Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at this ski tip townhouse. It was so clean and well-maintained, and I would say it was even better than the pictures and the description! The amenities in the kitchen were better than many rentals we have stayed in, and overall the home was well-thought out. Each room had shades and many windows to open to cool the home down, plenty of light in the evening, and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room had curtains to cover them at night as needed. The hot tub was great too! One thing we loved was the games, books, and toys for kids of all ages. We brought our 1.5 year old and she LOVED the foam blocks and all the new books to explore. Overall we loved our experience here and will definitely rent again.

This house was a fantastic find right by keystone, we easily got to the mountain in just a few minutes. The keypad is a bit difficult to use and we had issues with the tv but the property managers were available almost immediately via text with any problem we had. Kitchen has basic amenities for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable.

Not only was the location extremely convenient, but between the shuttle, hot tub, # of beds, cleanliness, and the view, this place really had it all. Really the only thing was that there were no instructions as to how to activate the front door number pad. It was not explicitly detailed anywhere so we had to wait and call maintenance for them to come down and show us that we need to press our palms against the pad. It was an easy fix and quite avoidable. The maintenance guy had even mentioned he comes down all the time to do the same thing for others, so you would think since it is a common misconception, someone would have cleared that up before!

Some buddies and I stayed here during a golf trip. It’s a nice, comfortable place and met our needs. The property management company, particularly Damaris, were great to work with. The private hot tub was therapeutic after multiple rounds of golf! The only cons were traffic noise from Montezuma Road when windows were open and the futon in the downstairs, fourth bedroom was not very comfortable for an adult but would probably be fine for kiddos.

This unit was perfectly equipped to handle our two families, kids ages 10,11,12,12. Clean unit, comfortable beds, great pillows, well equipped kitchen, perfect layout for 2 families! Waking up with a cup of coffee and the fireplace blazing with a great view of the mountains and trees was my favorite! Large mud room was perfect for getting everyone dressed and out the door, and back in from skiing each day. The hot tub was key and was used each day! Fantastic location to get to and from the mountain. We made one call to the property management company, and they were friendly, helpful, and excellent to work with! We will be back!

Very, clean, comfortable beds. Only downside was the address was wrong on the guidebook and it took us a few calls and some real searching to find the place.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for any trouble this had finding the rental location. The check in instructions that are sent to guests before arrival include step by step directions that can be utilized if local GPS and map apps are not working correctly. Unfortunately, using map aps in the area is not recommended. However we do include a GPS pin point in the instructions to help guests find the precise location. When this guest called to report issues finding the unit we sent a staff member to help, and have since updated arrival instructions with more detailed information.

There was my family (husband, two children - 2 and 4, and myself) and my sister's family (sister, husband, and daughter -8) and it was absolutely perfect! The house was nice and quiet, so clean, updated, and had so many wonderful amenities. We were able to walk in to Keystone and enjoy the Winter Festival, which was wonderful and being able to walk there was great! We truly could not have asked for a better time!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we loved playing games at the dining table or hanging by the fireplace in the living room. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable and the place was very clean. We used the hot tub each night after skiing and are still missing it! Will definitely be back, thanks again!!

The place was large, clean, hot tub that worked well etc. We stayed in the place with 7 people and were all comfortable. The neighbors are also very nice and welcoming (which you can’t say about all VRBO’s).

The home was very clean and stocked with the basics needed to prepare meals. It’s location is perfect, not to close to town but not to far as well. It made our first trip to Colorado an amazing one and we will definitely rent again for future trips.

The hot tub was on and working, the grill was well functioning and the propane tank was full. There were plenty of games and there were TWO pack n plays. The only negative was that the drain in the master bathroom bath didnt seem to work, or at least i coulnt get the drain to close, but that could have been operator error.

They do not advertise how incredible the view is enough. The Mountain View out the back windows and from the hot tub is unreal. If you’re from a big city you’ve probably never seen stars like you will here before. My friends and I all had an incredible time staying in this space. The guide you get before check in is extremely comprehensive. Very responsive company. No complaints from any of us. Keystone has most of the basics you might need, but if you need more name brand stores they’re just a quick scenic 20 min drive away. Id recommend staying here to anyone, especially in the off season as it is incredible peaceful. I will almost certainly try to stay here again in the future.

Close to shuttle, lots of room for everyone. Very clean and extra blow up mattress was great. A few very minor things was the ice around the hot tub and back doors was super slick. Maybe some salt/sand by the door to help soften it up. The hot water was super hot a little scary with kids.

