This is a great place to stay if you're going to the ski/snowboarding resort. The shuttles weren't running when we went so that was a little annoying but it's right down the street. It was close enough that the boys walked it a couple of times.

Thank you for your feedback! The Keystone Free shuttle runs all winter long, it is possible that they were just running a bit behind on pick ups during your stay due to the high volume of guests in the area.

The condo is perfectly located close to A-Basin and Keystone. It is spacious, peaceful, clean and large! It easily accommodated our family of six in need of three separate bedrooms. The towels were soft and plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked to get us started. There was detergent for a few loads. It was just what we needed for a ski trip to A-Basin. The condo has a hot tub next door, which was lovely after a day of skiing. The condo was comfortable with ample parking, even a garage. There is a larger pool available but we didn't try it. This is a family friendly condo with lots for the kids to do, many books and games! The bunk beds were full/queen sized with stairs to the upper bunk.
Communication was clear and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 (including three teenagers) stayed at the townhome for Spring Break the third week of March. It is just down the street from River Run at Keystone. You can catch a free shuttle to ski. Or, if you go early enough in the day, you can drive and park for free in the main parking lot.The location also makes it easy to explore other areas of Summit County.There were a few areas that needed some deeper cleaning, but overall the property was clean and in good shape. There were also a few minor maintenance issues, but they didn’t affect our stay and the management company was very responsive.The kitchen has basic supplies-enough for making breakfast or some basic meals. The 3 bathrooms were very nice to have. We all took showers in the morning and didn’t run out of hot water.The bed in the master is pretty firm. The other beds were average firmness.If you have more than one vehicle, parking can be a challenge. Plan to park one vehicle in the garage. We parked our XT6 with a rooftop carrier in the garage with plenty of room. If you have a larger SUV like a Surbuban, it may not fit and you may need to park in one of the three spaces in the pod or just slightly down the road.The shared hot tub area is next door. It’s a good size and it was clean.If we come back to the Keystone area we would stay here again.

Me and my wife took our kids and grandchild here and we were extremely satisfied with everything about the place. In the past we stayed at AIRBNB and it wasn't anything like the photos, check in was complicated and sometimes it wasn't ready until 6 pm, not this place we had such an easy time checking in and it was refreshing to see it looked exactly like the photos.

We love this area of Keystone and enjoyed riding our bikes to the village. The garage makes storing bikes convenient. Three bedrooms was also a plus and the home was very clean. The hot tub is also very close to the home. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

This property was just as described and pictured. We loved our stay and would book again. The only suggestion would be some sort of sun filtering coverings over the living room area as the afternoon sun is both blinding and hot.

Very nice property. The only suggestion would be shades in the den as sunshine is intense in the late afternoons. Overall a very nice place I would consider again. Just down the street to the lifts and bus stop is close if you don't want to use auto's.

My family of four, including my 2 teenage children, spent 2 weeks here and enjoyed every minute of it. House was roomy and exactly as pictured. Property Management was very responsive to my needs. City Market and other stores are about a 10 minute drive from the home. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and think it could be even better if: 1) The kitchen supplies/utensils were more robust. While the house does come stocked with the usual pots, plates, and flatware, it is limited in the number of pots and matching lids, could benefit from a toaster oven (has a toaster) and additional flatware. 2) Also would like to have had a swifter wet/dry mop made available, especially for those with extended stay. The front of the house is gravel and while we removed our shoes once inside the house, the floors tend to get dusty fast, especially since we kept our windows opens during the day. 3) renters could control the heating system. While we turned the heat down to as low as it could go, invariably, the heat somehow always run at night. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. If we return to Keystone, we would rent this place again.

What really made things exceptional was the high level of service and attentiveness of the management staff. We have stayed in Keystone many times and for the most part we don’t have any interactions with management. However, this company uses some cool tools like a mobile app and a texting system which allowed us to interact with them quickly and easily. We were surprised that even at 10 pm a staff member responded to our text.

We shared this property with another family, in total there were 4 adults and 4 kids. The space was perfect. There was much more storage than you usually find in a VRBO (hooks, drawers, bathroom shelving), which was very helpful. The location was also ideal, as it was an easy 5 minute walk to the shuttle.

The living area was so open and bright with a beautiful view. All of the appliances were top line. All beds were super comfortable. Private garage was wonderful as it rained while we were there. It was a very quiet location for a summer retreat. Easy access to hiking and other resorts. We would definitely stay here again.

This has by far been one of the best condos we have ever booked. As soon as we walked it, we fell in Love. Its absolutely Beautiful. It feels like a Home. Its perfect for Families. The rooms and beds are really comfortable! We had 3 Adults and 2 Children. The scenery is stunning. I also Loved how quite it was. If I were to suggest anything, it would be roll down blinds for living area. The Sun beams through which is beautiful, however when your trying to sit by the fire and watch a Movie, you can hardly watch the movie, bc of the glare from the windows. Other then that, it was Perfect. We would Stay here again and again!!!

