Sleeping up to 4 guests, this stylish retreat features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, private balcony with peaceful mountain and treed views, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The comfortable living area features a large sectional sofa, leather lounge chair, Smart TV, and gas fireplace. The sectional converts into a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Board games and a custom local guide featuring the owner's Summit County favorites are also available. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy outdoor seating and peaceful mountain and treed views away from the village.

Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals during your stay. The custom bar top provides seating for three guests.

My sister and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Keystone! The location could not have been better — easy walk to the lifts and gondola,making it incredibly easy to get on the mountain early and maximize ski time.
The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so cozy after long days outside. Loved running the fireplace in the evenings, and the three hot tubs outside allowed us to massage our sore muscles and gave the perfect après-ski vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to enjoy relaxed dinners in and there's several restaurants in the village for the nights we didn't cook.
Clear instructions, easy check-in, and quick responses made everything seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Keystone.

We loved our stay here it was incredible to be able to walk to the gondola and around the village so easily. We loved the hot tubs. We brought a child and it was steps away from keystones child care which was incredible!

Staying on the mountain makes skiing a breeze. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable for our stay. Walk to the gondola, restaurants, and shops or take advantage of your garage parking and explore the surrounding area. They have salt and pepper, but plan to bring cooking oil along with food if you plan to cook.

Amazing location! Right next to river run. We were able to go to the festival and even stop by to reapply sunscreen without a hassle! Everything was great, I will note the bed was a bit squeaky but oddly enough very comfortable, other than moving and hearing the squeaks it was very cozy. Definitely will be back for the next festival!

Loved staying here. You can't beat a short walk to the gondola.
I didn't like that you had to bring the trash to the garage rather than use some sort of trash chute but otherwise this place was incredible.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four days in July 2023. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
We arrived at the condo right around 11pm so it was quite dark and just a tad difficult to find the entrance since we weren’t familiar with the area but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience.
Laundry on our floor was super easy and convenient, plus it takes card!
I loved that we were sent a guide book before check in. It had every instruction for every question we would come to have and more. I have never experienced that with an Airbnb before. That alone is enough to get me to book with this company again.
For the price, I think it’s a good enough deal. While the space was a good bit smaller than we anticipated it worked perfectly for the the two of us to sleep and rest in between our adventures. I wouldn’t recommend this for more than two people due to the lack of space. It is also more dated than some other stays in the area; I know some people consider that when booking a stay.

This property was small but cozy! Three adults and an infant fit just perfectly without stepping on each other’s toes! Great price especially for the location! If there was one thing to add, it would be a humidifier. But other than that we were pretty pleased!

I wanted to just get away for a short wknd trip and ride Breck / Keystone without the kids and have some time alone. Saw this place...thought it was reasonably priced for the time of year. IF you read the information they send you it is so flipping easy to navigate the process. The place was clean and super comfortable. Would stay again anytime.

Perfect get-a-way!

Great property near several hiking and biking trails. Close the Lake Dillon and Shops at Frisco

The condo had everything we needed for our stay including a full service kitchen and the underground parking was a plus. We felt secure the entire time. Loved the bike racks to lock up our bikes.

Great summer getaway space and conveniently located to many dining options and activities in the area. We went hiking, rented bikes, and white water rafting over July 4th weekend. Clean place and masks required indoors. The pool was open with reservations but not the hot tubs. Many restaurants in the Keystone resort were open either for lunch or dinner only. We stayed for 5 nights and felt there were still many dining options to choose from in the area or within 10-20 minute drive to Dillon and Frisco area.

All good except for them not accommodating an earlier check-in and later check-out. They offer it for a fee but they do not actually allow to do either. They use the excuse of needing the time to clean it. When the extra fee is supposed to be for them having to go out of their way to clean the room in a tighter window.
The condo was extremely clean and had tons of cool extras. There are tons of books, movies and board games. They also have a humidifier to use which is great for the low humidity in the mountains.

Great location and the king size bed was very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location. Close to Dillon, Loveland Pass, Breckinridge, Frisco and Silverthorne. I would definitely recommend this condo. It was clean and all my question were answered promptly prior to our arrival. Check in and check out was very easy.

Even though it was offseason and not many restaurants/shops were open, we still ad a wonderful time hiking and met some really cool people. The place looked exactly like the pictures and Summit County Mountain Retreat were very professional and communicated very well.

Nice place, exactly as described. The location is unbeatable! You can easily walk to everything right in River Run Village and hit the gondola in just a few minutes. The heated parking garage was a huge plus - my car was at 70deg when I got back in. The place was very clean, had a big comfortable bed, had brand new carpeting, and a kitchen with lots of dishes and things to cook with. I will stay here next time I’m in keystone - you just can’t beat the location.

