Description

This two-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 7 with a king bed, a queen bed, and three twin beds. It features hardwood flooring, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. All of Keystone’s attractions are close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. With southerly exposure and wall-to-wall windows, the High Rockies sunlight greets you in the morning and fills the rooms until sundown. Tennis Townhomes offers shared amenities, including an outdoor heated pool next to a clubhouse with a hot tub, sauna, and changing rooms.

Keystone’s lifts can be accessed by a quick shuttle ride. One of Keystone’s two golf courses is only 2 miles away. Lakeside Village, Keystone Lodge & Spa, and the Keystone Conference Center are all within walking distance—close enough that guests have the option to walk home from the Conference Center during breaks. Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort is only 6 miles up the road. The towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco are all within a 10 to 20-minute drive. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are both within 30 minutes.

The sunken living area has new flooring, updated furnishings, and two seating areas with two flat-screen TVs, plus access to the deck and green space through double glass doors. A new couch enhances the sunken living area for comfort and style. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make meals away from home and features new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The updated main level guest bathroom is just down the hall, offering a brand-new twin bed with a new trundle and a mounted flat-screen TV. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The updated primary bedroom and the first guest bedroom are on the upper level with southerly exposure and mountain views. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an updated private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers one queen bed, one twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The updated upper-level guest bathroom is located across the hallway.

The washer and dryer are located on the lower level. Wifi is available with strong connectivity throughout the unit.

We had a wonderful days staying at this place. Overall very positive experience. The villa is spot on, with lots of amenities. The Keystone resort was close by (we actually walked on foot). We enjoyed the heated pool, the hot jacuzzi, and the sauna.

The condo was well maintained with what appeared to be recent updates to bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was clean and ready for our use. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with small appliances, cooking accessories and serving supplies. The only thing that could be improved is more user friendly hot pads. All we could find was two plastic hot pads that were awkward and hard to use. The check in and check out process was simple and staff were helpful and responsive! The shuttle service was a bonus and we found it to be punctual and reliable. I highly recommend this condo and would rent it again.

Lovely townhouse to enjoy with friends and family. Clean, very comfortable, spacious, peaceful and cozy, clean and convenient. Ski-in&out. Just a few minutes away from everything Keystone has to offer.
It was a bit expensive but worth it. Highly recommend for a family vacation or friends retreat.

Amazing Accommodations

There is so much space and the unit is very well stocked (minus a whisk, lol.) You can easily walk to the Keystone ice rink and there are shuttles to all the other areas of the mountain. We will definitely be back!

The location is ideal for us. There is a shuttle stop right outside the unit. It is spacious, and the cooking utensils are plenty for us to use. However, the hot water is not enough for us (7 people) all to take showers. Another drawback is that the bed frame was shaky in room with a bunk bed. The price is overall reasonable.

Pleasant stay in keystone

It was a decent walk to the Peru Express lift and we mostly had to use our car. The hosts were gracious enough to move our reservation one day due to snow storm and cancelled flights. The bathroom showers were not the cleanest and there were a couple broken light bulbs but other than that it was a great place!

The condo was in a great location in Keystone, and close to the pool/hot tub in the complex. The unit was extremely clean and perfect for our family.
The management team is SLOW to respond, we had no sound in the master bedroom the entire stay, we reached out daily with no solutions.

Well-appointed townhome in convenient location!

My family and I were impressed with the townhome. We had all we needed at the townhome, and could use a shuttle to get to Keystone Village. There is one room downstairs and two upstairs, all with beds that were very comfortable.
