautiful and people are very friendly. Reminds me of Denver/ Westminster in 1998.

My family and I had an AMAZING stay at this resort. I didn’t know it was part of a resort until we got there, so it was a pleasant surprise. My family and I had already made plans and reservations to visit Breckinridge, go river rafting, etc, but we could’ve just stayed at the resort all week and had a great time. The apartment was clean and just what we needed. I didn’t realize how the room might take a while to cool down, coming from Texas we’re very used to AC, but we made due with the fans in the closets, but this company was SO GREAT about making sure that we had everything we needed! They reached out to me and after asking for more fans they brought some over right away! We plan/hope to come back later this year!

My only small improvement would be to have some tupperware:) We ended up cooking most nights or had take out since we were tired with 2 young kids and didnt want to take them to restaurants cranky! We would 100% love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We surprised my husband for his 60th birthday. We had 4 adults and 1 toddler and the 2 king size beds worked perfectly. The condo was very clean and arranged nicely. The one thing I would suggest to the building management (more signs in the underground parking) It was very difficult to know where to park for our building and where we needed to go for the elevator & stairs. We spent a lot of time searching where if there had been signs it would have been a smoother adventure.

We were able to explore Keystone, Breckinridge, Dillon and Fresco in only 4 days. The room had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. It comfortably slept my parents, my kid, my little sister, and my husband and I perfectly. I love the decor of the room and the space. There didn't seem to be air conditinder but we did open up the windows and it felt great. The room is right outside the elevator so it made for easy loading and unloading. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean, spacious and in a great location! Easy to step outside to the hot tubs, step back into the sauna to dry off. Our kids enjoyed escaping the condo and spending time in the big recreational room with couches, TV and pool table. It was only a 5 minute walk to the River Run Gondola to ski. Surrounded by restaurants and shops...steps away from ice rink.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo the 2nd week of December and had a great time! The condo is an oversized 2bdrm with a pullout couch. The location is excellent and is a super short walk to the River Run Gondola, as described. The property itself was well equipped with kitchen supplies, as we made multiple meals in the kitchen. The heat was having a hard time keeping up with the -4 degree temperature the first two days, but the property management group promptly brought us some space heaters to help us out.The description of the condo is very accurate and we would definitely stay here again!
