Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

We stay in Keystone a couple of times a year, and this has easily been one of our favorite places to stay. It has everything you need, is conveniently close to town, and the pool is fantastic—especially if you’re traveling with kids! The property management team was also amazing. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Walking distance to gondola. Easy access. Convenient ski lockers. Provided humidifier! Mattresses were kinda squeaky with every toss and turn and getting in and out for bathroom. Hoping not to disrupt roommates.

Great 2bd 2ba location within a 500’ of lift and lesson area. Right on the corner of the village so plenty to do after a day of skiing. Really enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool,ski lockers and heated garage. Also they’re a great host and very proactive and responsive which is always a pleasure. Will be staying here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great sized condo for family of 4. Short walk to river run gondola and village. Nice outdoor heated pool with slide, as well as 2 jacuzzis. App operated laundry available on 3 different floors was super convenient and easy to use. Elevators are rather slow, but we like the stairs anyways. Covered garage parking is a huge plus in winter months. The swivel chair in living room is broken, and master bedroom toilet did not seem to flush well at all. Quality of toilet paper and paper towels was poor, but that is to be expected in most rentals. Kitchen pots and pans could stand to be replaced as well. Suggest adding an air fryer for guests to use. And a fridge with build in ice maker would be fantastic. Did not experience loud neighbors or noise in hallways.

My one kid opted to sleep on the couch rather than the pullout trundle bed, which was good so we didn't have to mess with pulling it in and out each day so there was a walkway in the small room. Wasn't any room to put away your own food in the cabinets, but there's a lot of glassware to choose from. There is a Keurig coffee machine but no K-cups, so bring your own if you want coffee. Was glad there was a Britta Pitcher for the water as there was an odd flavor to it straight out of the tap. Dishware was heavy and stacked on shelves that were nearly out of reach. I had to drag a chair into the kitchen area just to reach them. Yes I'm short 5'0" so maybe you won't have issues. Bathrooms are great, very large with two sinks was great for all of us. Nice cozy little space. Good home base for exploring the area. We enjoyed our time in Colorado.

It is well-stocked with plenty of paper towels, dish soap/detergent, tissues, TP and all cooking supplies. Laundry is on a separate floor but was very easy to use (there’s an app - no quarters needed!). The ski lockers and parking are very convenient. The living room was a little cozy for our family of 5, and the walk to the gondola felt long some days, but the listing is clear about that. Overall, a great stay!

This condo was perfect for 3 adults, but had accommodations for additional guests. It was very clean, quiet, close to the gondola, the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the unit included 3 humidifiers to help with the dry air. We had a short walk around the construction to reach the gondola but it wasn’t a problem at all. The ski lockers were clean and conveniently located. Upon arrival we weren’t able to connect to the internet so I texted management and they were able to resolve the issue while we were out skiing. We would definitely recommend this condo!

It was very clean, quiet, close to the gondola, the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the unit included 3 humidifiers to help with the dry air. We had a short walk around the construction to reach the gondola but it wasn’t a problem at all. The ski lockers were clean and conveniently located. Upon arrival we weren’t able to connect to the internet so I texted management and they were able to resolve the issue while we were out skiing. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Only issue is that our key code did not work for the door to the room. I had to call in and get a new key code. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely book again.

This one was not that case! The unit hit high marks on many levels both comfort and functional. The kitchen is well stocked. This was good as we brought Thanksgiving dinner with us The beds and linens are comfy and the unit is set up with the end user in mind (meaning ample shelves and hooks for your stuff!). Items for consideration-I do wish the living room furniture was firmer. The hot tub needs cleaning, more frequent during these busy days! There are the typical little things you could get hung up on/call out in the unit and on the property, but that’s typically everywhere.The process with Summit County Vacation Rental company was good, all codes access worked as intended. Be informed that we used all electronic communication, email and txt. I am sure live voices are available if needed. We had no need to communicate via voice. Again, this was one of our better properties and experiences!

The beds were comfortable and the everything was just as pictured. Very clean and quiet. The hot tubs, pool, and steam room are awesome after a day of skiing.

Great place, as advertised. Only down side was the laundry was on a different floor and only takes quarters. No functioning change machine on site and apparently a shortage of quarters everywhere (even banks) made it very difficult to do laundry. Everything else was perfect. Would stay again.

Loved our stay here, we've stayed in this building before and really loved the location. Condo was great - well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would have loved was a washer/dryer as it helps to dry ski clothing. Other than that - would def recommend!

Great property, we have children 6 and 3 and they absolutely loved the pool. The whole family enjoyed the grill and gas fire pit. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at The Springs in Keystone. Beautiful clean condo with nice beds and bedding. There were actually 3 beds in the bunk bed room, so there was plenty of room for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a wooded mountain view off the balcony. The nearby river is also a relaxing sound when sitting on the outside. The indoor parking with elevators made carting all our things in and out so easy. The pool with water slide and 2 hot tubs were so nice and the kids loved it. A beautiful outdoor area with a grill, splash pad and fire pit. We were just a few steps away out the back door from the cute Keystone shopping area with lots of places to eat and stores to shop in. Definitely a place to check out. Check in and check out from the condo were very easy, and there was little we had to do. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay, location and accommodations, and we will definitely be coming back to this exact condo in the future. Keystone was also a nice middle location for all the area traveling we did, and Breckenridge and Silverthorne are so close, and offer many more activities, including the outlet mall. 5 Stars overall!
