This inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers a comfortable River Run Village location just steps from shopping, dining, local festivities, and the high-speed gondola. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this stylish retreat features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, private balcony with peaceful mountain and treed views, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Living Area:
The comfortable living area features a large sectional sofa, leather lounge chair, Smart TV, and gas fireplace. The sectional converts into a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Board games and a custom local guide featuring the owner's Summit County favorites are also available. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy outdoor seating and peaceful mountain and treed views away from the village.

Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals during your stay. The custom bar top provides seating for three guests.

My sister and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Keystone! The location could not have been better — easy walk to the lifts and gondola,making it incredibly easy to get on the mountain early and maximize ski time.
The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so cozy after long days outside. Loved running the fireplace in the evenings, and the three hot tubs outside allowed us to massage our sore muscles and gave the perfect après-ski vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to enjoy relaxed dinners in and there's several restaurants in the village for the nights we didn't cook.
Clear instructions, easy check-in, and quick responses made everything seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Keystone.

We loved our stay here it was incredible to be able to walk to the gondola and around the village so easily. We loved the hot tubs. We brought a child and it was steps away from keystones child care which was incredible!

Staying on the mountain makes skiing a breeze. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable for our stay. Walk to the gondola, restaurants, and shops or take advantage of your garage parking and explore the surrounding area. They have salt and pepper, but plan to bring cooking oil along with food if you plan to cook.

Fabulous stay. Perfect location, spotless, cozy and comfortable. The management company was extremely responsive and proactive. Overall, we were thrilled to stay here and would happily return.
fyi - the pickup for keys and parking permit was in a separate building a few minutes drive away. It was easy to find, but make sure to read the directions well before you arrive.

Amazing location! Right next to river run. We were able to go to the festival and even stop by to reapply sunscreen without a hassle! Everything was great, I will note the bed was a bit squeaky but oddly enough very comfortable, other than moving and hearing the squeaks it was very cozy. Definitely will be back for the next festival!
