Stayed her for a week and it exceeded my expectations, everything was as advertised and more. Came here for a softball tournament in Denver and it was worth the drive every day. This place had a terrific view and the facilites were just perfect for my family they provided everything one could use. Everything we needed was at our finger tips, Our host was always on call answering our requests and concerns and provided us with information on what we asked. We will definitely return next year!

The pool was convenient to the condo, and the kids loved that, especially during the snow!! There was not a lot of suitcase room in the loft, but that was just because we were using all the beds up there - wasn’t a problem for our 5 night trip, though.

The kitchen is well-equipped. Our biggest complaint was the SLOW internet, which was completely out of service at times. We had to use our cell phone hot spot to work remotely. Despite these issues, we would likely stay in this unit again :)

The cabin is fantastic! It has all the essentials you may need. My teenage daughters loved the coffee bar! If you want to see elk etc. they were very close by too so that was a bonus for us! It was the perfect peaceful place to end our vacation before we came home.

We got in late and did have a hard time finding the 400 building at first, but then it was easy getting in from there. Lovely place, had everything we needed.

The condo was nice, clean and in a good location. The only complaint is the management company could have let us know that the unit we rented was in a different building than the garage where we parked so we were walking around trying to find it. But they were very responsive. Our smoke detector was chirping and I contacted them and they sent someone right away to change the battery. (It was too high up for us to reach). The hot tub and sauna were great after a day of skiing. It was great to walk to the Goat Soup and Whiskey tavern to eat dinner. I would stay here again.

I booked a stay at a condo and my party and i were thoroughly satisfied with the property. Upon arrival we had a little difficulty finding where to park, upon entry into the unit we were pleased the place was very clean and in order perfect for relaxing we were in Colorado for my son's wedding at sapphire point and the location was great for traveling. The family was very pleased with the overall complex and area.

This unit was perfect size for a family with separate up and downstairs bedrooms and baths. Nice but not too nice. Indoor dedicated parking spot. Easy and pretty 10 minute walk to the main lift and ski school area. Indoor pool and hot tub right across from unit. Very good heating and fire place keeps the unit comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Finally, amazing direct view of mountain out the back give you a great perspective of conditions and weather for the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, as we were hiking and exploring Keystone, Dillon, Montezuma and Loveland areas the bulk of our trip... everything was pretty much 15-25min away from the condo. The balcony has a wonderful/peaceful view of the Keystone ski runs, and the constant sound of the Snake River was so relaxing! Rec Path was always busy, and we enjoyed morning/evening walks on there as well. Overall, there's plenty of room for a family of 4 with camping/hiking gear.Parking underground with a rooftop carrier on our Outback was a bit challenging, but it just barely cleared. The pool/hot tub was clean and very enjoyable at the end of long days of hiking. We didn't use many other building amenities or the ski lockers, but they seemed to be in decent condition.Having a washer/dryer in unit was a huge plus, but after using the washer for the first time, we discovered it wasn't agitating/draining properly without having to add another spin or rinse cycle. Management was notified, and a technician came out 2 days before the end of our trip... I hope it was fixed now for future guests.The loft was amazing (especially for our kids!), but comforters up there were stained. The upstairs shower stall is also in need of repair- tiles are broken and falling off at the top.We prefer a more firm mattress, but the master bedroom mattress was noisy and not very comfortable. The spring coils were squeaky any time you adjusted your position, and as adults, we constantly felt as if we rolling off the edge or sinking in towards the middle. Maybe it's time to be replaced. Bedroom furniture both upstairs and downstairs was old, but clean. We ate most of our breakfasts and a few dinners in the condo- the stove worked, but burners were a bit touchy. Most of the frypans are flaking and should be replaced. Otherwise there was a decent amount of kitchen utensils and cooking/baking items available. We didn't try the grill, but it had 2 ful

The location of the condo was fantastic as it was a five min walk to the lifts. Also the condo was pretty clean, had good amenities like pool and sauna access, and the check in process was easy

It was a great place in Keystone. The rooms and layout were perfect for our group (grandparents, parents, and kids). The kids were so excited about the " kids club room". The simple toys and games provided were fun for them as well. It was obviously not a new place, but it was clean and well maintained.

This place was perfect for our visit. 6 of us fit comfortably, with everyone having their own space. We were close to everywhere we needed to be, yet didn’t feel like there were people all over the place. One added bonus….you’re only steps away from the Snake River. The property managers were great about communicating. Given the opportunity, we will book again.

We were close to everywhere we needed to be, yet didn’t feel like there were people all over the place. One added bonus….you’re only steps away from the Snake River. The property managers were great about communicating. Given the opportunity, we will book again.

This place was perfect for our visit. 6 of us fit comfortably, with everyone having their own space. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the view of the ski slopes from the balcony was quite nice; I imagine it’s even better during the winter. We were close to everywhere we needed to be, yet didn’t feel like there were people all over the place. One added bonus….you’re only steps away from the Snake River. We loved the condo. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The drives around us were beautiful. We had our family of 7 there was enough room for all of us. The pool and hot tub were nice for the kids to get extra energy out at night.

Super easy to reserve. Great communication from the property manager. I loved the online guest book which had all the info we needed! I would definitely stay here again! Plenty of good quality towels. Access to hot tub, pool, and sauna are super close. Quiet neighborhood with great views of the mountains. Beds were comfy and the TV is huge!
