Our family had a wonderful time in Keystone. This property is perfectly situated for easy access to the gondola and base. I loved the easy access to the Keystone wayfinder path.

This was our first rental and the whole experience from beginning to end was better then expected. Confirmation was quick and communication was great. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. The pool and hot tub was awesome. We will definitely be coming back.

Property was clean and close to the lifts, pool and hot tubs were great except there weren’t any towels so you needed to bring your own down. We had a great stay, would definitely come back.

Fantastic snow, great condo location, had everything we need, the springs is our favorite building. The construction doesn’t bother us bc we ski all day. Love the hot tubs and the ski school. Only recommendation: put that the condo has a crock pot in the listing so folks know before grocery shopping. We love led that it had a crockpot and would have used it even more if we had known!

Great place very spacious and conveniently located but the construction between the mountain and the condo was a bit annoying (started 6am). Also the heat was always on and thermostat didn’t work. other than that it was a 5 star experience.

Great place very spacious and conveniently located but the construction between the mountain and the condo was a bit annoying (started 6am). Also the heat was always on and thermostat didn’t work. other than that it was a 5 star experience.

The designated parking spot in the basement was probably the best part, but being able to walk to the slopes any time was the real gem. Maybe a 10 minute walk and you're good to go. The bedrooms are spacious and plenty of room.

Our family just returned from a ski trip to Keystone and Springs 8845 was all that we hoped it would be. The management company was quick to respond to questions during the booking process and the online guest book had all of the information that we needed to prepare for our trip. The heated garage was great, and due to the location, we were able to leave our vehicle there the entire time and walk everywhere we wanted to go. The check in process was seamless and the condo was very clean upon our arrival. The condo was spacious and the layout worked great for our family of 6 with the Murphy bed and the sofa bed being utilized each night. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware/plates/utensils needed for meals, and the location was incredible being just a short walk across the parking lot to the River Run Gondola. Being so close, we were able to easily take a lunch break from skiing each day and eat in the condo, saving considerable $ compared to eating on the mountain or in River Run village for every meal. River Run village is just a few steps away, and is full of shops/restaurants as well as ski rental locations. We absolutely loved the location. The outdoor pool area was awesome with a heated pool and two good sized hot tubs, which were very nice to relax in after long days of skiing. The only negative was that a sink in one of the master bathrooms was plugged when we arrived. Management was alerted of the issue and said they would send someone over to fix it, but that never did happen. Fortunately, there are 2 sinks in each master bathroom as well as a 3rd bathroom, so it didn't affect our experience one bit. I’m sure they already have that issue fixed. Overall, I would strongly recommend Springs 8845, especially for family ski excursions, and I look forward to coming back in the future.

What a great place for families! Being so close to the gondola and village was a huge perk and the amenities at The Springs for little ones made many memories off slope as well.

From check-in to check out, this was great. All communication was handled via text, and was seamless. The property was clean and well stocked with extra towels and toiletries. There were four of us to kick off our ski season and this place was great. Everything was easy, place was great, location perfect and we will definitely stay here next year if it is available.

The property was great, location was unbeatable. The unit was nice and roomy, well taken care of. The only issue was the communication that was relayed for maintenance. The property management company did a good job trying to alleviate the issues for us. We hope to stay in the unit again.

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. It is great for a summer getaway with kids. The pool and hot tub keep them busy when we are not out exploring the trails, river, mountain, or the shops. Some of the units are a little outdated, but that was not a concern overall.

