This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8-11* with a brand new King Size, Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress, queen bed, full-sized bunk bed with trundle, and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private one car garage and private laundry. New owners have redone this condo giving it a sleek, retro mountain vibe. Each reservation is welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine from the property owners. The spacious deck offers beautiful treed and mountain views, and with the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench. The living area features an entire wall of windows with beautiful views. Vaulted ceilings lend a spacious feel, and there is a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The homeowners have provided a selection of books, games and DVDs for your enjoyment. Comfy furniture offers plenty of seating, and the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. Just off the living area is access to the wraparound deck with beautiful mountain views. Take advantage of the patio table that seats eight and enjoy the crisp mountain air.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area features a reclaimed wood table that can seat 10 with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is a half bath with toilet and pedestal sink. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious primary bedroom has a new King Size, Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress, Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and a window seat with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom features two pedestal sinks, built-in cabinetry, a jetted tub and a separate shower with glass enclosure. The first guest bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding and a twin-sized trundle. The homeowners have named this room "A Kids' Paradise" as it features a mounted flat screen TV, Blu-ray player and a selection of movies. The second guest bedroom is next door and has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding. The upstairs guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Also upstairs is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. The homeowners have provided a pack 'n play and a high chair for those traveling with children. And the home is just a 10-minute drive from the locals' favorite mountain A-basin.

*If your reservation has more than 8 guests, each extra guest has an added cost of $25 per guest, per night. This extra fee will be collected after the reservation is made (we will contact you).

Our ultra-premium linens feature extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens. *Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 24 years of age or older. This is a great place to stay if you're going to the ski/snowboarding resort. The shuttles weren't running when we went so that was a little annoying but it's right down the street. It was close enough that the boys walked it a couple of times.

Thank you for your feedback! The Keystone Free shuttle runs all winter long, it is possible that they were just running a bit behind on pick ups during your stay due to the high volume of guests in the area.

The condo is perfectly located close to A-Basin and Keystone. It is spacious, peaceful, clean and large! It easily accommodated our family of six in need of three separate bedrooms. The towels were soft and plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked to get us started. There was detergent for a few loads. It was just what we needed for a ski trip to A-Basin. The condo has a hot tub next door, which was lovely after a day of skiing. The condo was comfortable with ample parking, even a garage. There is a larger pool available but we didn't try it. This is a family friendly condo with lots for the kids to do, many books and games! The bunk beds were full/queen sized with stairs to the upper bunk.
Communication was clear and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location by River Run & plenty of space

Our family of 5 (including three teenagers) stayed at the townhome for Spring Break the third week of March. It is just down the street from River Run at Keystone. You can catch a free shuttle to ski. Or, if you go early enough in the day, you can drive and park for free in the main parking lot.The location also makes it easy to explore other areas of Summit County.There were a few areas that needed some deeper cleaning, but overall the property was clean and in good shape. There were also a few minor maintenance issues, but they didn’t affect our stay and the management company was very responsive.The kitchen has basic supplies-enough for making breakfast or some basic meals. The 3 bathrooms were very nice to have. We all took showers in the morning and didn’t run out of hot water.The bed in the master is pretty firm. The other beds were average firmness.If you have more than one vehicle, parking can be a challenge. Plan to park one vehicle in the garage. We parked our XT6 with a rooftop carrier in the garage with plenty of room. If you have a larger SUV like a Surbuban, it may not fit and you may need to park in one of the three spaces in the pod or just slightly down the road.The shared hot tub area is next door. It’s a good size and it was clean.If we come back to the Keystone area we would stay here again.

Me and my wife took our kids and grandchild here and we were extremely satisfied with everything about the place. In the past we stayed at AIRBNB and it wasn't anything like the photos, check in was complicated and sometimes it wasn't ready until 6 pm, not this place we had such an easy time checking in and it was refreshing to see it looked exactly like the photos.

Great neighborhood

We love this area of Keystone and enjoyed riding our bikes to the village. The garage makes storing bikes convenient. Three bedrooms was also a plus and the home was very clean. The hot tub is also very close to the home. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Much needed getaway

This property was just as described and pictured. We loved our stay and would book again. The only suggestion would be some sort of sun filtering coverings over the living room area as the afternoon sun is both blinding and hot.

Keystone condo

Very nice property. The only suggestion would be shades in the den as sunshine is intense in the late afternoons. Overall a very nice place I would consider again. Just down the street to the lifts and bus stop is close if you don't want to use auto's.
