Soda Springs #1902

The location was very good, with a shuttle bus stop in the parking lot. The heating system was a disaster. Only one out of five heating units on the first floor were functional when we arrived. Space heaters had to be provided until two of the nonfunctioning heaters were repaired. This situation should have been checked prior to arrival. The lighting in the unit should be improved. If these items are properly attended to, then the unit will be quite acceptable. The property management was responsive to our concerns.

We had a great stay at Soda Springs #1902. Communication from the property management company was exceptional throughout. The unit was clean and well maintained, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the location in Keystone was great. The shuttle stop was right in the condo parking lot and only a short distance to the Keystone base. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Quiet & Relaxing . With all the construction going on we only wish we had been assigned a unit with a better view. We were staring at workers and large dumpsters.

This was a great place to stay for a family of 4. So incredibly spacious and very clean! The kitchen was great and stocked with everything you need. It was a cozy place to stay during the winter, loved the area and love the ac access to the jacuzzi/pool.

The rental property was perfect for our family. It was conveniently located, spacious, updated, and very well stocked with all the essentials. I would definitely stay again the next time I visit Keystone!

My sister & I were in Keystone for a scrapbooking retreat. We got in ~ 8pm & walked through townhouse to check it out. We proceeded to sit down on the end of the bed only to hear a cracking sound. The platform boards had shifted & dislodged. We tried to try to put them back in place but they kept slipping out of place so we decided to call maint. Adam came right over & put the boards back in place but once we lifted up the mattress we saw it was kind of all messed up. The boards were all jerry rigged with 1x1 pegs to keep them in place which wasn't working & one board in the middle was broken. Adam made a temp. fix for the night but said maint. would be over the next morn. for a more perm. repair. We said 10 & they were there shortly after. When we came back for dinner the maint. guy was just finishing up & left his card (but no name). He definitely made a good repair (replaced all the boards & added something to them so they wouldn’t slip) as the bed felt solid once he replaced the boards! We were very pleased with the speedy response from maint. & the repair. Mattress is a comfortable memory foam & we slept good once the bed was repaired.
The kitchen was the best stocked we've seen in a rental! The only thing missing was a pitcher -no biggie as we bought a cheap one to use. The complex is pretty with all the trees/leaves & quiet this time of year. We would definitely stay here again. The hottub is nice-enclosed & outdoor pool is heated. The only downside is you're supposed to bring the towels from the rental to the pool. Not sure why pool towels aren't avail. in each of the rentals. Otherwise you don't have enough towels & need to do laundry. If you don't like stairs just beware there are about 16 stairs to get from the parking lot up to the townhomes & to hottub area. But otherwise, great rental! We enjoyed our stay & would stay here again. We liked the high ceilings & made this feel more open/bigger than some of the other typical condo rentals in

The condo was so spacious. It was clean and stocked pretty good. I know this is a new rental and it’s always nice to have some spices and plastic wrap so I would suggest that. The mattress could be replaced also. We will rent this again in the summer. The fireplace is terrible so we wouldn’t rent in the winter. The management company is always wonderful to work with.

Our rental experience was very good. We got text and email updates with all the information we needed in a timely manner. The rental agency checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
