Located just a short walk from the Mountain House base area, the unit offers easy access to lifts, trails, and local dining. River Run Village is also nearby—just a short walk or quick shuttle ride away—giving you more options for shopping, dining, and après-ski fun. After a day of adventure, relax in one of the complex’s shared outdoor hot tubs and soak in the mountain views.

Occasionally Slopeside renters attempt to access the neighboring condomium's Parking area which is on the East Side of the Peru Lift/ Mountain House area.
