A beautiful place for vacation time! Walking distance to the ‘village’ shops and activities. Nice short walking trails nearby. Short drives from the place to different hiking trails. The place is nicely located in the corner where you have nice views :) and the sounds of the river nearby. A little disappointed that the hard floors didn’t get cleaned and were too dirty to walk barefoot ( we like no shoes inside), but overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend:)!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is at the end and even though there’s construction going on, I could hear the creek! Also did a walk The Keystone pond, which is about 2 miles away It’s flat so if you’re coming up from sea level, warm up! The unit is super clean. The pool area is very cool! The kitchen has everything One would need to cook. There’s some seasonings left behind for use. The two pullout couches might be able to sleep one person each comfortably, we didn’t use the pullout couches. There are fans there we did not have to use. But, glad they were there just in case they got too hot or too loud. The parking garage is a little tricky because you have to drive on construction dirt to get in. It would be fully muddy if it actually rained or snowed. Maybe that will be fixed before this winter.

My only criticism, because we’ve stayed in the springs many times, is the 200 yard hike to and from the gondola, especially after a long, great day of skiing, In the past we were always able to cut across the parking lot prior to the Hotel construction. 6 adults all stayed at the springs at Keystone and especially loved the pool and hot tub area!! We enjoyed the condo amenities and the location was good (have to walk around construction to get to the village or to the river run gondola). We recommend this property and plan to visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is farthest from the elevators but closest to the stairs. Second floor. There is currently construction going on between the condo and the gondola, so you have to walk around the construction fence to get to the gondola. There is no straight through to the village (have to walk around construction to gondola OR have to walk the street to the village restaurants and bus stops etc. We discovered that you can walk down the stairs and cut through the snow and trees to get to the road. This took less time than going to the elevators and out the front door. Red wagons are hard to find near the springs to help with equipment. Pool, slide and hot tub were warm and fantastic! Steam room was a bonus. The ski locker provided at the parking garage was a great added bonus too! The condo was nice. Fold out couch wasn’t horrible to sleep on, and the beds were very, very, comfortable! Fridge, oven and stove all worked fine. We had all the necessary plates, utensils etc. dishwasher was nice to have. I would bring more TP! Lobby was fun for the kids- pool table, checkers, small play house. I must say, the management was FABULOUS with MANY instructions and information! The emails were consistent and well explained. Easy check in and out!

Best VRBO stay ever! Clean, convenient location, great floor plan, easy check-in process, heated garaged parking, quick and responsive management (coffee pot top was missing a piece and they delivered a brand new machine within hours!), excellent digital resource book with things to do, recommendations, property details, etc. I could go on and on! We had such a great stay. We loved having the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The check in process was confusing, but everything got worked out. There was plenty of room and close to shopping and food. We would stay again.

This condo is in a perfect location! Convenient short walk to River Run Village and the Gondola. Nicely decorated! We liked being on the 2nd floor and using the stairs right next to the condo for quick access to the outside. Lots of snow for Spring Break and the skiing was great!

Perfect location!!! Walking distance to the gondola at keystone. We had a parking spot for our car in the under ground parking space. Walking distance to the shops and many restaurants in keystone village! The beds were extremely comfortable and they had fans for the rooms. We went during some of the Covid shut down and it was still an awesome time! The pool/hot tub is open but you need to reserve a time for it. The gym and steam shower were closed while we were there. Definitely a great get away close to so many hiking and other outdoor activities!

Perfect location!!! Walking distance to the gondola at keystone. We had a parking spot for our car in the under ground parking space. We went during some of the Covid shut down and it was still an awesome time! The pool/hot tub is open but you need to reserve a time for it. The gym and steam shower were closed while we were there. Definitely a great get away close to so many hiking and other outdoor activities!
