Description

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom second floor condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features high-end finishes throughout and new furnishings. The balcony highlights the beautiful mountain scenery with amazing views of Dillon Marina that sits almost two miles above sea level. This cozy lake view condo is within a three-block radius of multiple Summit Stage bus stops that can take you to Lake Dillon Marina, Dillon Amphitheater, a bowling alley, and more than five bars and restaurants. The free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes. Come experience Dillon and enjoy the Rockies!

The entry to this condo is on the backside of the building and offers a private balcony. The living area has cozy furniture, a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The breakfast bar seats four. The bathroom is across from the primary bedroom which features a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom is just down the hallway from the living area and features a queen-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and a large closet with plenty of room for clothes.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

This property has a minimum night stay requirement of 2 nights or more. If the reservation does not meet this requirement, it will be subject to cancellation.

Summit Yacht Club stay

Great value! Location is obviously excellent for anything in Summit County. Property management is excellent, with clear instructions, excellent communication and check ins, and consistency from previous stays at other properties. The property itself is cozy and simple. Some minor upgrades to furnishing and appliance install repairs would take it up a notch, but definitely all you need for a short and convenient stay in the area.

Best place to stay for skiing!

Excellent location, we traveled to 3 nearby ski resorts (Vail, Breck, and Keystone) all were just a short drive away. Condo was so cozy, loved the fireplace and the inclusion of the humidifiers! Host was very responsive and made sure to check in during the stay to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again.

Small, one bedroom condo conveniently located in Dillon. Very clean and well appointed. Nice view if the lake with Keystone in the distance.

Dillion Ampitheater trip

The rental property is within a 10-minute walk of Dillon Amphitheater, restaurants, a liquor store, parks, and the bay. There are also pickleball Courts and a park across the street.

The property was clean and easy to get into via the instructions. Had everything you need to cook with in the kitchen. Great views from the porch as well.

Great location, close to area amenities

This property was okay. The photos are accurate and the property was clean. There is definitely room for improvement in this condo. Since it is near skiing and water sports, hooks and places to put things to dry would be helpful. There was no place to put our luggage, except on the floor, a luggage rack or 2 would help. The empty wall space with a mirror and wall mounted skis is pretty but it could be utilized for seating, gear storage or hanging. In the kitchen, the dishwasher is not secured in the cabinet so it moves, the faucet is loose, the hot and cold are backwards. In the bathroom, the faucets are loose and the shower floor is not pitched to actually drain. The choice of furniture for a rental is surprising, glass and brass tables and delicate bar stools (1 already broken) will not withstand time. The parking pass situation was difficult to navigate with 2 different sets of instructions and no pass available to put in our car, as instructed. Additionally, the previous guest did not sign out, so we could not sign in. Our contact was helpful with this but it was extremely frustrating to register for parking. It was nice to be close to amenities and walkable to some restaurants but I would not choose to rent this property again.

Unfortunately, parking is enforced and managed by the HOA so we have no control over their processes. Typically it is as simple as registering your vehicle via the link, but our office staff is always available to help if any issues arise!

Great View - Nice Space

If you don't mind stairs, this is a really clean unit that looks remodeled. MILLION DOLLAR views, butt you have to walk up and down a few flight of stairs to get access. Great for a couple. Two thumbs up.

Great little place for fun in Dillon!

This condo was a great place to stay in Dillon. It is quite small, so I would say it is best for couples for a small family. We loved the location and ease of the check-in process. Our only complaint was that we wish there was 1 more parking spot allotted for guests, but we made it work.

However the HOA for the building only allows 1 parking space and we have to abide by these rules. Overall this was a fine accommodation. There are some inconveniences with instructions that were frustrating but the management company was able to quickly help out
