Our stay at this home was an overall very good experience and we would stay here again. The entire house (areas accessible to guests) was very clean and made for a comfortable stay. Some of the furniture, particularly in the lower level is showing its age, and the mattress in the master bedroom was beyond firm and very uncomfortable, otherwise this house actually feels like a home, not a rental, which was much appreciated. The views out both the front and back of the house were gorgeous.

Very great location, big house with some great amenities. Stayed here with 7 friends and was a blast. The water had an issue, and the rental company immediately dispatched someone to fix it, so that was great.
Only thing I'd say for improvement is to leave a few more little things to help the stay so we don't have to run to the store - e.g. more garbage bags, salt, etc. Otherwise, thanks!

Definitley would stay again! Kitchen was great to work in and plenty of cookware. Good size bedrooms and extra sleeper sofa's in lower rec room. Backyard view with hottub was very peaceful! Only negative was we needed more car parking space. Otherwise a great location and home!

Super place for a large family gathering! Well stocked kitchen, places for all ages to gather upstairs & down. Convenient to hiking trails right outside the front door.

We were so impressed with the size, location, and cleanliness of this home. We needed a place to stay near Silverthorne that could hold nine of us comfortably. The open concept layout had a large kitchen, eating area, and living room that was more space than we needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus. We were thankful to have so many bathrooms as well. The restaurants in the Silverthorne and Dillon area were outstanding also. The view of the mountains in the backyard is breathtaking. Thank you for a beautiful home where we could relax and enjoy our stay.

We were here with another family and this was a great space to hang out together. There were plenty of bedrooms to also allow everyone their own space. The kitchen was spacious with and stocked well with supplies. The house had gorgeous views of mountains and looking down on the city. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and hiking right outside the back patio.

This location exceeds expectation and is perfect for big groups or large families. It’s setting is literally idyllic as it’s walls of windows lets in the sunlight and views of the mountains from nearly every angle, Lake Dillon, tree tops from the upper bedroom - it’s dreamy. Rain snow or fog only enhances the experience. If you want to crash and relax a few days with games by a fireplace or hub to exciting ski destinations it’s your best bet. Well kept and clearly loved by its owners. We’d return.

Overall this property Is a pretty comfortable. It has 4 bedrooms spread across 3 floors, with a large open concept first floor kitchen – dinning – living room. It is in a very beautiful natural setting surrounded by mountain peaks, with a dramatic view of Tenmile Peak from the back two-story window. The home is located in a community of other homes with a bike path in the front and hiking trail off the back of the home. There are homes on either side of this property, but the feel is very secluded, and outdoorsy. The property backs up to a pine and aspen forested area.
The house is in need of some repairs. Nothing that would be a dealbreaker, but should be factored in determining the value. Some of the sliding doors are difficult to open, and there is no screen on a bedroom door. Some of the kitchen appliances and faucets are wobbly. Likewise the flooring is a bit thread-bear.
The back patio is small, and is poorly furnished. The back of the house faces south and there is no patio umbrella or protection form the sun. There is a simple 4 person bistro table, with just 2 chairs, which is insufficient for a home that could accommodate 8 plus people.
So the home needs some improvements, but overall it is a clean comfortable space.

The photos are an accurate representation of the home, the living areas and kitchen are very spacious, the home is well kept, well appointed, great TV's and hot-tub, would stay here again. Just make sure you are okay with how the bedrooms are laid out (multiple beds in some rooms, most of the sleeping capacity is in the basement which is almost like an in-laws suite with it's own living area and mini-kitchen). Otherwise awesome home. One other quirk about the home is the garage door opener is not provided nor is a code, so getting into the home can be a real pain in snow, you have to go up steep stairs to front door, take off shoes, carry shoes downstairs, put shoes on, then go out to car. Remotes are cheap to replace, never had a rental that the opener wasn't included, not sure why this was overlooked, but it was the only negative about the property.

Great spot for access to a number of ski mountains. The home is lovely and was a great fit for our group. Plenty of space to hang out together or for a bit of down time. The home was generally well appointed and the owner and management company were extremely responsive. We would definitely go back.
