2) Specify the type of coffee maker provided, 12 cup drip /Kureig etc.
3) Update Shower knobs as they were difficult to turn

The location of this place is great (within walking or short shuttle distance of keystone), but still feels like you have a peaceful retreat when you look into the trees and mountains out back.
It has easy access to the hot tub area, although it would have been nice to have a couple more towels specifically for that purpose. We had some initial trouble getting in, but the host was able to resolve despite the late hour of our arrival - thanks again!
The inside was clean and spacious, and the fireplace was an awesome way to warm up after being out in the cold during the day. Overall it was a great stay!

The unit was spacious, clean, had a well equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area. The deck had seating for 5 and was a great place to relax. The management checked in on us several times by text and always very helpful. Ski tip was a short drive from Elk Run Village and not far from Dillon. We enjoyed paddle boarding, disc golf, hiking Arapaho Basin and dining/shopping at Elk Run Village. A perfect summer vacation.

Great place to stay for our ski vacation. Fit 2 families easily. Easy access to Keystone ski shuttle (Trappers) which was right around the corner even for the little ones. Place was exactly as described. They also provided some items that were not available when we checked in and were very responsive. A few minor upgrades would make this place even better, but all in all it was a great place to stay.

The town home is well decorated and well out-fitted with kitchen essentials. The beds were great, bathrooms were nice, and the overall layout is just superb. The hot tub is located just across the street. And there is an excellent walking path just down the road. Keystone is a little tucked away, but for this trip this is exactly what we wanted. It is a pleasant drive to Dillon, Breck, or Frisco if you’re looking for more to do. I would literally hop on a plane right now if I could and hustle back to Keystone. The management was also extremely communicative and pleasant. I give this condo a solid 10/10.

This property is very roomy with a great amount of storage. I've been visiting Keystone for many years and I must say this place has an incredible, well stocked kitchen. The dining room was awesome, we were able to seat 8 people quite comfortably. It is decorated with some lovely art and lighting. The property was very clean, and the one issue we had in the shower was addressed immediately by the maintenance group. The location is out of the immediate Keystone area, so it was very quiet and secluded. I would gladly come back to this property and recommend to friends/family. Having a washer and dryer on site was an added bonus, and as we were there during off season, the garage was perfect for our bicycles. This property is elegant and very homey. It was a great vacation!

Comfortable, clean, well equipped property in a quiet development close to skiing. Every day we took a short walk to the shuttle stop and quick ride brought us right to the lifts. Management was very responsive. We had no issues and would rent this property again.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet, serene and a beautiful setting. It had all the basics that you need for a few days, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The garage was tight for a mid size car so you will want to use the outside parking spot if you have a truck or SUV. There were 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room!
We took walks through beautiful neighborhoods up the hill. There’s a rushing stream that is a short walk away, you can hear it at night with windows open.
We made breakfast every morning in the kitchen. The gas stove was nice! We grilled out on the back porch, enjoyed the weather and tranquility. We didn’t use the shuttle but you’re a quick 5 minute drive into Keystone Village. We ate dinner at Zuma (Montezuma) and it was wonderful high quality cuisine even for the kiddos.
This was a great home base for winter/ summer mountain trips since we were 30 min from Breckenridge and 10 minutes from Lake Dillon. for We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely go back again.

We enjoyed area attractions in neighboring cities accessible via rental car. There was also a shuttle, but I did not use it. Keystone and Dillon are very quaint. We noted in the evenings there were limited food and activity options.

Our family of 8 rented condo for a few nights to ski. Lots of communication from manager. Space was laid out nicely for 3 bedroom: 1 king, 1 queen and last bedroom has double bunkbeds. Our largest complaints were a chair was taken to be fixed so we only had 7 chairs at dining table for our family of 8 and there was no window coverings on the master bedroom. Bedding very comfortable, condo was clean and great layout for hanging out after skiing. Literally a 2 minute drive to the mountain which was perfect. Great stay and we would come back. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this condo numerous times and will continue to do so. It is well maintained and well equipped and quite comfortable. This year the housekeeping was less acceptable than typical, dust on furniture and such, and the master bedroom bed cover had a disgusting stain that looked like blood. It never should have been put on the bed. The other issue is the previous renter ,just have barbecued an entire pig and the deck below the grill was covered with grease. When we lit the barbecue a bonfire resulted and took 15 minutes to burn off all that grease. OK, o other complaints, and not th e management companies fault other than they might want to have housekeeping check on the condition of the barbecue unit. Figuring out the satellite tv controls continues to be a challenge but we succeeded. Overall this is our favorite Keystone condo and over 30 years of Keystone visits we have been in a bunch.

