Description

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 9 with a king bed, queen bed, and two bunk beds. It features a private one car garage and private laundry. The deck offers beautiful treed views with mountains in the distance. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features an entire wall of windows allowing lots of natural light. Vaulted ceilings lend to the overall spaciousness and there is a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. Just off the living area is access to the deck with beautiful views. The deck opens up onto a large greenspace, perfect for outside play and building snowmen.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Custom cabinetry provides ample storage space, perfect for large family dinners, and there is even a wine cooler. The dining area seats eight with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is a half bath with a pedestal sink and toilet. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and a cozy window seat with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom features two pedestal sinks, built-in cabinetry, a jetted tub and a separate shower with glass enclosure. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom is next door and has twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunk beds with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The upstairs guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Also upstairs is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

The location of this place is great (within walking or short shuttle distance of keystone), but still feels like you have a peaceful retreat when you look into the trees and mountains out back.
It has easy access to the hot tub area, although it would have been nice to have a couple more towels specifically for that purpose. We had some initial trouble getting in, but the host was able to resolve despite the late hour of our arrival - thanks again!
The inside was clean and spacious, and the fireplace was an awesome way to warm up after being out in the cold during the day. Overall it was a great stay!

Great place to stay for our ski vacation. Fit 2 families easily. Easy access to Keystone ski shuttle (Trappers) which was right around the corner even for the little ones. Place was exactly as described. They also provided some items that were not available when we checked in and were very responsive. A few minor upgrades would make this place even better, but all in all it was a great place to stay.

Keystone Christmas

Comfortable, clean, well equipped property in a quiet development close to skiing. Every day we took a short walk to the shuttle stop and quick ride brought us right to the lifts. Management was very responsive. We had no issues and would rent this property again.

Graduation Trip

This was the absolute perfect spot for a family getaway in the summer. Away from all the crowds, ski town with everything you’d need and there was even cell phone service. The townhome was well kept and comfortable. The master bedroom could use a curtain and the kitchen needs updated skillets/pans but other than that perfect stay. The water out back is amazing, Georgetown is close by. We will be back!! Loved the experience!!

We loved our stay here! It was quiet, serene and a beautiful setting. It had all the basics that you need for a few days, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The garage was tight for a mid size car so you will want to use the outside parking spot if you have a truck or SUV. There were 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room!
We took walks through beautiful neighborhoods up the hill. There’s a rushing stream that is a short walk away, you can hear it at night with windows open.
We made breakfast every morning in the kitchen. The gas stove was nice! We grilled out on the back porch, enjoyed the weather and tranquility. We didn’t use the shuttle but you’re a quick 5 minute drive into Keystone Village. We ate dinner at Zuma (Montezuma) and it was wonderful high quality cuisine even for the kiddos.
This was a great home base for winter/ summer mountain trips since we were 30 min from Breckenridge and 10 minutes from Lake Dillon. for We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely go back again.

Overall, my group had a great time and would recommend. The property was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very plush. We enjoyed area attractions in neighboring cities accessible via rental car. There was also a shuttle, but I did not use it. Keystone and Dillon are very quaint. We noted in the evenings there were limited food and activity options.

Nice Mountain Rental

Our family of 8 rented condo for a few nights to ski. Lots of communication from manager. Space was laid out nicely for 3 bedroom: 1 king, 1 queen and last bedroom has double bunkbeds. Our largest complaints were a chair was taken to be fixed so we only had 7 chairs at dining table for our family of 8 and there was no window coverings on the master bedroom. Bedding very comfortable, condo was clean and great layout for hanging out after skiing. Literally a 2 minute drive to the mountain which was perfect. Great stay and we would come back. Thank you

Great stay

We loved this place! Incredible location, comfortable space. close to shuttle and skiing. Thanks for all the humidifiers and box fans! That was awesome. My one issue was that hunting thru an enormous pdf on our phones to find answers to questions was a hassle. It would be great if you had a printed version in a binder for easier access.