Nice decor, comfortable bedrooms, garage & mud area w/ boot trays were great to have. Some minor maintenance issues need addressing (slow draining bathroom sink, hot water knob in half-bath, broken toaster, lower dishwasher rack) and kitchen was not as well-equipped for cooking meals for 7 as other condos we have stayed in but we made due with what was there. Liked having washer/dryer & loved the location - very quiet and short driving distance to River Run parking. We would stay again.

Loved this property and the location. The decor was perfect for a ski tip townhouse. Communication was stellar. I’d love to go back and bring my whole family! My kids would love the bunk beds and tv for movies. Great place! Highly recommended.

The master bed is huge and took a little tinkering to get the SleepNumber set just right for each of us. It is a short drive outside of Dillon which is perfect as you rarely hear any vehicles, just the sound of nature sitting out on the back patio. This is a place to make memories and we hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed spending as much time as we could out on the deck enjoying the nice weather. Even with the close proximity to the road, the noise was not bad at all. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the open concept and the cozy living area. The host was kind and left board games for us to play. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the sleep number upstairs in the master bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy, the place smelled nice when we walked in. The townhouse is in a great location and a short drive to lake Dillon with plenty of local activities. The hot tub close by was closed due to COVID, but we were able to make reservations for the local Keystone pool 5 minutes away. There's some local hiking and gorgeous views close by. We absolutely loved this townhouse and will try to book again in the future! Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Keystone. The great room is amazing with the beautiful wall of windows. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The white carpet has seen some wear and the grill was covered in metal grill bristles - making it unsafe to use.

Great experience at this Townhouse. Very spacious and the garage is nice to store all the gear needed for skiing and boarding. Easy walk to the hot tub and shuttle stop. Would highly recommend the Ski Tip Lodge for groups staying in Keystone.

We had a great time hanging out at the place and taking advantage of the hot tub. It was very clean with plenty of towels. Quick walk to Keystone ski area. Limited restaurant options for big parties in October (most restaurants closed early and didn't take reservations) - so just be mindful of that. No real complaints.

The house was very roomy and fit all 11 people comfortably. It was a 2 minute drive to keystone ski parking! Hot tub is not private, but is shaped so that multiple groups feel like they have their own section. Customer service over the phone was w an actual human. Check our and in was painless and easy. As someone who frequents Keystone often, I have to say the location was pretty much close to perfect. One minute drive to the mountain, or you could take the bus that has a stop right in front of the complex, and if you were even feeling great, it would be a very easy walk. The house itself was immaculate, beautiful location, so many amenities, and the hot tub was placed right outside the back door. DVDs if you wanted to stay in, a TV in almost every bedroom and comfy beds. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you need to cook with if you bring your own groceries. Dishwasher and laundry included with laundry soap. I will definitely rent from this place again! Don’t have one negative thing to say!

This place was more than I could expect! It was very comfortable, clean and spacious for our group of 9. Summit County Mtn Retreat staff were very responsive and organized. The place is a short drive to Keystone Resort, has an accessible hot tub and close to a walking path. I would certainly book this place again - great deal and location!

This townhome was spacious and the decor provided a true home away from home value. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future. Unlike many other airbnbs that I have personally stayed at, this one is managed by a vacation rental company. While it adds value in efficiency and sometimes cleanliness, it also takes away some of the personal touches experienced when you stay at an airbnb rented to you directly through the owner of the property.

Absolutely LOVED the place. So much room for the 3 of use. The friendly foxes were so sweet and would greet us while we were drinking our morning coffee. Very quiet and peaceful. Great view. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The place was wonderful and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stayed. We cooked, BBQ and there is even a Jacuzzi pool outside the complex but we didn't use. Bed is the one of the most comfy beds I have slept in outside home. We could come back!!

This place was everything we wanted and more.. It was well heated including a gas fireplace. It had a lots and lots of lights. Nice porch to play in the snow. The big hot tub was a 50 feet walk from the back porch. We had a great experience in this paradise home.

The kitchen was stocked with every cooking necessity and the rooms had plenty of extra bedding(not common at rentals) as well as extra towels. It was a nice bonus to even have a garage to put one car in. Our family likes to ski and the shuttle was 30 seconds away from our condo. Great location, beautiful condo,would loveeee to stay here again in the future!

Kate & Julia were so sweet and answered ALL of our 50 questions! The check-in process was super easy. We arrived early that day and had to wait until 4pm, which was actually the check-in time. This was completely understandable, as the company wants to ensure the home is completely ready for it's guests. The home itself totally met our needs. It was clean, comfy & cozy....and we loved the décor. It was nice having a heated garage to park in too. After a long day on the slopes, it was a great place to curl up and relax. If you want a quiet place, nestled away from the hustle & bustle of River Run, then this is the BEST choice. Not to mention, the beautiful mountain views! Complaints? If we had to picky, our only comment would be about the dishwasher. We had to rewash a few of the dishes prior to using them. Overall, we had a fabulous experience and created some great memories!