Wow, this property was beautiful and so perfectly situated. Three awesome bedrooms and a fantastic mountain cabin living room perfect for hanging out. 20 minute walk to ski lifts or free shuttle ride less than 2 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We had a lovely visit at Ski Tip, which is located close to River Run (2 min drive), which is the main base, and a short drive (7 min) from Mountain House, where our kids took ski lessons. We loved sitting by the fire and playing board games and cooking in the kitchen. The kids had fun sleeping in the bunk room. For the adults, the king bed was comfortable, and the large windows offered a nice light through the snowy trees. Kids loved it, adults loved it. We'd definitely book here again. When we do, we'd make reservations at the Ski Tip Lodge, one of the nicest restaurant options, which is a block away but was fully booked before we arrived. The property offered a discount on skis through Summit County Mountain Retreats (rental office across the highway and very convenient), but we didn't reserve in advance and had to ski with older equipment. So, take advantage of the benefits of the property and plan ahead! Plan ahead!

We had a lovely visit at Ski Tip, which is located close to River Run (2 min drive), which is the main base, and a short drive (7 min) from Mountain House, where our kids took ski lessons. We loved sitting by the fire and playing board games and cooking in the kitchen. The kids had fun sleeping in the bunk room. For the adults, the king bed was comfortable, and the large windows offered a nice light through the snowy trees. Kids loved it, adults loved it. We'd definitely book here again. When we do, we'd make reservations at the Ski Tip Lodge, one of the nicest restaurant options, which is a block away but was fully booked before we arrived. The property offered a discount on skis through Summit County Mountain Retreats (rental office across the highway and very convenient), but we didn't reserve in advance and had to ski with older equipment. So, take advantage of the benefits of the property and plan ahead! Plan ahead!

Well maintained so no calls to the management company while there. One missing screen on one of the living room windows but has been missing for years so,I don’t think they plan on replacing. Well equipped kitchen, only thing missing was a cutting board so we bought one and left it. Several internet channels available on the TV. We don’t watch much but a family would appreciate. We have stayed in a lot of the communities over 25 years and this is our favorite, particularly this condo.

This place was quite comfortable and fulfilled the expectations we had. It was at the end of the road of many condos, along a river, nestled on the edge of a forest. There was even a quaint little high-end restaurant in the complex. We'll have to come back sometime when we can make reservations and don't have little grandchildren with us. I loved the full length windows and the easy to use blinds. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of fans and humidifiers available in each room. Our grown kids and the grandkids slept in the rooms beside us but we didn't hear them in the night or early mornings. The showers lost hot water at one point. This wasn't a big deal. We had no problem getting inside, using the code. Everything was clean. Managers provided coffee and a few supplies like trash bags, dish soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. I would have liked a more moisturizing lotions. We live here in CO and you really do need a good moisturizer when at this altitude. Or I could bring my own. The stuff they provided wasn't great. Also, and this is petty, I don't like brown soap. I hate all the brown residue :-) There was Saran wrap but no aluminum foil. We needed that. *There was no dishwasher brush or tool to scrub dishes. That needs to be addressed. There were lots of nice dishes, bowls, utensils, and appliances to all of our needs. TV worked well. Heating the unit wasn't an issue. We were comfortable. I would recommend keeping it at 68 or below for sleeping comfortably. Refrigerator worked well. The place was very clean. If I were to request any improvements it would be to have baby gate, high chair, and crib available. It was a lot of work to bring all that stuff! But maybe they have an issue with liability if they provide that. We could hear the neighbors in the condo next door, but nothing was too loud to keep us awake. We would consider renting here again. The setting was tranquil, everything so pretty covered with snow.

We’ve been to Keystone in the summer 10+ years but this was our first time at Ski Tip and will definitely go back. The layout of this condo is great and the deck and green space backing up to the creek is a peaceful, relaxing bonus! We had deer in the front and a fox in the back! There are fantastic trails just up the street for evening hikes and a quick walk to River Run on the new paved path. Because of Covid it was creepy quiet around Keystone with far fewer people than we’ve ever seen but we still had a wonderful time!

Due to the pandemic, the lodge was not open but there was still enough to do without it. Not only the house itself was great, but nature was abundant the second you stepped out the doors. So much to explore in the backyard. My kids loved the surprises and sights in the forest and along the nature trail. My only complaint would be that the top bunks did not have high enough rails so it was not safe for kids to sleep in.

