Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Keystone was peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. The home was very well appointed and clean. The kitchen has everything you might need, the beds were comfy with quality bedding. There were plenty of towels and even extra, as well as extra blankets. The multiple humidifiers and recommendation to use them was nice. Morning coffee and evening wine on the patio were delightful. We had beautiful walks along the river and the village is a nice walkable distance as well. We rode the gondola for spectacular views from the top. We drove back over Loveland Pass and it was breathtaking.

There were plenty of plush towels with extras available. The easy walk to the river was a favorite. The village was also a nice, easy walk and fun gondola ride.

Well laid out house loved the large foyer/mudroom area worked great. Liked having a place with few stairs from car to house, garage is very tight, owner should get rid of large purple cabinet in garage could not get in passenger side of car. Close to common hot tub easy access to a-basin, Keystone, Breck and Copper. Recommend this place for a group or large faimly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ski Tip 8710 was an excellent selection for our 5-night stay with 5-7 people (7 over the weekend; 5 for the remaining 3 days). The property was very accurately described, and the management company had excellent communication! It was very clean and available promptly at 4:30 p.m. The linens felt so nice on the beds, and the kitchen had nearly everything you'd need to make a gourmet meal. The spacious dining area became the hub for our families and friends to congregate, play games (quite a few available under the main TV) and enjoy meals together. The garage can be a little tricky to navigate with a lot of snow, but we managed just fine. The storage in the front entry is fantastic, and there are places to hang skis in the garage. The huge hot tub was just behind the townhome, with warm bathrooms and showers. We love the location and appreciate being slightly away from the bustling River Run Village. Shuttle stop is very close; everything was extremely convenient! So many details were thought of when they built and equipped this townhome; we highly recommend it!

Amazing experience! My family and I enjoyed the stay. Lots of things to do and see locally. Although, we didn't mind any of the long drives either! Such amazing views! We were lucky enough to see a small fox roaming around the premises and even a blue jay. The interior space was beyond warm and welcoming, and so were the neighbors. Everything was provided for kitchen uses, which was very helpful. Family games were even left near the fireplace, and were used by everyone. The lack of light pollution at night allowed us to view the stars like never before, and closer considering the altitude (10,000 ' above sea level). We saw a few shooting stars and could clearly locate constellations. My family loved the Haywood Cafe nearby, it was our favorite local restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Overall, such an amazing vacation and break away from this strange reality we now live in. We are immensely grateful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house was sparkling clean, and the host sent us a guide with detailed informations about the house and nearby activities few weeks before the trip. The location is very high up, so the drive can be a bit scary if you choose to drive around the mountain. Otherwise, I had a great time overall. The house looks much better than what is shown in the photos. I highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect for us. We were there for a week of skiing & family time. The rental itself was very clean, stocked well with kitchen basics and plenty of towels. Layout was great and the place was roomier than photos can show. We had zero problems. Checking in and checking out could not have been easier. Take advantage of the ski rental discount!! Thanks for a great stay!! This was one of the nicest ‘ski’ townhouses we’ve ever rented.

From the get-go the management company was great and stayed in touch with us on check in instructions, paperwork, etc. They also responded very quickly to a question we had a couple of days in. Location was quiet and perfect for our family needing some downtime. We enjoyed being able to leave the doors open and our kids could play outside. September is a BEAUTIFUL time to be in Summit county and we would love to stay here again. Thanks!
