We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean and quiet. Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. This was a great central location for visiting the surrounding areas. Our teen kids enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here, it’s a short walk to the lifts, however you do have to branch over to the middle of the resort from the first lift to access everything. Also, you will get stuck on the other lifts at night as everything else closes earlier including the 1 lift in front of this condo, so you’ll have a little bit of a walk through the village back home. The view was beautiful, we loved the condo itself. Nice gas burning fireplace was easy to use. Space is tight, but it’s priced accordingly. Check-in was easy, almost too easy so I felt the instructions weren’t quite clear enough. Just park anywhere outside and access the unit with code, get parking pass from inside and then park car inside using your unit door code for garage. Your door code accesses any door in the building which is cool. Only complaint is they gave us about 5 small bathroom sized trash cans but no large trash can anywhere. We were cooking (another plus of this place) to save money but not having a real trash can was annoying since the trash compactor is on the other side of the property. Everything else overall was great, I would definitely come back and stay again.

Beautiful, quiet condo. I wouldn't exactly call it "spacious", it was cozy, adequate. I think 6 people would call it crowded. The beds were comfortable but the sleeper sofa needs a new mattress, unable to sleep on it. Everything else was near perfect. Would stay again.

Great spot and accommodations. Only negative was there was no communication management regarding the maintenance man just letting himself in whenever he wanted multiple times. I understand if a work order was put in for a repair, but they need to conduct these repairs when the condo is not booked or when there is a convenient time for the current tenant.

Great spot and accommodations. Only negative was there was no communication management regarding the maintenance man just letting himself in whenever he wanted multiple times. Loved that there were 2 parking spaces and a ski locker. We even found the gluten free backery close by which was awesome. Only thing we wished was better was the pull out couch. My daughter who is not picky at all, said she couldn’t sleep on it and just slept on the couch itself. We had asked for a topper and a mattress pad was delivered. A topper is not a mattress pad. The mattress already had a pad on it so adding another would not help.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place and location. Very happy with this 2 bedroom for a family ski trip. Not a big place but adequate for the money. Loved that there were 2 parking spaces and a ski locker. We even found the gluten free backery close by which was awesome. Only thing we wished was better was the pull out couch. My daughter who is not picky at all, said she couldn’t sleep on it and just slept on the couch itself. We had asked for a topper and a mattress pad was delivered. A topper is not a mattress pad. The mattress already had a pad on it so adding another would not help.

We chose this condo for a short brother's getaway. I've had just so-so luck with this type of VRBO in the past, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The condo was truly beautiful and clean with all the amenities that were needed. We were able to watch the skiers from our windows and deck and enjoyed the cozy living area with the fireplace. A real plus was the parking garage! As it snowed quite a bit the first night, it was so nice being able to get in our truck and not have to scrape the windows. The property ownership was very communicative and I felt comfortable that anything we needed would be addressed. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again

Tenderfoot was fantastic: easy walking path to the Peru lift, mountain views, very spacious for two couples, and two garage parking spots. We got exactly what we were looking for and highly recommend the place!

The location is a short drive to many of the surrounding areas such as Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge. We visited in the fall at the perfect time when the aspens were at their peak color. Though the pull out sofa bed was not comfortable because of the springs. Amenities were nice. Check in and check out were easy. It's a 5 min walk to the lifts. Ski school at the mountain house base is much better than river run, so the condo was in a great spot. Overall was nice.

Two humidifiers, two fans, plenty of towels, pots/pans, cable tv, wifi, washer/dryer were all in good working condition. Overall complex is clean and well maintained. Location was pretty good for skiing at Keystone. We stayed for 4 days and skied for 3 days. Keystone Mountain House West and Peru Express are within walking distance from Condo. It is a bit of a walk (0.33 miles) from Condo to Peru Express lift, so just be aware of the walk. Shuttle buses are available but will not take you directly to Tenderfoot condo. Blue line bus does have a stop at Hyatt Hotel (northeast of Tenderfoot) but not easily walkable, just easier to walk from Tenderfoot to Keystone Mountain House West. You could drive and park, but be aware you need to pay to park at Keystone Mountain House West and Keystone River Run.Summit County Mountain Retreats was great to work with: Booking, communication, information about the condo, responsiveness, etc. Complex hot tub heat was not working well one night and we notified them via text. By next day issue was resolved. We would stay here again and/or book with Summit County Mountain Retreats again. Have fun

Great location and communication. Only hiccup was our code dod not work and they had to give is a temporary one to get us in. Also instructions could be clearer. Lots of information and the important parts get buried in the clutter.

We stayed here for Christmas. The views were amazing and you could walk to the ski slopes. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything you might need. Loved it!!