The home was absolutely beautifully decorated, the bedding exquisite, the amenities were so thoughtful and home-felt and when we needed to call on maintenance he came right away and was very friendly and helpful. The backyard woods and stream was probably our kids favorite - we even took frame-worthy family pics back there. We would definitely recommend this home and Summit properties in the future.

Plenty of comfy beds, a great kitchen to make the pre-hike brekkie, close to Keystone for dinner, less than an hour to Gray's and generally a comfortable place to hang out. Everything was as advertised on Air BnB and perfect. My only problem is we didn't stay long enough to really enjoy it! One thing to note is there are no keys to the property. The key code is on the upper right corner of the instructions. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if I'm in the area!

We felt right at home!The folks at Summit County Mountain rentals were very helpful, especially in that they came out to shovel a path to and clean off the grill that was snowed under. Our only complaint was that the hot water heater was very irregular. Summit County was very responsive, but even after two calls, the issue wasn't resolved. I know they had plans to bring out a plumber--hopefully, that'll fix it!That said, we're already planning to book this same location for next year. We highly recommend it!

We moved in for 3 weeks and had zero problems. We especially liked the storage and counter space in the kitchen and garage to keep our vehicle snow-free. Management checked in on us for safety and satisfaction at least once/week.

The neighborhood is growing quickly and has beautiful homes and walkways to meander around. I was a little disappointed in our timing of the stay. Apparently everything in Keystone and the surrounding areas closes down or gets slimmed back for October "mud season". The place itself though is located well and I would stay there again. Great space and fun neighborhood to explore. The creek is beautiful out back and the homes are all nicely done. The area was quiet in October and offered us a lot of opportunity to walk and view areas in private.
Loved the architecture and simpleness of the floor plan. Furniture was fun and the appliances were newer and operated well.

Great experience overall! Nice little getaway in the mtns. There was a fox that came to visit every day and the forest and stream right behind the back porch was really nice. I had an issue with check-in (my fault) and the after hours team was very helpful. I highly recommend this host and location.

We had 6 guests staying here but could've been able to accommodate more very easily. We had people come over for dinners each night and there was plenty of room to eat at the dining table and living room. The decor was modern and nice. It was very close to River Run gondola (about 4 minutes). Also enjoyed exploring behind the home where the creek ran. Would absolutely stay here again!

We have been renting units at Keystone several times a year for 20 plus years but always directly from Keystone. First time with VRBO. The unit was nicely and newly renovated and in great repair. The kitchen was better equipped than any we have experienced previously, bedrooms were well appointed with ample pillows and blankets, television system modern with large screed and lots of channel choices. DVD player worked as soon as you figured out the 3 remotes. Large deck with comfortable chairs and the large gas barbecue worked and we never ran out of fuel. Great trails within walking distance and we walked to River Run village a number of times for meals and to go up the gondola. There were a couple of minor maintenance items which we only reported at check out as they were minor. I guess I am saying this is a great place to stay for a summer visit to Keystone.

We had 4 adults and only needed a one night stay as we were passing through Keystone and Breckenridge for the weekend. The property matched the listing and had all the amenities we needed. It was well maintained and clean. The property management staff provided good instructions to access the property. I also own a vacation rental; a historic ranch in Colorado and it was great to be on the guest side vs the host side to see how other owner's manage and operate their vacation rentals. We loved it, just wish we had more time there.

We had an excellent stay- property was clean, and decorated very tastefully. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen- which had all the equipment that we needed, as well as sitting on the outdoor deck. Loved the layout as well- plenty of room to spread out and relax privately, or hang out all together. We also went exploring the creek area behind the property- fun for a quick little hike! It was a great base to explore Keystone, as well as easily make the trip over to Red Rocks for a concert. The only improvement that would be nice to see, would be an earlier check-in time- 4pm was quite late (I've traveled the world, and typical time for any hotel or property is usually 3pm or earlier. ...Would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area.

Thank you for the feedback. Guests pick up an arrival packet with with a current parking pass and the key code to this vacation rental from a central location in Keystone. Due the resort, this is common practice and our process eliminates long lines and allows for late night arrivals. We apologize if you were given an incorrect code. Summit County Mountain Retreats has a streamlined check-in process. There are no extra fees or surprises. They are upfront and oh boy, do they deliver. The rental immaculate and tediously cared for. We especially appreciated the kitchen/dining area. The dinner table is massive, and the breakfast bar was a great feature. My family loved the stay.

Very nice home. The home was clean, nice furnishings and very comfortable for a large family. Location was very close to sking at Keystone. We drove each day but could have taken shuttle. The shuttle stop was very close to home. Hot tub was very close, which we took advantage of.