The beds could use an upgrade in blankets; very soft, affordable ones offered at Costco.The queen mattress in second bedroom is very squeaky at every movement. Not one good night's sleep in that bed. Took three days for management to address our lack of hot water in kitchen faucet. Great after new faucet install and the worker was was friendly, respectful and had the job done in a timely manner!

We put the kitchen to good use for breakfast and lunch on several occasions and the large hot tub was a plus after full days of skiing. The cabin was immaculately clean when we arrived. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It is not a ski in/out location but we had one person in our party who could drop us off at the lift drop off area, which was very convenient and only took about 10 minutes. There was also a short walk to a shuttle that looked to run at 20-40 minutes. We also found the location to be convenient to reach other excursions like sleighing. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this cabin.

The property was nice and in a great location! The only problem we encountered was the heater not working that great on the first night. I called the next morning and they were prompt to get it fixed. The rest of our stay was excellent!

We were a group of 4 adults traveling to Keystone/Breckenridge for a ski trip. The place had ample space for all of us, and all the amenities needed. The host is quick to assist with issues as well. I highly recommend staying here.

The rental was spacious and comfortable. Soaking in the hot tub after our adventurous days in Colorado was wonderful. Rugs and carpet were a little worn, but nothing to worry about. The townhouse was very clean and organized. The location was perfectly quiet and secluded with a beautiful view in our backyard. The company responded immediately to our questions, even to an issue of one of our smoke detectors chirping, and they sent help immediately to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service!

We were two families with three boys that stayed here for four nights in July. The location was perfect at the end of Keystone - quiet, near trails, only a mile from from River Run. The house was clean, well appointed and stayed cool once we opened a couple of windows and turned the fans on (we appreciate the ample amount of fans!). There were plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen soaps, and kitchenware. With four beds and a futon we had plenty of beds. We’d absolutely stay here again in the summer and would want to try a winter stay.

Beautiful property. Nicely decorated. Saw a fox multiple times and a moose once, all from back door. Only complaint is the address was wrong, but directions correct.then we had to contact rental company again to get code for key to door, because garage code didn't work. After that, everything went great

Space is just as pictured and location is great in quiet neighborhood in keystone. Communication was great and check in and check out was very easy. About 6-7 minute drive to Abasin and 20-25 minutes to Loveland.

The house was equipped with plenty of cookware we were able to use for making breakfasts and dinners. The house was very clean and beds comfortable. The hot tub was great to enjoy after a long day of hiking. The scenery was beautiful around Keystone. It was off season so a few of the local restaurants in Keystone were closed but there were plenty of options in neighboring towns Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge which was about 30 minutes away. Would highly recommend this place. Check in process was easy as well everything was communicated clearly via email and their website.

The only thing we wish it would’ve had were ceiling fans in the bedrooms since there is no air conditioning, and we felt like the supply of kitchen items were lacking a bit. Otherwise it was in great shape, and nice and spacious, well decorated. We did have a problem with parking, but not anything the condo owners or managers could do. In fact, Summit county mountain retreats were prompt in helping us deal with the problem. Thanks!!

There was plenty of room and was very comfortable. We found that by staying here we could travel almost anywhere in a day. After a long day out exploring we found the personal hot tub amazing. It was cool enough in the evenings to go out there and just relax. The only thing that we could have used was a couple of chairs out in the back on the patio for when we grilled out. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

This was the absolute most perfect condo for my family. It was close to keystone resort and close to all the shops, restaurants and anything else we needed. The condo itself was spotless when we got there and absolutely beautiful and spacious. We will definitely be trying to rent this one next year for our ski trip! Couldn’t recommend a better condo.

Any group requiring four bedrooms will appreciate this one. First floor bedroom is a couch bed in den with door to bathroom. End unit was quiet & only 5 minute walk to shuttle. View of evergreen trees out large windows adds to the Rocky Mountain experience. Hot tub out back door very nice. One of our group is thinking about renting same unit when he returns with his family for spring skiing.

We've always stayed at The Keystone Lodge but they didn't have room for us this year so we went this route and we'll never go back! The unit was perfect for our group of five. Our only issue is when we arrived the hot tub water was disgusting, there was a lot of empty beer cans and drink cups on the ground around the hot tub, and the propane tank on the bbq was empty. We called the management company who sent Tom right over to drain/re-fill the hot tub and he got us a full tank of propane pronto. Turns out it's pretty common for the locals to "poach" hot tubs at vacant vacation rentals. No big deal...we lost use of the tub for one night but very happy with the responsiveness of the management company. We will definitely stay here again!
