We were in town for a business conference at the Keystone Conference Center. So that was a huge plus being literally around the corner. When we walked in we were very, very, impressed and pleased with the setup and modern style and floor plan. Once we started settling in we began to notice that we had everything we could possible need down from chip bag clips up to an air fryer. Not to mention GLASS dishes and glasses. The kitchen was FULLY setup and ready to accomadate any meal prep. The bedrooms all worked out perfectly for the 5 of us. They also had everything we could need. This was by far the best stay, hands down that we have had.Thanks for Everything!, we b egan tonotice

Everything was modern and looked really nice. Everyone had its own thermostat so you can adjust to your liking. Location was just a 2 minutes walk to the shuttle as well so didn't have to walk too far. Would highly recommend this place!

We had the BEST time. This spot is built for group stays or larger families. The beds were comfortable, there was ample seating, and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining. We had three 5 year olds there and they seemed to be in heaven. So close to the shuttle, the pool and hot tub were very fun. Parking was a bit tough and costly so make sure to factor that in/carpool. Otherwise we had the perfect stay.
We will be back!

Wonderful property! Comfortable beds, plenty of room and 3 full baths! Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Perfect location for Skiing at Keystone. We loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. We will definitely book again!

We had 4 adults and 5 kids staying during Spring Break, and this was a perfect place to accommodate our families. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious, there were a variety of games and books available for entertainment, and there were just about every type of cooking gadget/pot/pan/utensil you could want or need available. It was a quick and easy drive down to Mountain House for our kids’ ski lessons and equally as easy to get to River Run. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The pool was a little confusing to get to as on the map we thought we could get there by road but it was actually a walking path. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! However, I would call to have the pool uncovered before you get there as it sometimes takes a while and if you’re with kids it can be hard to keep them out while they wait! Overall we were very pleased and would rent here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting from SCMR. Both times we were in 1337 Tennis Townhome. Loved everything about working with SCMR. The booking process, pricing, their customer service (extremely prompt and personal); the condo unit itself (very well stacked with normal stuff a unit should have but also had every kitchen utensil or gadget you would want and a ton of spices!!!) There is a smart TV. Unit is very clean and well maintained. Condo is very close to Mountain House west and has shuttle service. There is also a free parking lot nearby that we used to park and then shuttle to the slopes. Close to Good restaurants and grocery stores. I would recommend this unit/SCMR since we definitely plan on coming back here again.

We appreciated all the windows, views and the townhome's convenient location to a number of our favorite activities including:- Bike Rentals; we highly recommend using Mountain View Sports about 3 minutes away; their e-bike rentals were wonderful and got us from Dillon back to the condo easily. - Hiking; we recommend parking at Loveland Pass for a morning hike up either the west side for a nice moderate hike or the east side for an intense hike up to Cupid and Grizzly Peaks - both sides have incredible views and the July flowers were spectacular.- Picnic lunch and dinner at Lake Dillon (near marina) and stay for a sunset.- Also, catch the sunset at Sapphire Point (a very easy hike).- Kayaking on Lake Dillon (Our adult kids used Frisco Bay Marina since it was less expensive)- Keystone Lake walking/bike path (about 5-10 minute walk from condo)- Tennis Townhome pool was very nice (and heated).The digital check in/check out process was simple and quick, and Summit County Mountain Retreats was easy to work with. We would stay here again without question!

The pool was warm and the hot tub so relaxing- the phone to get the cover off was broken but we were able to contact Keystone Guest Services by cell and they arrived pretty quickly. Note to future guests - there is a pool of water that gets no sun in front of the entry way that freezes if you visit in winter. Make sure to check the community dumpster for salt/ sand to put down! Also- there is an incredibly angry owner in unit 1339 and you should beware to absolutely not park in front of his unit. The parking instruction say it is OK to park in any space as long as you have your parking pass (which I had clearly displayed) but when I parked there for a short time as it was the only spot open he was taking pictures of my vehicle- when we went out to apologize he started screaming curse words at us saying he was sick of people parking in "his spot" (not labeled as such). He was yelling at my elderly mother who he thought was the one that parked there! Other than that, we had the most wonderful vacation and stay with family and friends and everything about the condo was beautiful. They have anything you would need! Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years so when my family of 8 describes this lodging facility at keystone as "the best" we really mean it! The title holds true to every step—starting at reservation to the actual stay to check out. Making reservation was easy and along the way all my questions were answered promptly. During the stay I was able to get my needs met via texts...so easy! SCMR has the best reps! Check-in instructions were clear and easy that it made our arrival late at night with little kids easy and stress free. The Digital Guide Book sent by SCMR was the best. It had all the info at the tip of my fingers plus I could download it on my phone for easy access. I couldn’t praise the Tennis Townhome unit enough. It was amazingly well stocked with cooking utensils--we found everything we needed--and believe me, we cooked a lot! They even had all the spices we needed!! Condo was very well stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies. Beds were really comfortable and clean—loved their comforters—nice and warm. We found tons of linen that we never ran out of it....Enjoyed using the Huge washer and dryer to meet our family's needs. Ohh, I must mention the numerous board games that kept our children busy in the evening. The townhome is minutes from the mountain house base and there were two stops (for Keystone transportation to the slopes) close to the unit. We will definitely go back to SCMR in the future for our ski vacations! GOOD JOB SCMR for making our vacation easy and memorable!

Great ski vaca with multi generation family. Age ranges from 1 to 70; we fit comfortably. Place was very spacious and cleanly. Rented a pack and play for the baby with quick response. Lots of games to enjoy. Fully stocked kitchen to include a fondue pot that we used a few times. Kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool; adults enjoyed the hot tub. Pool towels were inconsistent, so we would hoard them when available. Bus service available to Keystone, fairly consistent. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would come back.

