We had an awesome stay at the springs. Pool and entire condominium building were basically empty because it was early October. Unfortunately, almost every single restaurant in the village was closed. But we did happen upon the crêpe stand, and it was absolutely amazing! Highly suggest Adam put this as a restaurant choice for their future guests.- Reviewed On: 10/4/2026

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked due to a wedding in Dillon. Happy we selected this condo in Keystone. It was centrally located to some of the other areas we visited during our stay. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the warnings:1. No AC. If going during summer, it can get warm. They provide several fans so we just put them at the windows and it was very comfortable.2. Construction is currently happening, so getting to the main area with food/retail is a slightly longer walk, but manageable.3. The bed in the main bedroom seemed pretty soft and maybe gel as we sank in through the night. Slept okay, but if you need firm, consider this.So, none of those are blockers to stay here. It was a wonderful condo and we had a great time at the Wine and Jazz festival. It is a very quick drive to Dillon or Silverthorn if you need something from Target. There are so many things to do in this area that you likely won't spend much time in the condo anyway. Also, the pool and hot tubs were really nice. Pool was slightly heated and worth bringing your suits!- Reviewed On: 7/15/2025

Tons of space for the price!
Springs #8905 has every amenity you need. It is very well furnished, especially the kitchen. The beds and bathrooms were great for the price. The parking was easily accessible and warm. The biggest downside for us was the foam cover on the king bed. You sink in it. I would prefer a regular plush mattress. The second bedroom beds were VERY comfortable. It's on the 5th floor and has a designated elevator. This can take a while when they are busy (we were there Prez weekend). It was really only a problem on Sat & Sun. The hot tubs were really busy on the weekend too. We had a great time meeting people there though. It was always fun & everyone was really nice. It's a bit of a walk to the gondola, but it's about as close as you can get in Keystone for the price. The view was of the building next door and the tops of the mountains. It was better than I expected. Nice & bright in the morning. Repairs are needed to the dishwasher, coffee maker, one lamp, bathroom lightbulbs & kitchen faucet, but all worked despite problems. One of three humidifiers was broken, but the other 2 were adequate for the bedrooms. If they buy a new king mattress, I would definitely stay there again.- Reviewed On: 2/23/2022

This condominium was a great size and a big bonus was the third full bathroom! Being on the fifth floor, and not one who likes elevators, I did get my exercise every day walking five flights of stairs, but the rest of the family was fine with the elevators. We have made Keystone our snow skiing vacation spot for over 30 years, but this year with Vail corporation prices escalating to unreasonable amounts, this VRBO was a fantastic and affordable option. I would stay here again for sure. I've been coming to Keystone for 25 years. This is hands down the best location I've ever stayed in for proximity to the River Run chairlift and gondola, River Run restaurants and a Keystone Sports to pick up/return ski rentals. There were seven of us on our trip including three kids under 10. There were two hot tubs and a pool that served them well after days on the slopes. I think there's a pool table and small fitness center on the ground floor too. The unit has underground parking (warning: only one spot) with an elevator to the unit.
The building and the unit are on the older side but if you're looking for too much comfort IN the unit you shouldn't be visiting a ski resort. There's a full kitchen, regular fridge, pots and pans and utensils to fix whatever size dinner you like.
Communication from the rental company (this is not an individual/family-owned unit) was frequent and comprehensive. Almost overwhelming.
Additional free parking is a couple of miles drive (that's not an exaggeration) from the unit so make sure you're ready to handle those logistics if your group has two cars.

The living and dining areas had good seating for our family of 5. The pool area was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. Cons: The building can be a little chilly, but space heaters were thoughtfully provided. The walls are thin, so it would be good to bring earplugs or a sound machine in case your neighbors are on a different schedule. Had an incredible time with my wife, newborn and in-laws. Got solid time on the slopes and appreciated the responsiveness of the Summit County Mountain Retreats staff. Since we have been there so many times before, we did not feel like we were missing anything but if you are there for the first time, you definitely want to come after June 7 if you want to participate in everything, e.g. sledding, ski lifts, restaurants on the run, etc. This condo had 2 en-suites plus an extra bathroom which was very nice. The rental is in a fabulous location. Just a 3 minute walk to the shops and restaurant, and a 5 minute walk to the ski slopes. The hot tub and pool area is amazing as well. And the condo is clean, comfy, and cozy like a family home. I highly recommend!- Reviewed On: 12/9/2018

Easy to book, easy to get keys, condition of rental was great and exactly as it appeared in pictures. Was really pleased the rental had a high chair, kids toys, and dishes. Was not expecting that, and came in handy! Rental was clean, had everything stocked we needed and best of all was conveniently located!
