Welcome to "Altitude Adjustment," a beautifully updated ground-floor condo overlooking Dillon Marina. Featuring high-end finishes, stylish furnishings, and stunning lake views from the private balcony, this inviting retreat offers easy access to Summit Stage bus stops, local restaurants, the Dillon Amphitheater, and world-class skiing at Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals at home. The breakfast bar comfortably seats four, creating a convenient space for dining or gathering.

Kitchen was nicely stocked. Should have provided more coffee in the room. We had to go off property to get more coffee pods. The look of the condo common grows was dark and not very inviting. But the condo was nice.

Enjoyed the view of the Lake (in spite of it being very low), and the mountains. The condo itself is very nicely appointed. Comfortable, high quality leather sofa. Side chairs also comfy. Fireplace was not working - which would have been nice to have fired up in the evening. Inside the condo was very clean. However, there was major work being done to all of the flooring in lobby, down hallways. Exposed concrete/dusty. This was mid October - assume it may be completed by now. Understand and appreciate that they are doing updating - but was just not expecting to see that. Great food choices around. Did a couple great, doable hikes providing gorgeous views from up high overlooking the whole lake. the drive across the dam road also provides super amazing views. Overall - would stay in this condo again!

Wonderful condo with a beautiful view. Nice to close to everything and within walking distance to the amphitheater. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely look to stay here on our next trip through.

Great location for Dillon Amphitheater

We stayed one night here for a show at the Dillon Amphitheater- great location, we walked to the venue in ~5 minutes. This is actually a two bedroom, with a small hallway between the rooms (which can be closed with a bifold door and curtains. Bedroom without the sliding door has an en-suite bathroom, other bedroom uses the bathroom near the entrance. Building could use some updating but the unit was great. Thanks!

Good choice

Quiet, clean, nice views. Owner was immediately responsive to our request for extra hangers. We enjoyed an informative boat ride and the local museum Unit was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. It was very hot during our visit so we were grateful for all the fans

We had a wonderful stay in this cute condo. Loved how clean and comfortable it was. Totally worth the money we spent. Communication was great and it gave us all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Waking up to the lake view was a big plus.

Nice place with a view of Dillon Lake

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a quick overnight stay in unit 111 and were quite comfortable. (Just so you know, the fireplace is marked as not operational, and an ice bin for the refrigerator freezer would be useful.) But the unit was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It faces the east end of Dillon Lake (and highway 6/Keystone beyond), and although described as a studio, has two bedrooms that can be mostly separated by a bi-fold door and curtain. The full bath is accessible to the interior bedroom, which also has separate hallway access, and the lake-facing bedroom can access the 3/4 bathroom that is adjacent to the unit entry and kitchen/living area. There is a large toaster, crock pot, numerous electric fans, and other furnishings. We did not use the hot tub in the building's basement, or the pool, which was covered during rainy/cool weather. The condo building is a bit older, but the condo unit is very well furnished and maintained.