Great location right in River Run! Nicely decorated space. There were sone games and books which were nice. I was there with my husband and 4 year old son and we were all comfortable. Only issue was not much space to unpack clothes - just a small closet and 2 dresser drawers. Try get groceries on your way in - there is just a small expensive grocery at the resort and nearest grocery store is 15 minutes away. Overall a great stay and would book again!

It's proximity to the gondola and the village was perfect! We had rented a car but really could have taken the mountain express as we didn't need to venture too far! We ate breakfast in and enjoyed dining in the village at Kickapoo and at the Snake River Saloon. The outside hot tubs were perfect after a day of skiing. There are 3 and we had one to ourselves every night! :)

My husband and I stayed here and loved our time! Location: excellent! Right in the resort, a short walk to the slopes, surrounded by restaurants and stores. Having access to the outdoor hot tubs was fantastic -- you're even granted access to another heated pool and additional hot tubs located outside of a nearby lodge. Apartment: cozy, spacious, and clean. We were very happy and it was so affordable, considering the location. Communication: clear and responsive. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect place, GREAT value.

Where to begin? This condo is adorably appointed, comfortable, welcoming and perfectly located in Keystone. I cannot wait to stay here again!. The spas, the pool, the pool table, the village...it was all right there. And the shuttle service picked us up right outside to take us to dinner at the Lodge and Spa. The condo has everything you could need, new appliances, books, DVD's, fluffy towels, luxury linens and spa quality toiletries. The property management was attentive to our request for late checkout and it was super easy to access the keys and condo. The place was spotless upon our arrival and the check out process was super easy. If you stay in the summer, you may want to bring a fan, we had a real heat wave this week, but still with the windows open we were comfortable enough. It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing and fun. Perfect!

Fun Long Weekend in Keystone

The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. Some of the furniture is a little worn, but it did not impact our stay in any way. The condo also had a well-equipped kitchen which allowed us to cook dinner at home one night, and to come back for lunch (which saves a considerable amount of money given the prices of food on the mountain). Other advantages of the condo include having a ski locker in the building and having heated indoor parking. We would stay here again!

Very nice place to stay

While the view isn't as breathtaking as some, the condo was nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The bedding was new and towels plentiful. I was impressed with everything and glad I booked it.

All about LOCATION

Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this property is LOCATION, everything that you need in Keystone is at walking distance, you will not need to use your car at all. The kitchen is equipped with much more than you need during your vacation, I do not exaggerate when I say that is better equipped than my kitchen. The condo has enough blankets and pillows, towels, and for those who are not accustomed to the dry climate of CO, they also has a humidifier. Everything is very clean and well maintained, for sure, if I have to go back to Keystone, I'll stay in this condo again.

Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and overall we were very pleased with the location, amenities, and cleanliness of the condo. If you are unfamiliar with the Keystone area, this lies in the River Run resort just down the way from the gondola/lift. Very easy to get to the top of the mountain from here. The property provides enclosed parking, access to hot tub, and carts that can be used to carry your equipment to the gondola. We booked this condo on fairly short notice and the owners worked with us to get the deal done. Due to the time that we would be arriving, around 3:30 a.m. (12 hour drive into the night), they even gave us a small break one of the day's rates since we would have to reserve the condo for the day, but we would not be utilizing it for most of it -- I don't expect this is standard practice, but I appreciate them prorating a bit for us. The view from the balcony was nice and the fireplace was a God-send (was routinely below 0F while we were there). Great property for couples trying to get away for a bit, would highly recommend.

Leadville 100 mile Run -Keystone Fun

Since we were helping our son-in-law as he raced the Leadville,100 mile, we were not able to fully enjoy the Keystone surroundings until after it was over. The Blues and Art fest were fun and we especially liked the close proximity to the restaurants and shops within walking distance of the lodge. Great idea! We wished the hot tub was available but understand that they were being remodeled. In the actual room #8266, we tried to use the gas fireplace but it wasn't working. You may want to check it out. Great Condo, Poor Service from Mgmt Company

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great, the location is great, there is a fair amount of noise from outside the condo but manageable. You cannot see the ski mountain from the condo, you are looking opposite but the view is fair. You are overlooking the main free parking lot. The condo had everything that we needed and was comfortable. It is slightly larger than a large hotel room but fit our family of 2 adults and 2 kids <10 well. The beds were comfortable, we used the king bed and sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious and the kitchen worked well for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals as well as snacks, drinks, etc. Storage for clothes and food is a challenge due to limited storage space but we worked around it. The location in the village is great for shops and food, the heated parking garage is great, the building overall is nice. We would definately return to the Silver Mill and specifically this condo. The management company left something to be desired. Our check-in was supposed to be at 4pm and we did not get access until 6:30pm. The communication was poor and the excuses were plentiful. We requested compensation for the inconvenience since they charge a penalty for late check out or early check in but that request fell on deaf ears (more excuses). We enjoyed our stay overall.

I know there are inusurance reasons why it closed at 10 but its well worth keeping it open till 11 or 12. All 3 tubs were filled when we got kicked out.
