Description

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful mountain and treed views. Vaulted ceilings and large windows allow lots of natural light in the living area. Other features include a private laundry and a deck and a balcony. You're a very short walk from nearby shops and restaurants, just 3 minutes from Mountain House Base Area, and only one shuttle stop from the ski slopes. Soda Springs offers shared amenities, including a heated outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub.

From the entryway, head upstairs to the living area. It features vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and large windows with beautiful views. There's a wood-burning fireplace and a flat screen TV. Please note, firewood is not provided by the homeowner. The queen-sized sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The private balcony is just off the living area where you can enjoy the surrounding mountain town views!

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats eight and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Hardwood floors have been recently installed in the dining area as well. The first of two bathrooms has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedrooms, the deck, and the laundry area are on the lower level. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and access to the deck. There's also a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the deck. It has spectacular views, seating, and extra firewood.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Loved this location for spring skiing at Loveland and Keystone. Super clean and plenty of space for 5 people. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the mountain views. Comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. Would love to stay again.

We had a great stay a this Summit County Mountain Retreat home/condo in Keystone. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was also very conveniently located for skiing A Basin & Copper. Overall, the perfect spot for a friends ski trip. I will also say that the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful when my girlfriend left a pair of earrings in the unit. They very quickly helped us locate them and shipped them out to us right away. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo. Enough beds for all 8 of us. Very clean. If bringing more than 1 vehicle be prepared to park it somewhere else and pay for overnight parking as k my 1 spot is an available at the condo.

This place was the perfect location! The house had everything we needed. It was right in the middle of all the ski resorts we love to visit while in Colorado so that was absolutely perfect because our drives weren’t long at all. The mattress, pillows, and sheets in the master bedroom were amazing!!! And don’t get me started on the water pressure in the shower! Probably some of the best water pressures I’ve ever had in all of my visits to Colorado, I was honestly beginning to think that water pressure didn’t exist in Colorado lol but I fell in love with this place and will be booking again for sure!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The location is great, right next to a huge network of trails. The pool had a covering on it the first 2 days, but after communicating with the Summit staff, they were able to have it removed so we could swim the last days of our visit. The hot tub was a huge hit with our kids also! We loved the upstairs living room and kitchen areas. We cooked about half our meals at the house and had all amenities needed to do so! Our kids loved the many choices of bunk beds!
A few things we were a bit surprised by… getting to the house. It was a bit of a walk and quite a few stairs to get to it. Was a good hour task to unload our car when we got there, and then repack before leaving. Also there is limited lighting downstairs in general. The owner has mitigated this with the use of many lamps, just not expected. Also very little lighting in the master bathroom. Had to have the shower curtain half open to see. A lighter shower curtain could help. Overall, great place!

Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, pots, and pans. We enjoyed sitting out on the upper deck. It felt like being in a tree house.

This spot is perfect if you are planning on snowboarding at keystone or any of the other peaks. Would highly recommend staying here. The hosts are very professional and have a brick and mortar office space about 5 minutes from the Airbnb. Will be staying here again next year

Soda Springs is the best!

We absolutely loved this house! From booking this property all the way to the check in process was super easy and very well communicated. Property location is fantastic! You feel like you are one with nature, far away from town/hustle bustle, but you are actually close to everything. House was very clean, super comfy beds, bathrooms had ample amount of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner (nice perk!) kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook a simple or elaborate meal. Pool/ hot tub were great! Spent a lot of time swimming and soaking up the sun! I would def recommend this property and we would love to come back in the future.

Great family fun in summer

We really enjoyed this condo. Two grandparents and three grandchildren, who really like the multiple bunk beds. The pool (heated) and hot tub were very accessible and open until 10 pm. For families it would be nice to have a few more kid friendly cups and bowls. Also know that there is NO aluminum foil, plastic wraps or bags so plan to buy your own. The beds and linens were so very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Just a lovely place to enjoy Summit County in the summer.

Colorado trip with Granddaughters

Love the townhouse with it's great ambiguous. Pick the unit so our granddaughters can stay in the bunk beds. Close to a lot of things to do.

Fantastic condo in a quiet complex

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Keystone condo. Plenty of space for our group of 4, with room for more. The kitchen/dining room/living room upstairs was a great common area with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Access to an indoor hot tub and outdoor pool was a bonus as well. Our only small complaints were a few of the dishes weren’t clean, and the checkin process requires driving to a separate location away from the unit. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Great location

Excellent location. Plenty of room for 11 of us. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice balcony. The bathrooms could be updated. We did have some hot water issues. Also the bathroom tub in the master had a constant leak.

excellent location right off one of the keystone shuttle lines. very clean and could accommodate many people (we were only two couples and the place could probably sleep 8+). loved the views and how quaint the setup is with all the lodges and beautiful birch trees. would definitely stay here again!
