Description

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin XL bunk bed. It features an updated kitchen, a private one car garage and private laundry. The deck offers beautiful treed views with mountains in the distance. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks, cubbies and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features an entire wall of windows allowing lots of natural light. Vaulted ceilings lend to the overall spaciousness and there is a 4K Smart TV above the gas fireplace. Just off the living area is access to the deck with beautiful views. The deck opens up onto a large greenspace, perfect for outside play and building snowmen.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Custom cabinetry provides ample storage space, perfect for large family dinners, and there is even a wine cooler. The dining area seats eight with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is a half bath with a pedestal sink and toilet. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious primary suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a cozy window seat with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has two pedestal sinks, built-in cabinetry, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom is next door and has a queen-sized bed and a twin XL bunk bed, perfect for kids or adults! The upstairs guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Also upstairs is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for us, plenty of room. We liked how the kitchen, dining room, and living room were all open to each other. If you come for skiing, the shuttle stop is very close!

This was our first time traveling with two kids, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we arrived, our family truly felt at home. The accommodations were wonderful, from the soft pillows to the incredibly cozy blankets. We loved playing board games by the fireplace and spending time in the snow, and having sleds available was such a thoughtful touch. Every detail made our stay comfortable and welcoming. My kids didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

This townhouse is in a great location with the ski bus stop very close by. The place is well equipped for making your own food and has very nice quality appliances and finishes. The property manager was responsive to my questions and we had no issues during our stay. It’s a beautiful home that’s very comfortable, lots of games, smart tv, charging station for electronics etc

Our stay was everything and more! We took a family vacation with our three adult kids, and everyone had an absolute blast. The house had everything we needed, including a great selection of board games that kept us busy when we got snowed in. The location was serene, and the snowstorm that came through made it even more magical.
The girls enjoyed the hot tub and even built a snowman out front. We were grateful for the crew that came out to clear the driveway, and having the garage was a huge plus so we didn’t have to leave the car out in the snow.
The house is super close to Keystone Resort, which made our snowboard day incredibly convenient. We also used the recommended rental shop and got the 25% discount, much cheaper than renting at the resort. The rental place was less than five minutes from the Keystone parking lot.
Highly recommend this location. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay right down the street from skiing. Very fun winter chalet vibes. The management company was accommodating and came late at night to fix the heat and kept checking in to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The townhome is great! The house has everything you need to have a great time including some games & lots of kitchenware items. Lots of extras in the bedroom closets for comfort. The only thing I’d say this property is missing to be excellent is a hot tub on the balcony!

This place was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and well-prepared. We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. The surrounding area is truly beautiful, with a peaceful little river nearby that made our mornings extra special. I especially loved sitting by the water with my coffee, just soaking in the quiet and calm.
The host was very responsive and sent clear, helpful instructions that made everything easy from start to finish. The whole environment was so serene and relaxing.
If you’re looking for a cozy, scenic getaway, this is it. Highly recommend!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, it was even better in person. It welcomed us 4 women perfectly. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Such thought in making this space a warm gather yet spacious and private all together. The kitchen had all we needed. The appliances are modern and quiet. I definitely recommend this home to others. This is a great spot. Spacious, clean, cozy, well laid out and beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, from a blender, to a stand mixer, I can't imagine what else you could need. The house had all the comforts you would hope for, nice linens, tons of blankets, great water pressure and lots of hot water. The location is excellent. The shuttle stop is super close by and the trail along the river right near the house is a gorgeous walk. The kids even found a fun spot to sled close to the house. Highly recommend this property and the management company was very responsive.

We found the Ski Tip home to be exactly like the pictures and a great place to stay for skiing at Keystone. We really enjoyed the large windowed view and the ability to use the garage while staying there. We only had one car which made the parking situation very easy since you aren’t supposed to park in the driveway (assume due to snow plow access). We also really appreciated all the humidifiers there for those of us not used to seriously dry high altitude winter conditions. We would be happy to stay there again the next time we go back to keystone!

Nice place. Right outside of keystone proper. 10 minutes from A Basin. Nice Deck, nice living space. I had to sign a lease that seemed very one sided. Air BNB wouldn't let me out of my reservation with it, but after communicating with the owner they were going to let me out of i, but in the end we decided to stay anyway.

Although its meant to be used during the ski season, I visited this in May and had an amazing time - Beautiful picturesque location with Snake river gushing behind the patio. And amazing moonlit nights on that same patio with just the silhouettes of the pine trees.

Beautiful, well-appointed, and great location

Really nice spot in Ski Tip neighborhood. This spot has all the basic amenities you need to have a great time at Keystone. Very close to the Orange route shuttle to the resort. Condo is cozy and has everything you need to enjoy your time. Attached garage is a nice bonus.

Excellent stay! Feels right at home, the ambiance and scenery is a breath of fresh air! Great location! right across the street from the shuttle service stop, that runs every 15-20 min. Fantastic restaurant (Ski Tip Lodge) 3min walk. I would definitely stay here again.

This rental was perfect for our little get away. Everything was very clean, well stocked and felt like home. The unit is well built and we didn’t have any issues with hearing our neighbors. The amenity instructions left by the rental company were very easy to understand. (Hot tub, trash, etc) The owners/ company contact responded very quickly to the few questions we had. This is a great place we will go back.

Great property, very spacious!

Awesome location, perfect house with everything needed for a very comrfotable stay and cooking essentials. Excellent location - bus to ski lift right outside the door to the right - short commute of 3 - 5 minutes to the ski lifts. We would love to return!
