The room was the perfect size for five people. It was extremely convenient parking in the underground lot and being able to access the ski locker and room. The proximity to the Peru Express was amazing. The amenities inside the condo gave us everything we needed to make food and relax after skiing. I'd highly recommend this condo to friends and family and will be back!

It was a great location for my time in Keystone! I would stay there again. The check in and out is very simple. Read the directions three times before going to the location. It is very unique location between two sky runs. Nice deck to have coffee in the morning or wine for the evening.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is great. New furnishings, great location, view of slope, close to Peru Express lift, a short shuttle to the main village, but close dining and shops also. However, the check in and check out experience is very clunky and time consuming. You have to go to Summit Retreats office to get keys which is not far, but with traffic and zig zagging, took nearly 2 hours to check in. Impersonal as they even disclose, they many many, many properties and try to make it mostly self service on this confusing check in process.

We absolutely loved staying here! The proximity to the slopes, hot tub, laundry, and ease of access to the ski locker was perfect! We loved that we could cook all our meals with the fully stocked kitchen that includes a nice stove and oven. We can't wait to come back!! We used the extra set of sheets on the couch so my son amd daughter could have their own beds. It was a great way to set up a studio.

The condo was well stocked with dishes. Loved the setup for 6 people. It was perfect for us with the bed and the Murphy bed. The seating area was very comfortable and with the high top seating area there I can see 6 people not too crowded. The check in process and prep for getting the check-in materials was very simple. Will do this again.

This property was really nice. It worked well for my family of 5 which includes my wife, 2 teenage boys, and an 11 year old girl. They really utilized the space well to allow for 5-6 people to sleep comfortably. The unit was updated and had everything we needed.

Perfect location with free underground, heated parking. Loved the big balcony and bathroom, especially for a studio. The kitchen was also well-stocked but didn't have any cooking oil or spices other than salt and pepper, so just something to keep in mind for guests planning to make their own meals. We had an issue with the heat and had to sleep with the windows open since the place wouldn't get below 72 degrees even when we set the thermostat to 65. Even then, it didn't significantly cool down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was absolutely perfect for our little getaway. The studio was very clean, had everything we needed, and conveniently located. The bed wasn't comfortable to me, but my boyfriend loved it. I prefer more of a plush mattress while he likes a firm one.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 recently stayed one night at a large slopeside studio in Keystone Colorado. We stayed during the summer for a weekend get away and had a great time. Our family enjoyed hiking to lily pad lake, the gondola ride and views/activities on the mountain top, restaurants and music festival in River Run village while in Keystone. The pros of our stay were: the studio was very clean, the balcony overlooking the small stream and ski slope was private and offered good views (we even had a mama moose pass by with her baby in the morning), the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cups, ect.., the beds were comfortable and the check in and out process was easy and efficient. The cons: the studio was a little difficult to find (the directions should include that you have to pass thru a security gate), there wasn't any counter space to prep food, and the amount of emails that one receives pre check in, while staying and after checking out is a little too much (about 20 emails for a one night stay). Overall we were pleased with our lodging choice as all the cons are minor things. We would recommend this place to friends and we would return to stay here again.
