Nice spot between Keystone and A-Basin. It was great for a 4-guy boys trip though one guy will have to be in a room with bunk beds. Nice and quiet!

Such a wonderful vibe in this home. We skied Abay and the drive was short and sweet, great spot for a weekend. Amenities were a treat as well, the fireplace is real warm with lots of natural light too. Would 100% go back!

This is a great place and beautiful location in Keystone. We will definitely come back in the future.
One complaint is that the hot tubs are not on the property but you have to drive 5 mins away to Dakota Lodge and their hot tubs were not functional and luke warm at best.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacay for a week. Keystone was in shoulder season so not many things open and lifts were not running. The rental was great. Wonderful views from the living room. If we had cooked the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having extra blankets if we needed them and a box fan in the bedroom. The carpet is pretty worn but very clean. The only small issue was that the property maintenance company came to check the fire alarm and we heard someone put the code in at the front door. We got to the door before it was opened but it was a tiny bit unnerving. Glad we were all dressed! ;)

We've been doing family ski trips for quite a few years now and this has been the best place! The home is cozy, clean, and perfectly located at the bus stop which will bring you to the ski resort. We have a tradition of making dinner at the home each night. The kitchen is so well stocked that there were no difficulties in making three distinct types of meals. The weekend we went it was rather cold one day so Keystone was mainly closed up. The dining room table is great to play board games at and the living room comfortable to watch movies. Everyone loved it!

We have been vacationing in Keystone for the past 5 summers and this has been our favorite home. We loved the deck for morning coffee and dinner, the large picture windows, the spacious rooms, bathrooms and laundry facilities. The shared hot tub was wonderful and we actually had it all to ourselves most of the time. We loved the easy access to walking and hiking along the Snake river where my son and husband went fishing. Also we enjoyed the convenience and close proximity of the River Run Village. Overall, this townhome was decorated tastefully, with rustic mountain decor, beautiful updated bathrooms and spa tub, lovely kitchen, grill, and very generous mudroom to store our jackets, boots, and other supplies. The beds were very comfortable and the home was immaculate. The host was very quick to welcome and also to address a couple questions we had at the beginning of our stay. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home! We are hoping to visit here again in the near future.

Back deck felt somewhat secluded, even though we were close to neighbors. Property managers were easy to work with, online booking was quick and easy.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was spacious and cozy for our family get together of 10. Space as described; feels more like staying in a house than a condo. We loved the outdoor space and walking distance to the pond and the stream from the back door. Summit County Mountain Resorts was very helpful and quick to contact when we had questions or needs. Additional discounts Summit County Mountain Resorts offered was very helpful! Nice option that we took advantage of during our stay. The pool/hot tub access at the Lodge and the hot tub down the street in the complex was great! We highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back next summer! Thank you!

It was an excellent value. I had to call the mgt. company on a Saturday evening because we had a chirping smoke alarm on a high ceiling. This is the kind of thing that can make or break a first night in a new place. Someone came right over and fixed it. As much as you can ask. A+ for responsiveness there.

We absolutely loved this townhome and can’t wait to go back. My family came up to celebrate a birthday and it couldn’t have been better. The unit is really spacious with vaulted ceilings and main floor bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the patio was perfect for hanging out. The views of the aspen trees out the living room windows were amazing. We walked around the back of the property to explore the mineral pond and stream. Two minute drive to Keystone Village as well. We will definitely return!

The property is just as depicted on the website. There are plenty of cooking implements and dishes and glassware. The refrigerator was completely empty on arrival, so if you're hoping someone left some condiments behind, you're out of luck. The bathrooms were immaculate! The downstairs shower door sticks, and the stairs are really noisy. Those are my only 2 complaints. Beds were super comfortable. Fireplace puts out great heat. The condo has some games, and a selection of kids Dvds. We had a great stay, would recommend. Pro Tip: bring your own coffee.

This property was very nice and suited our two families very well. There was plenty of dishes and kitchen tools for us to make dinner for 9 every night. The only thing missing were pot holders so we had to use towels. The place is as described, feels even bigger than the pictures show. The best part was the front door area with the cubbies and hooks for all our ski clothing and shoes. Kept things accessible and convenient. A couple items to note, there was a thick buildup of ice in front of the house and garage that made it difficult to get in and out. Of course after I spent two hours working to clear some of it, a snowplow came the next day to clear the rest. I'm not sure if I could have called Summit to request that or not, but that was 5 days after we arrived, and it was clear the ice had been there a long time. There was a lot of snow out back, and a small hill that we sledded down on our first day. On the 4th day the kids went out again, this time without adults, and the neighbors across the way came out and told them to get off their property; which is funny given condos don't usually come with land. Someone clearly doesn't like that their neighbors rent out their condo. But we had a great time!

Summit County Retreats were always super communicative all the way up to hours before we arrived if we had any questions. We had one little issue with the hot water and it was immediately looked at and resolved. The space was perfect for us. It was 3 families with teens. The 4 boys stayed in the bunk room and each of the couples got their own room with bathroom. It was great! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms (although I would have extra bath towels handy). Living and dining set up and space was perfect. Had a great time!Definitely would look to book the same place again in the future and definitely would recommend!
