Loved the location an easy mile walk to Keystone which was a great area to get coffee and food! Garage is tight but my truck fit and having a real ev charger and not just a 220 plug was super helpful. 10/10 will stay again

Great place to stay, clean and well-appointed. Better kitchen supplies than a lot of places I've stayed before. The knives could be better, but that's normal. The hot tub is pretty far away in a different complex, so we didn't use it.
Still, nice layout, great place to stay and < 5 mins from the Keystone parking lot.

Two father/daughter couples stayed here and had a great trip. This Ski Tip condo was perfect for us…very clean, convenient, and great proximity to shuttle stop! Highly recommend!

First, this location is perfect; it is just a couple minutes drive to the main lot for Keystone. The home was clean, with nice appliances and a great view out of the living room. It's not very big, but certainly suitable for a family of five, and there is plenty of space for gear near the entry. We had a few issues, nothing major, such as a drain in the bath that was backing up, and they fixed it immediately. They were very responsive and helpful, which you don't always get with VRBO's. I wish they had a hot tub on the premises, but it's a short walk (a couple of buildings down the road). Overall, I would recommend it.

This property was one of our favorites! It felt just like home as soon as we stepped in the door. We had such an amazing experience! My 2 and 4yo really enjoyed being here as well they had a blast! It was clean, organized and above all the check in and check out was extremely easy! We definitely will be coming back in the future!

My son and I had a great stay and skied at A Basin. The unit was a good location for that being on the east side of Keystone. I thought it was one of the best places I have stayed in Summit County. You can tell the owners and management take great care to make it a pleasant and hassle free experience. Attention to details (knowing what it is like to stay somewhere) were noticeable. Little things like labeling some of the light switches, lots of tissue boxes around, really thorough instructions. Place was very nicely furnished and nice airy design with much natural light. Great place to spend some time.

Overall we had a great stay. The master bed was very comfortable and the shuttle service to the ski resort was very convenient My suggestions to improve the home is more comfortable couches and lounge chairs and to shovel the back patio so we could of used the grill and sit out there.

Nice property, spacious and clean, and great location. Hot tub was hard to find in the complex with no guidance. Had to ask handy man for guidance as there were no orientation maps for the complex. Tried twice to use the jacuzzi soaker tub in the unit but there was only enough hot water to fill it 1/3 full. Showering for one person only at a time then 45 min. Wait for more hot water. No welcome book or information in print in the unit on how to run the TV or heating system. The only info available was through QR code on the cell phone. But the info provided was not helpful and no info on using the unit.

Living and sleeping spaces are well maintained and updated with TV's throughout when you want to wind down. Digital Guestbook provided gives you all the info you need and more, plus discounts! Shuttle service is super convenient.

The townhome was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities. The location was perfect if you want to be away from the crowd...quiet, wooded, and beautiful. Yet it was close enough to the cities and attractions that you could drive to them within 30 minutes at most. If we come back to Keystone someday, we would book this townhome again if available.

So close to Keystone, we have a big SUV so opted to park out rather than trying to squeeze in the garage. Great ‘hot room’ under stairs - contains heating unit - for drying damp boots & gloves! Had read other reviews so knew to take basic essentials (oil spray, condiments etc) for cooking. We’re used to staying in Airbnb style accommodation where they are usually provided. This condo was beautiful and well decorated. The lifts and or bus route was just outside our door. Snow removal was kept up and lighting was good. The grand kids enjoyed the rooms and layout of the condo. It was nice to have updated Apps on the smart TVs. We will definitely come again. Restaurants in the area were very good. Pizza 101. Sunrise cafe etc.

We had the perfect stay at our Summit County condo. The place was immaculate. We loved the access to the hot tub! We went each night. Our check in code did not work, so we called the hotline number. They answered right away and gave us a new code. It was really slick. If I come back and ski Keystone, I hope to stay here again.

This property is in a nice resort area and is close to all the pertinent points of interest. I could live in this condo! There were a couple of minor inconveniences -- we had difficulty finding the location of the hot tub, there were very few kitchen staples available (so just bring everything you need), and the beds in the twin bedroom were too soft for me. We appreciated having access to so many streaming services -- we ended up binge watching Ted Lasso!

Management was prompt in fixing the loose keypad on the entry door after we reported it. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness b/c I found some cobwebs hanging from a ceiling vent and a few crumbs on a coffee table, otherwise everything else was clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again and are considering a family ski vacation here!

