Excellent property, fun location, amazing vacation! Parking was the only challenge. One parking spot for so many people/bedrooms was not ideal, and a walking bridge was closed making the walk to additional paid parking longer than usual.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 16 and this place was nothing short of astounding. From the convenience of the 7 minute walk to the Gondola, to the short 5 minute walk to the amenities such as hot tub, sauna, steam room, pool, and treadmill, to the place having a bathroom & shower in almost all of the rooms (Master bedrooms get a DOUBLE HEADED SHOWER WITH STEAM ACCESS WOW!!!), to having a grand double door entrance when you come home, and of course shout out to the SCMR team being very prompt & responsive to all of our additional needs. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this place for large families and/or group gatherings. It is better than a home away from home... Timbers 3082, thank you for a phenomenal experience.

Reviewer Comments: You never know what you are going to get when booking sight unseen.I was cautiously optimistic and hopeful for a place that my wife and 4 grown kids (all with spouses) would love. This place did not disappoint!!Everyone raved about the condo. It was beautiful, well equipped, wonderfully located (true ski in / ski out, with a little push) and offered plenty of room for all. God blessed us with our first grand baby last Summer. We had plenty of room to pass her around and love on her.The last night, we used the outdoor grill and cooked steaks for everyone. It was ideal having a banquet style kitchen table where all 10 of us (and baby) had a place to sit, eat and laugh. Do know that one of the bedrooms only offered 2 twin bunk beds, but nobody minded. All in All, you could confidently book this place and be glad you did. Thank You property owners.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding and fit multiple families in this unit. Having the pool/hot tub access in late June was a huge plus! There are multiple beds for people to crash in, multiple bathrooms for pre wedding prep, and the location was close to walk into town! There aren’t many 5 bedroom rentals, so having this was great! A few things in the property weren’t working but the company was very responsive and I appreciated their communication. Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in the Keystone condo. The 2 level condo has plenty of room to spread out and is in good shape. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the main level. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. We especially liked the filtered water from the refrigerator. The only issues were the elevator didn't work one day and the hot tub wasn't hot enough but both things got fixed in a timely fashion. There should be a sign in the lobby directing renters to all of the units. Ours was not noted until we were on the elevator so we weren't sure we were in the right building after bringing all of our things in. Other than those small issues, everything was great!

We came in February with a large family, ages ranging from three months to 68 years old. It is a ski in and ski out, which is perfect for the kids and the adults were able to easily bop in and out. There are plenty of beds and bedrooms. The condo is very spacious and clean. The hot tub and other amenities were enjoyed by all. The staff was great to work with. We had a great stay!

We’ve stayed in this building before, and it’s one of the few IDEAL spots for keystone skiing. Most condos in River Run are good. This one is GREAT. It’s big, is nice. Is true ski in and out. Parking is good.

We stayed as a family of 13 for our first ever ski trip. We had grandparents and grandchildren ranging from age 1 to 67. We chose the Timbers initially because of the size of the unit being able to accommodate us. However, once we arrived we realized it was a perfect location. We were able to ski in and ski out easily and walk even with small children to all of the restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and we had plenty of toilet paper and laundry detergent. The only negative to our stay was the upstairs bedroom can get a little warm, even in December. Overall I highly recommend for a family traveling to Keystone. We hope to return!

The condo was perfect for our large family! There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great for ski in and ski out. Loved everything about the condo other than the parking. With such a big condo holding 12 or more people, one parking spot was not enough although we handled it. That is the only issue we had. The rest of the condo was excellent. Wouldn't change anything. We had a wonderful time.

The unit is very well equipped and has just about everything you could need. It was very nice that each room had access to it's own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It would have been nice to have a little bigger dining table as we had some work associates over one evening and did not have enough space. There is also a very nice deck with seating if it is warm.My only complaint is the parking situation. You get one underground parking space only. There are 6 spaces in front of the building for the entire building. Is those are taken there is no where else to park unless you drive out to the parking lot by the village area. This is too far to walk back from.

It was hard booking this property given the price, however, upon our arrival we were extremely impressed! The ski-in ski-out was absolutely amazing, especially during night skiing. The kitchen was great (used the slow cooker for tacos), the balcony was refreshing, and the building was friendly. Highly reccomend!

Our group of 11 middle aged adults have enjoyed all of the amenities of the unit. We cook nightly and have everything needed in the kitchen. We also use the grill and hot tub/ pool area. There is ample space in the unit to get “away “.

I recently stayed in the Timbers with my bridesmaids the weekend of our wedding. It was a great spot to get ready in and plenty of natural light for photos. We loved the convenience to the River run gondola. Only complaint is there needs to be more parking spots for a house that sleeps 14. One spot is not enough.

Phenomenal property. Awesome ski in/out. Excellent amenties. Covid-19 limited our party size but we were able to find another smaller place in the building. The only complaint is the parking. One spot for a condo that sleeps 14 (without using a sleeper sofa mind you) should have at least 2 spots. Excellent communication with SCMR. Very clear directions about what to do. Have a large group? Look no further.

