This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bunk bed. It features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a private laundry. Hiking trails are walking distance through the parking lot. Quiet location, but close to all Silverthorne has to offer. Villamont townhomes are across the street from a Summit Stage bus stop, so you are close to all the activities Summit County has to offer.

The entryway has mounted hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout your day. The living area has an ample sectional sofa, and a mounted flat screen TV.

From the living area, proceed to the dining area where there is a table that comfortable seats 4 with a breakfast bar that seats 2 more. A full bathroom is just off the dining area. The bathroom features granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The breakfast bar comfortably seats two people.

The door to the deck is just off the kitchen. There are beautiful views from the deck and hiking trails within walking distance from the wooded back yard.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The upstairs bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The sink area is separated by a door from the shower area for added privacy and convenience. The stackable washer/dryer combination is also upstairs in the hallway closet.

Wonderful space, the living room and kitchen areas were very clean. Overall home had a nice homey feel to it. Only downside are how steep the stairs are, but if you're careful they're fine.

Wonderful location! We skied 5 different ski areas in 6 days and the location couldn't have been more perfect! The condo was cozy and fully stocked - more so that other places we've rented in the past. Comfy beds and pillows! Plenty of space to hang out for our family!

Cozy and Homey - fantastic value

For the price, we couldn't be more happy with our stay. Plenty of room for a family of six. Great amenities and location. The two full bathrooms was a huge plus. We even cooked part of our Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen.

Not fancy and could use some updating here and there, but great price and in a good location with access to ski resorts and local shops for all your needs. Beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked for cooking. Parking was easy, as was access to unit. Was a good bargain compared to much higher prices nearby and closer to each ski area.

Home away from home

Older condo provides good value

The condo, even though it is dated, was clean. The kitchen is cramped, but well equipped. The washer and dryer in the unit was a surprise as it wasn't listed and the management company said there wasn't one in the unit.

The Roku TV had Netflix available, but didn't support Chromecast or Airplay so bring a HDMI cable.

The condo unit was quiet. You could hear the neighbors until about 8PM and then it was silent.

Great location for a mountain getaway

We spent 5 nights here on a family vacation in August. The location is perfect to get out and explore the mountains. The place was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials for a week long stay. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our own friends and family.