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the road to our home- away-from-home was blocked off due to re-surfacing and we had a hard time determining the correct address. We encountered a very helpful resident who helped us figure out the correct address and the best plan for reaching it. We ended up parking in a ditch for the first night. We noticed upon checking in, that the room near the main floor bathroom was very hot and even the door felt hot to the touch. Property management was very responsive to our call. We enjoyed our time here. It met our needs very well. It's cute and clean. The twin beds in the second bedroom were especially helpful. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom and that is a nice touch. No A/C, but it wasn't an issue with the cool mountain air. The first night was warm, but there were fans to use and once we got the windows opened and air flowing, it cooled off. Appliances were new and worked great. There is a grill on the deck. Loved the patio/deck, you could hear the creek. Close to a fun nature trail that we enjoyed a couple of times. The smell from the new asphalt was unfortunate, but nothing the rental could do about that. There was a missing electrical outlet cover and a large rip in a patio chair seat, but those are easily fixable. Nice neighborhood. Nice location. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback! We are happy that you had a good experience overall, but we are sorry to see that you are upset about asphalt repair work outside the unit. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused your group, this work has since been complete outside the property. Thank you for bringing the missing outlet cover and ripped chair to our attention. We have replaced the outlet cover and will be investigating the ripped chair as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the summer heat. If this property does not have a fan at time of check in just let us know and we can bring out to the unit. I always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off. Come back and see us soon. Cheers!

My only two complaints are that we weren't aware that we would have to go to Dakota lodge to use the pool, and that the master bath shower head needs to be replaced. The beds were super soft which is what we are used to at home and made the nights after a long day on the mountain very peaceful. Though the community hot tub was closed because of covid, the master bath had a tub with jets that was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Humidifiers were available for each room of the house to help us adjust to the elevation coming from Florida and the unit was a short 3 minute drive to keystone slopes, 10 minute drive to keystone, 30 minute drive to Breck, and 45 min drive to vail putting us in the heart of the action for a week of exploring! Kitchen was well supplied with kitchen ware for cooking just about anything, and code entry made for conveniant access. Highly recommended, cant wait to book our return next season!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Ski Tip #8715 over Christmas. We've been to Keystone many times and have stayed at various locations. We liked being on this end of Keystone - seemed a little quieter. We enjoyed our stay and had no real complaints. To be clear, you do still have to take a bus or drive to one of the lots. It's close to River Run, but not that close. Due to COVID, we drove everyday and most of the time parked in the pay Hunki Dori lot. Highly recommend paying for that lot if you have little kids - you're steps from the gondola. If you're good with the bus, there is a stop very close - you can see it out the window. The condo itself has a great set up for a family of four. Nice that the kids have their own bathroom in the room. Was very clean at check in and all the furniture, etc is in good shape. We liked the back patio - was fun for the kids to play in the snow where we could still see them. A small added bonus is that the condo is close to the community trash dumpster. Nice to have it close when bringing trash out in the cold. Another nice bonus is that there is a walking/hiking path not far down Independence Road that follows the Snake River. We had fun walking on that on non-ski days. A couple minor downsides: (1) while it's fantastic to have a garage, this one is very tight for a full size SUV. We parked an Escalade in there everyday, but one of us had to get out to direct to make sure we didn't hit the garage door frame. Not a deal killer by any means - just be aware. The second very minor downside is that the kitchen could be a little better stocked with equipment. For example, there is no K-Cup maker which seems kind of standard these days. Also, there were two can openers, but neither worked. Again, none of this should stop you from staying here. The condo worked perfectly for our week long stay. One last thing, I left a special pillow in the condo. We called SCMR and they found it and shipped it home to me. Great customer servic

Super cozy space, very welcoming. We enjoyed the patio and resident wildlife very much. It does get quite warm inside, especially while sleeping, but that is noted in the welcome packet along with suggestions to keep comfortable. Being from Missouri, we greatly appreciated the humidifiers available and keeping them running really added to the comfort of our stay.

Wow, what a beautiful and spacious place! Great location! It's secluded, but still so close to the village. The place was very clean, and the beds were so soft (something I always worry about). Fans were also provided, which was helpful. We had a couple of issues/questions, and the maintenance team got back to us immediately. We were very impressed with the hospitality. Their hot tub was closed, but they provided access for us to use the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub, which was fabulous and directly in front of the mountains. Also, having the garage was a huge bonus! We will definitely be coming back.
