Sleeping up to 8 guests, this inviting condo features a king bed, queen bunk bed, full sleeper sofa, private balcony with scenic views, and newly upgraded mattresses in both bedrooms.

Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals during your stay, along with a new refrigerator. The dining table comfortably seats four guests, while the breakfast bar provides four additional seats.

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, convenient and clean. The kitchen equipment was well stocked. We appreciated the humidifiers for each room. Comfortable beds, plenty of extra bedding and towels. We all enjoyed the fireplace!Excellent location. Would love to stay here again. There were issues with the heating and water supply for the building during our stay, but this was no one’s fault. Perhaps some hot pads to remove pans from the oven could be added to the kitchen stock?

Great location and awesome parking. The condo and building are nothing fancy on the inside, but that did not impact our stay. It’s important for guests to know that the windows face the street and parking lot, which means early and loud snow removal. If you’re an early bird and awake by 6am, snow plows won’t be a problem. But, if you like to sleep in while on vacation and its snows, be prepared for an early morning.

2 week Comfortable Stay

The room was great. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Fans & blankets were great! Could be improved by having Tupperware or plastic storage & some of the cooking pans were at the end of their life.

Exactly what we needed!

It was very good and cozy. We had a lovely stay: they had some board games, good beds, warm water in the shower and everything we needed in the kitchen. One of the best things was the ski locker and the short walking distance to the gondola. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and management

The management team is superb in providing all the information needed for a smooth check-in. The property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is perfect and right in the middle of the River Run Village. The garage parking was not assigned, but there were plenty of open spots all the time. We had a great time!
