Check in instructions were challenging. Wrong code but customer care was very responsive. Hot tub was hot and clean. Kitchen well set up for cooking. Bunk bed was quite frail and in need of repair or replacement as was the dishwasher. Fire place was wonderful and provided a wonderful place for extra warmth after a day on the slopes. Location very accessible to restaurants. Peak of Asia was an awesome example right across the street. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

We visited Breckenridge as part of a girls' trip - transparently we were not ever intending on skiing, but fully recognize this destination is primarily for skiers. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and how conveniently-located this property was for it. It was easy to walk into town and/or take the free public transit options, and the provided parking made it convenient to have a car as well. We especially appreciated the fireplace, the well-stocked kitchen, and the private hot tub.

We had a great 8-night stay in this updated and very clean condo. Check-in was easy. It was very spacious for three adults. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and we also used the grill. It was nice to have the garage plus one additional parking space. The location suited our needs, less than five minute walk to the southern edge of main street. We also enjoyed the hot tub on some evenings. We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge and would definitely recommend this rental!

We enjoyed a relaxing getaway in Breck for the 4th. This was the first time our kids have been to Colorado so we were unsure how they would acclimate to the higher elevation. The condo was spacious and allowed us a place of respite when we needed a break from activities. The girls loved the hot tub and looked forward to taking a dip daily! The location was great for catching the trolley and watching the parade on the 4th. Having a garage was nice as well and made parking one less thing to worry about.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable and spacious. There were just two of us, but easily could have had 6 without feeling too crammed. Garage, hot tub, and well appointed kitchen checked all the boxes.Location is great. Easy walk to anything in town (Breck Brewing and a convenience store at the end of the parking lot). Reasonable walk to the base of Quicksilver lift if you don’t mind a little warm-up to get the blood flowing. It’s mostly flat and took us ~5 minutes (in snowboard boots).Rental co. met our expectations and was easy to work with (clear communication, digital check-in, webpage for all unit instructions, etc.).

The property is as advertised. It's located on the south side of town and is in a quiet location except for the occasional bus. Nice kitchen and eating area. You do have a garage. I did have one major disappointment in that one of the reasons I chose this property was the private hot tub. Sadly, we were told when we checked in the hot tub was not working. I am also used to a King bed, and I would say the beds need updating. But we had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and would stay here again provided the hot tub was working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I felt like the rental was clean and in good order. I wish they would have had a few extra blankets. The back door to the hot tub was very difficult to open & close. We had to call the maintenance guy to stop by which worked but then we couldn't open it again. The dishwasher was not in alignment and difficult to close. The shower glass door in the bathroom kept coming out of the track and was hard to open and close. Overall a great place to stay just a few minor items. I would definitely book this rental again, fantastic location to downtown Breckinridge.

We had a great time at this condo . It was so handy to the Free Bus across the street and to walk to town that we didn't have to use our cars. Management answered any questions we had very quickly. This would be a place we would stay at again.

The condo was cozy and had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. I loved having a fireplace. The location was amazing for a walk to Main St or the slopes/peak 9. We had a problem with door to back deck where hot tub was but the hot tub maintenance person did a quick fix. It is the best thing to have a personal hot tub in winter after being out on the mountains. We would definitely come back!

Property is almost perfectly located. Walkable to main street and quick to the lifts. Problem is it’s seems someone needs to walk through and fix what’s wrong with the place. Lights were out. Lighting was spare as well. Showers had no water pressure. Door locks didn’t work. Had interactions with two employees…the younger guy was nice and pleasant and the older one who fixed the hot tub was a real a-hole. Straight rude and off putting. The direction to find the condo on the welcome page need updating. They made it harder than it was. Would stay again if only for the location. Gave 5 stars because overall the location and having a garage makes it worth it.

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful, clean condo. The location was conveniently located to both Main Street Breckenridge and the ski mountain. The hot tub felt great, but previous reviews noting not all the jets worked- we found to be correct. No issues at all with the check in /check out process. The only thing that was a concern for us during our stay was getting the door to the deck locked securely. There are directions, but it took several tries to get it to lock. Overall wonderful place to stay and would stay again.

This peppery was spacious and perfect for our family of four while we visiting Breckinridge to mountain bike and fly fish. The location was so close to downtown for shopping and dining out. The hot tub was nice for our tired bodies after hiking and mountain biking. It could be a bit loud in the morning as it is a large complex and the hot tub is large so there isn’t really an area to sit as a group on the balcony. However, those aren’t major issues and would recommend it for sure!

This property was perfect for our needs. The location was walking distance from town and skiing. So we could walk into town for dinner or shopping and we were able to walk to the ski hill even with the kids (ages 13, 11 and 7). The jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind every day after the ski hill. We mainly ate out, but the unit had everything you needed to prepare meals when we did. We were really happy with our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful property very conveniently located to everything you could want to do in Breckenridge (downtown, ice skating/ Breckenridge troll, Free Ride bus). We rented a car and with the snow and ice TRULY appreciated having a private garage, but you could easily get around from this location without a car. (We did go dog sledding at Good Times Adventures, which would be difficult to get to without a car, but it was very convenient to town with one. Highly recommended!) The digital guestbook sent in advance of our travel was endlessly helpful in planning things like groceries, cold weather clothing rental, and more. It would have been nice to have a paper copy of some of the guest book pages in the unit itself, just to easily access location-specific info (wifi and hot tub, for example) quickly--especially for kids and older people. The updated local guidebooks in the unit were also helpful in planning meal take-out, though we mostly cooked in the unit. The kitchen was very minimal in tools and implements (no scissors or a cutting board, for example), but it had enough we made it all work and had a lot of nice family meals together in the open dining/living room, which was so cozy for spending time together. We loved our time here and felt like the management company was extremely responsive. Everything was very clean and in good working order, as described. We were a family of 5--two parents, two kids 10 and 7, and my 80 year old mother. The elevator was very helpful in transporting my mother out and about, but there are still a few unavoidable stairs (well-maintained and never icey!) and a good walk from the elevator, so that is worth considering if you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues. We would stay here again and recommend to friends traveling to the area. Thank you for a great vacation!

This location was perfect for a family getaway. You're condo made my parents first experience of the west a time they will always remember! Thank you!
