Description

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features a private one car garage equipped with a EV charger and private laundry. The deck offers beautiful treed views with mountains in the distance. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. Guests of Ski Tip also have access to the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features an entire wall of windows allowing lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings lend to the overall spaciousness. There is a large mounted Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and cozy furnishings. The couch has a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Just off the living area is access to the deck with beautiful views. The deck opens up onto green-space, perfect for outside play and building snowmen.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is a half bath with a pedestal sink and toilet. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Near the half bath is the private laundry and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious primary suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with jets. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Great place to stay, clean and well-appointed. Better kitchen supplies than a lot of places I've stayed before. The knives could be better, but that's normal. The hot tub is pretty far away in a different complex, so we didn't use it.
Still, nice layout, great place to stay and < 5 mins from the Keystone parking lot.

Great Location

Location is just a few blocks from keystone. Hot tub was a nice after a long day of skiing. Quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Father/daughter snowboarding trip!

Two father/daughter couples stayed here and had a great trip. This Ski Tip condo was perfect for us…very clean, convenient, and great proximity to shuttle stop! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

First, this location is perfect; it is just a couple minutes drive to the main lot for Keystone. The home was clean, with nice appliances and a great view out of the living room. It's not very big, but certainly suitable for a family of five, and there is plenty of space for gear near the entry. We had a few issues, nothing major, such as a drain in the bath that was backing up, and they fixed it immediately. They were very responsive and helpful, which you don't always get with VRBO's. I wish they had a hot tub on the premises, but it's a short walk (a couple of buildings down the road). Overall, I would recommend it.

Amazing Trip

Great Stay

My son and I had a great stay and skied at A Basin. The unit was a good location for that being on the east side of Keystone. I thought it was one of the best places I have stayed in Summit County. You can tell the owners and management take great care to make it a pleasant and hassle free experience. Attention to details (knowing what it is like to stay somewhere) were noticeable. Little things like labeling some of the light switches, lots of tissue boxes around, really thorough instructions. Place was very nicely furnished and nice airy design with much natural light. Great place to spend some time.

Our Stay

Overall we had a great stay. The master bed was very comfortable and the shuttle service to the ski resort was very convenient My suggestions to improve the home is more comfortable couches and lounge chairs and to shovel the back patio so we could of used the grill and sit out there.

Almost no hot water!!

Nice property, spacious and clean, and great location. Hot tub was hard to find in the complex with no guidance. Had to ask handy man for guidance as there were no orientation maps for the complex. Tried twice to use the jacuzzi soaker tub in the unit but there was only enough hot water to fill it 1/3 full. Showering for one person only at a time then 45 min. Wait for more hot water. No welcome book or information in print in the unit on how to run the TV or heating system. The only info available was through QR code on the cell phone. But the info provided was not helpful and no info on using the unit.