The perfect getaway! Loved that I could bring my dog and the pool was a short walk away down a pretty path (open again as of may 28). The townhome was exactly as described, very nice and clean with beautiful features. Plenty of space for 10 people.

This place is really nice. The beds are comfy, Kitchen is awesome and well-stocked. The owner should add into the description that they have a crockpot and instant pot which was great. Would stay here again. The pool and hot tub are closed due to COVID but looked nice when we walked past. One note the property management company. They were supposed to give us 2 parking slips but only gave us one. We contact them and they said to come by the office and get a second which is no big deal but when we go there their door is closed and you have to knock for someone to come out. Again would not be a big deal but it is in a tiny hallway and there were multiple families in the hallway waiting. They were really slow and it was really uncomfortable with COVID going on. Also, they told me they would have the pass ready and did not. It was like I never had reached oouot. They could do this better.

Beautiful house, extremely confortable and sparkling clean. We were amazed by the house, all the details, the finishes, the furniture is even better in person. We loved it. It was extremely cleaned and is super close to the slopes by car about 4/5 min, great view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

I was really impressed with this townhouse. It came equipped w. Everything!!!! The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances needed!! The beds were really comfortable. I did not want to leave as the place felt so cozy and warm. My favorite part of the house was the sunken living room and den area where i spent most of time catching up on some work. This place literally had everything we needed.

This unit is wonderful. Newly remodeled kitchen is awesome for cooking. One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had. They have everything you could need (including a crockpot and instapot). With COVID we cooked at home every night. Tons of Hooks and cubbies in the entrance area made it very easy to keep everyone's ski stuff organized. So many places don't provide this. Also, this unit has the deck enclosed as the dining room. This made the unit bigger than others and lots of room to spread out. The Silver route shuttle to Keystone is so easy and steps away from this unit. Nice walking trails around the complex and the underpass to Lakeside Village easy walk. Great unit.

It is quieter and felt more like home away from home. Free shuttle to Keystone Village just steps from the front door and free bus to Breckinridge is right across the street at the lodge. The house had all the amenities we needed. Room sizes were very comfortable and bathrooms were located near each of the 3 bedrooms. We were so happy that the house is dog friendly! We would go back again!!!

We loved all the window views.We had a female, calf moose in our backyard for both days. The owner manual was missing the info on high altitude sickness.I liked the owner manual as it made it personal to be sharing someone's home. The tunnel to the village was neat. Feeding the huge trout was thrilling for our kids. We also saw a goose family with 5 goslings. We hiked several trails that were easy and close by-great conversations were had. We enjoyed the service at the Dillon Community Church and the Memorial Day celebration at Dillon was outstanding.

Most of the appliances seemed brand new. I had read some complaints the kitchen was small, but it was never a problem for us. It was still open and very easy to use. We had plenty of linens, very cozy beds and lots of seating space for all. The huge windows and views of the mountains were gorgeous! It was a short walk to the Keystone Lodge, lake and shops. Shuttle stop was right there and we used often. Pool was wonderful! There were clothes hampers for use in all the closets, as well as humidifiers, pack and plays for babies and fans, none of which we needed. Can’t wait to stay again!!!

Overall, things were great! The only complaint we had was that there was not enough coffee or trash bags provided. Beautiful home, plenty of bath towels (although I wish we would have had a bit more laundry soap), but do wish there were more kitchen towels. The location was great too!!

The table and chairs were a bit wobbly, but maintenance was there to tighten some screws the same day we reported the issue! We also received a noise complaint from the neighbors, which was odd as we had 4 children under the age of 3 that slept through our game of cards. So if you plan on playing games or anything that may cause a slight noise elevations, this is not the place for you. Also, the DVD player and TV in one of the bedrooms did not work, I'm sure it would have been fixed if we really needed it, but we spent most days exploring and enjoying the mountains. The townhome is in a great location for various activities and the pool is just a short walk! The townhome was stocked appropriately with utensils and cookware. The only other issue we had was the lack of coffee and trash bags provided. If you are a family and have coffee drinkers, bring coffee and trash bags!!

We had a great time! The townhome has everything we needed for our big family, including access to swimming pool and tennis courts. We had a dinner with our friends, who were staying at Lake Village and they liked this place also, because this townhomes' community is not crowded and noisy like it was at their place. They even reserved it to their stay next month. I recommended this place already to all my friends, since it is a great place to retreat from our big city. Thank you!

After booking my reservation we were supposed to receive an email with how to access the key after hours to check in. We never received the email, but we were able to contact the 24/7 emergency services and access our key just fine. After checking in, we were amazed at how much room there was in the condo. Everything was clean and felt like we were in a hotel. Dish detergent, nice bath soap, lotion, you name it...everything was there for us. The location was great, super close to everything and it was just perfect. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Nice townhouse, very clean and spacious
Close to the slop, there is a free shuttle every 20 min that gets there in 5 min
The hot tub is shared with other house, but really nice, with a heated external pool
Only thing: make sure to read all the instructions in the application. The key has to be picked up in another location 5 min away

Great place. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Living room had nice sofas and large tv. Highly recommend this place. The pool and hot tub facility were also very clean and nice. Make sure to bring keycard into hot tub area as the door locks behind you.

This place was great to stay at. Very cozy and accommodating to our group. We stayed up there for the weekend of the Warrior Dash in Copper Mountain. Once we completed the Dash, we got to come back, cook some food, play some games, and walk down to the pool and hot tub to relax. It was a great getaway and a great deal for the price. We'll be staying again. Thank you!