This property was great for our family vacation. Family of 5 with 3 kids (ages 14, 12, and 3). Plenty of sleeping space between the two master bedrooms, pull out couch, and murphy bed. Beds were all very comfortable, including the pull out couch, which is rare. The pre-check-in email highlighted most of the questions we had like what was included: towels, cooking utensils, etc... We cooked meals 3 of our 5 nights there and the unit had most everything we needed. There is a gas grill on the deck which is great! Pool area is fantastic!! It kept all 3 kids entertained and happy. The pool is a little small and can get crowded but it was never a huge issue. The only downside is the laundry situation. We knew it was coin operated, so we came prepared with quarters and detergent. However once we ran out of quarters- only one of the laundry units had a coin machine, and it was out of order. Check in and out were very easy. We never had a reason to call property management but I feel they prepare you well for your stay and insist that if there is a problem to reach out and it will be handled. Food in Keystone is SUPER expensive so it was nice to have Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco a short drive away. There is NO air conditioning but it was NEVER an issue. We just closed the blinds during the day and opened the windows in the afternoon and ran all the ceiling fans with the doors open. By the time we were ready for sleep it was cooled down nicely. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Was a great location within walking distance of the gondola. You can see the gondola from the rooms balcony. The pool area was large, I could watch the kids swim and play on the water slide from the hot tub! Don’t forget you have to make reservations for the pool. Plenty of utensils and cooking equipment in the kitchen. Only one permitted parking spot so we had to park the other car about a a mile and half away overnight; the lodge lot we found we could park for free and it’s monitored. The property was walking distance to restaurants, shopping and a grocery store, within the river run village. The property management office isn’t on location, but the building is staffed, they were always helpful and quick to respond. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay at Keystone. Condo was decent - had a little trouble with both beds (slats underneath did not hold mattress in place and both collapsed on different nights), however management took care of the issue quickly and easily while we were out & about for the day. Had a great time and would do again!

Very thankful that this was available. Great family escape. Close to the mountain, warm pool with slide our kids love while we relax in the hot tub. It’s our second time in this unit and we love it. Will be back next year!!

Spacious unit, great views of the mountain. Wonderful walking trails. A bit warm in summer months as no AC in units, but nights cool off to create great sleeping temps with windows open. If you aren’t used to the altitude, pace yourself the first day.

We loved the property and enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. We were able to drive Loveland Pass, bike, fish and Zipline at near by location. We loved having the full kitchen for cooking. We definitely will be back next year! The two masters was perfect! Thank you!

The condo was also updated and clutter free! We had all the kitchen basics! We were a family of four and had plenty of room to spread out. Three full bathrooms was nice bonus! View of the ski slope was nice and we enjoyed watching the night skiers. Only draw back was the parking lot is right next to the balcony- it felt a little close but not a big deal. The complex was nice overall. It’s a little run down but definitely a great place for kids! The only draw back was that there were lots of kids running around all of the time. The pool was too cold to enjoy, but the hot tubs were perfect after a day of skiing! It was a very short and easy walk to the Village and gondola! We will likely return to this condo. It’s nice to see that the owners have put great effort into making it an inviting and comfortable space without feeling like your invading someone’s personal home!! I definitely recommend this condo!! If your traveling with kids The Springs is also a great choice!!

Our condo was excellent. Couldn’t be more convenient to the slopes! We had 5 children (4-14) and 4 adults. Plenty of room and everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool, playhouse , pool table, hot tub. We’re big hits! Our view from room of the slopes was beautiful, although the snow coverage was disappointing when we arrived, we were lucky to have 3 days of snow after we arrived, which made us all very happy. There was plenty of snow for skiing.

Long time vacationer to Keystone/A-Basin, first time to this location. We had 4 young grandchildren with us on this trip. The pool/hot tub area was perfect for kids. Also the indoor play area was great for them too. The condo itself was laid out perfect for us too.

Really enjoyed the condo! When we arrived the common area keys had expired but Mark was super responsive and had someone get us new keys immediately. 10/10 experience! We always try to stay in The Springs when we book a condo and this one was another great pick!

Loved the unit - had 3 adults & 3 children, kids loved the murphy bed. Used the grill on the balcony, great view to see if there's a line at the gondola. Watched a movie in the movie theater, pool/hot tub are great. Walked to River Run shops for Starbucks & souvenirs. Third bathroom was a big plus, ceiling fans a nice amenity. Lockers roomy & wagons useful to haul equipment. Host was very responsive and helpful. Had an injury & needed some paperwork processed, on-site mgt directed us to convenient work station. Would stay here again.

We had a great view of the skiers careening down the hill. All the rooms were immaculate. The beds were all very comfy. There is a full kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and pans. The appliances were very easy to use. There were lots of options of board games and movies to watch. There are great restaurants in the area for breakfast/lunch/dinner, you won't be disappointed. The grandchildren love the pool with a slide and hot tubs. We found the pool was well kept and clean. While some family members were skiing we could take the young kids to one of the three playground areas there. Everything you need is in walking distance. We did not hear our neighbors at all. There are nice walking paths too. I hope to plan a summer trip in explore more of the area.

