Perfect location for our family Christmas. A short walk to Mountain House & Peru lift. My kids (10,14) did the walk every day with no complaints. The beds were comfortable. The shower water was hot & had good pressure. Kitchen was not the most well stocked, but we made it work for the small amount of cooking we did. The heated garage was a plus. Would stay again.

Perfect location in Keystone, quick drive to drop folks off for skiing. We love Tenderfoot Lodge and enjoy seeing the slopes from the unit. Perfectly equipped with everything needed and would be happy to return!

This place accommodated my dad and i for a quick ski trip - we wanted to try the night skiing and it did not disappoint. the unit was the perfect size for us. It was a bit of a hike to the Peru lift but manageable for two adults (if i had my young kids and their gear, don’t think it would have been possible). The condo was great, super clean, quiet and in a good location. We especially loved the river that was within walking distance behind. The pillows were a bit too soft for me and my husband, but everything else way great!

Our stay here was amazing. This unit has everything that you need for short or extended stays. We stayed for a month and had zero issues. This was my first mountain experience and it was perfect. There is also a river located directly behind the lodge. We will be returning in the future.

This unit is exactly as advertised. It was great for a 4-person stay. Short walk to ski lift was great. Did not have to deal with shuttle or car or parking. Heated garage is a nice bonus although it is only for small SUVs and cars. Hot tubs were great after all day on the slopes. The unit was stocked with everything you need. All-in-all, great stay and i would stay here again.

We enjoyed some good Netflix movies when we weren't out on the deck loving the gorgeous mountain views and taking leisurely walks by the river. Parking garage, luggage carts, and elevators made for easy access much appreciated by us 2 seniors! Loved our stay, especially w/the cost being less than most hotels! Summit Cty Mtn Retreats is our go-to company for great rentals on our mountain excursions!r

We actually rented two very similar apartments in Tenderfoot house. Both were clean and exactly as you see them online. Well equipped, and what is most important on a cycling vacation - great beds!! So many hotels have soft worn out beds these days. The beds in our apartment were excellent. We are planning to come back here for our annual Colorado cycling vacation. Probably for skiing as well!

We stayed at the condo during our ski trip to Keystone. The condo had plenty of room for gear, a nice open floor plan, and was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, which was nice after a long day on the mountain. The bedrooms were not huge, but just what you needed. The view from the deck faced the mountain house base area and it was stunning. Hot tubs were wonderful as well. Great stay!

We stayed here for our skiing trip. Property is an excellent location and property management company is very thorough and has excellent system in place. I never had to call them even once for anything! House is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here. Looking forward to coming back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really a great stay with my two college age kids. Very good location to Mountain House access to Keystone. Hot Tubs right behind, nice balcony on second floor and great views of Peru lift. Easy access back from village at first stop by bus the condo was easy access for any easy mobile party (prob not ideal for toddler size kids with ski gear). Right next to hwy 6, underground parking nice benefit tho likely want to use luggage cart on arrival and departure. We had a fabulous stay with great mid-December snow. Visited Breck one day and if you avoid the main travel times (like come home after après-ski & dinner) it’s less than a 25min drive. Arrived from Beaver Creek and without weather or traffic that was about 50 min. Large (full-size) washer and dryer make for a great mid week cleanup of clothes and snow-gear. Overall, a very nice visit on a Sat-Wed trip.

Covered parking was great since there was 14" snow one day in May!!! Also....after snow storm....sidewalks and drive was promptly cleared so we were able to get out easily. A+++++++

You can see the bunny slope and the pay lot from the back deck. It only takes 5 minutes to drive over to the free lot. Overall the place was clean and well accommodated. We did not use the hot tubs so can’t comment there. The garage was heated so that was also very nice.

It was cozy and was a great location for skiing on and off the mountain. The condo was equipped with games and movies and each room had a tv. The bathrooms and kitchen were great too. The balcony has a view of the mountain enjoyable to sit on! Fun and cozy place. The only negative was that the couch was pretty uncomfortable to lounge on after hours of skiing.

This was a perfect and cozy place for a girls trip! The place was clean and comfortable. The balcony offers amazing views of Keystone mountain and slope access was close and easy to walk to as well. Definitely recommend this place to stay. The only downfall of this place was the couch in the living room was uncomfortable to sit on after a day of skiing but there was other furniture options.

After falling and breaking my scapula on day two of my twelve day stay, I must tell you how at home I felt continuing on with my stay at the condo. The condo was perfect for my recovery hikes and for my son and family to come up on weekends from Denver. At least they got to enjoy the slopes. We did have a drain issue in the kitchen which maintenance arrived promptly to fix. The only critique we can offer is the hot tubs were not to expectation; one not in use and the other having cold temperatures. But other than that we were very happy with our experience. Thank you.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress if requested. We hope this did not cause too much inconvenience during your stay with us. This proeprty has access to a common area hot tub that is managed by the building home owners association. We will notify the HOA regarding the hot tub jets right away for a repair. Just spent Christmas week at this nicely furnished, clean condo and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is walking distance to the Mountain House Base Lodge and Peru Express chair lift so we could all venture to/from the ski resort whenever we wanted. Indoor parking was an added plus, especially since it snowed every day. Beds were really comfortable, including the sofa bed. Plenty of towels and the unit had everything we needed. Check in/check out was really easy- the management company emailed us a key code the day of check in and that was all there was to it. They texted me to see if I needed anything and all I had to do was text them for extra bedding, etc. They were really responsive. Great stay overall.

This is an excellent family property! We stayed during the early ski season so it wasn't walking distance to the lift. We had a car and made it easier to get to the river run lift. The place is clean, equiped with kitchen appliances. The only thing I wish it had were some basic kitchen seasonings to help cook. We've had that luxury with other VRBOs. This place does have humidifiers, which was HUGE for our stay. Thank you!!

The location is very convenient to nearby towns for shopping and dining but is out of the hustle and bustle. The only glitch was an elevator which broke down. Fortunately, there was an alternative. I highly recommend this property.

This was a great family vacation, I just wish we had known to go a week later, nothing was open. Evidently they were between seasons or something. We had several websites say they were open for business when in actuality they were not very disappointed in that and there was no access to any type of pool. Other than that the condo was a great rental would do again just later.

We would stay again. The location was very convenient and beautiful view with a nice deck to sit on. Master bed was OK kind a rolled toward the middle. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Lacked storage space for food. One day the water was shut off and my husband went outside to check to see if maintenance was out there. Fire department was working on something. They said they did not shut the water off, but he assumed they must’ve made a mistake and shut the water off and didn’t know it. We called the maintenance staff and they were there within 15 min. Amazingly the water was back on after maintenance talking to them, however denying turning water off. Kind of funny. But was very pleased at how quickly they took care and responded to the issue. Every question I had was quickly responded to.

We never found a thermostat to lower the room temperatures so we were plenty warm as the snow storms blow through. Stayed in keystone fir a family wedding. Condo was great. Toilet was plugged on our arrival and maintenance was easy to contact, very friendly and came to fix immediately. Only request is better sheets and mattress pads.