This condo was stunning the first steps in! We've stayed at a few other units in the complex and this one is our favorite because of the mountain views, location to the elevator, updated kitchen, baths & jetted tub, extra kitchen supplies, extra pillows & blankets and flat screen TVs! We could see the ski trails from all the windows and balcony which was awesome. We stayed with our 2 kids and another couple with one child. They loved watching the night skiers and lights on the mountain at night too. It was plenty spacious in the living/dining area for all of us to watch movies and play games. Being close to the elevator really made a difference to us. The 2 King beds were super comfy and the kids loved the Queen murphy bed and super soft blankets. The kitchen was nicely redone with all the supplies we needed: crockpot, skillets, coffee maker & plenty of dishes & utensils. We even had a grill to use on the balcony. We love to cook so this was a bonus. The hot tubs and pool are by far the best in Summit county! The kids loved the waterslide, pool and cozy hot tubs tucked in the rock landscaping. We loved them too! This unit is the nicest we've stayed in at The Springs. It is so close to walk to the slopes/gondola and all the restaurants. Starbucks is just steps from the complex as are all the restaurants. The extras in this unit were impressive to our group. We will continue to stay at this unit for our next winter & summer trips.

This condo was stunning the first steps in! We've stayed at a few other units in the complex and this one is our favorite because of the mountain views, location to the elevator, updated kitchen, baths & jetted tub, extra kitchen supplies, extra pillows & blankets and flat screen TVs! We could see the ski trails from all the windows and balcony which was awesome. We stayed with our 2 kids and another couple with one child. They loved watching the night skiers and lights on the mountain at night too. It was plenty spacious in the living/dining area for all of us to watch movies and play games. Being close to the elevator really made a difference to us. The 2 King beds were super comfy and the kids loved the Queen murphy bed and super soft blankets. The kitchen was nicely redone with all the supplies we needed: crockpot, skillets, coffee maker & plenty of dishes & utensils. We even had a grill to use on the balcony. We love to cook so this was a bonus. The hot tubs and pool are by far the best in Summit county! The kids loved the waterslide, pool and cozy hot tubs tucked in the rock landscaping. We loved them too! This unit is the nicest we've stayed in at The Springs. It is so close to walk to the slopes/gondola and all the restaurants. Starbucks is just steps from the complex as are all the restaurants. The extras in this unit were impressive to our group. We will continue to stay at this unit for our next winter & summer trips.

This condo was stunning the first steps in! We've stayed at a few other units in the complex and this one is our favorite because of the mountain views, location to the elevator, updated kitchen, baths & jetted tub, extra kitchen supplies, extra pillows & blankets and flat screen TVs! We could see the ski trails from all the windows and balcony which was awesome. We stayed with our 2 kids and another couple with one child. They loved watching the night skiers and lights on the mountain at night too. It was plenty spacious in the living/dining area for all of us to watch movies and play games. Being close to the elevator really made a difference to us. The 2 King beds were super comfy and the kids loved the Queen murphy bed and super soft blankets. The kitchen was nicely redone with all the supplies we needed: crockpot, skillets, coffee maker & plenty of dishes & utensils. We even had a grill to use on the balcony. We love to cook so this was a bonus. The hot tubs and pool are by far the best in Summit county! The kids loved the waterslide, pool and cozy hot tubs tucked in the rock landscaping. This place is amazing, absolutely 5 stars!!! My husband and I and our two year old daughter, and another couple with two little kiddos stayed there last night. For starters, the building has a heated underground garage to park in with luggage carts readily available to carry all your belongings in one trip. The condo is right near the elevator, so it's very easy access w/ kids and luggage. The condo was spotless from top to bottom. The views of the mountain are beautiful, we actually saw a huge moose walk right by the bridge to the gondola this morning! We loved how there are 2 masters suites with closets, and full bathrooms, plus another full bath near the family room. There were plenty of clean fresh towels, pillows, sheets, blankets, basically anything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed are stay so much, that we already booked another stay in January! Very happy customers!!!

This place is beautiful! The condo was large and had plenty of space. The pool was heated and fantastic! You can't beat the view either! Mark the owner was very responsive and helpful! We will book with him again some time! Two of my friends came with me on our trip and they also said they would love to come back again!

The property is in a nice location. nice view of the mountain, close to gondola and steps from the adorable village. I would stay here again. Mark's typical response time is between hours to 48 hours. He's communication is pleasant and easy to work with.