Phenomenal property. Awesome ski in/out. Excellent amenties. Covid-19 limited our party size but we were able to find another smaller place in the building. The only complaint is the parking. One spot for a condo that sleeps 14 (without using a sleeper sofa mind you) should have at least 2 spots. Excellent communication with SCMR. Very clear directions about what to do. Have a large group? Look no further.

It's about 100 yards from building to ski slope, but up and down some small hills. -Kitchen has everything.-Separate food pantry was nice.-Large dining room table.-Plenty of seating everywhere.-Linens and towels all good. NOT SO GREAT:-Hot water is WAY TOO HOT. Dangerously so. My best guess is that it's over 140 degrees F.-Only one parking spot in garage. Closest free parking for second vehicle is about a mile away. A 5-bedroom place should have at least free 2 spots.-No ski and boot storage, except inside the condo, where the floor gets wet from melting snow.-Kitchen needs better lighting and is a little small for such a large condo. -Ice dispenser not working. No response from mgt.-One room didn't have heat working, someone tried to fix it, but couldn't. Not a big deal.-One TV didn't work, one broken lamp.

Great big condo with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge space for the 10 people in our party. The location is fantastic, truly strap in right out the back door then you are 50 yards to the ski run taking you down to River Run, you'll be on the lift in 30 seconds! We enjoyed the open architecture of the space, easy to hang out and be social in the evenings with the big living room and dining room table. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking gear and appliances and they offered plenty of extra pillows, blankets and even fans and humidifiers for every room. Great spot!
The biggest and only con is the 1 parking space. We used the over flow lot at the conference center but it was a pain on check in and check out days to cart people to and from - it is more of a design flaw of the building and not specific to the property unit or renting company, every unit in that building and the one next to it has to deal with the same and being ski in and ski out I see now that they can't build a big parking lot so it's understandable.

We couldn't have been in a better place for our ladies ski weekend. Our complaints about the condo were minor and could easily be worked around (mini fridge in bar not working, fireplace stopped working, ice maker in main refrigerator was weak). Certainly nothing that had any effect on our overall enjoyment of the property. There was even a fireworks display right outside one evening! We are already planning our next stay!

The bedroom configuration worked great for our family (7 adults/5 children, and the living space was very adequate for all of us to enjoy together. The hot tub and swimming pool are big hits for our family, and the convenience of a ski-in/ski-out property cannot be overstated. Furniture has changed in the living area since the posted pictures were taken (dining table now seats 10--living room furniture not as cozy as it was before), and the ice-maker was not working.(but they left 3 ice trays for us)We wish we could secure at least 1 more parking space--we have 3 cars and lots of car seats, so having to park 2 cars way off site is a bit complicated. The cost of this unit is quite high, but for all that you get, it is worth it!

The location was perfect, right at the bottom of the mountain, in short walking distance of the lifts and Keystone Village. We would definitely recommend this to anyone planning to ski or participate in other mountain activities. The only complaint I would have if I had to pick one would be that they only allow one parking spot for your group. This wasn’t terribly convenient for our three families, but we made it work.

We had a great stay. The Airbnb was extremely clean. The location was perfect being ski-in and ski-out. There was plenty of cookware to cook at home. The location is also very close to the River Run Village where you can go out for dinner or for drinks after skiing. There was plenty of space for 14 people. When we needed something fixed with the fireplaces, they were quick to respond and take care of the only thing Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy. I would not consider the upstairs futon an option for sleeping because it's a pull out couch, only fits one person, and is uncomfortable.

It took us a bit to figure out the switches and lights but it was fine. The loft furniture was a bit different than anticipated but also fine.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! We were impressed with every aspect of this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking supplies and table settings for at least 12. Every room had a beautiful view and it was quiet and peaceful. The deck looked over the forest and you could hear a stream running. There were 8 adults in our group and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. We will definitely book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a truly spectacular ski-in/ski-out property at Keystone Ski Resort. The location is great for virtually any activity connected with Keystone. It is very close to River Run Village although not technically in it. You can walk into the village within 5 minutes or less. You do need to walk across the snow bridge to get there, the same bridge the skiers use to get to the gondola at the base of River Run Village, but that was no big deal. It is a wide thoroughfare, with plenty of room to walk on the side while the skiers and snowboarders stick more to the middle of the snow bridge deck surface. There are restaurants and shops in the village, and the lift ticket office is easily accessible. The ski school was also conveniently located at River Run Village, right near the gondola loading station. The Timbers, the building, seems to be really well constructed. The building materials all appear to be of high quality. The condo unit itself that we rented, #3082, was fantastic. It is in excellent condition. The 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms worked out great for our party of 12 (8 adults, 4 babies/infants). The common areas are also beautiful and functional, including the ski storage room and the main lobby. The pool and hot tub were also very enjoyable. The underground heated parking garage was also great. The room is assigned one parking slot only. We had two vehicles in our party, so the other one had to park in a Keystone Resort lot (for which we had to secure a parking pass from the property manager, $350 deposit, returned at departure, but forfeited if the pass is not returned). So, that was a little inconvenient, but nothing can be done about it as the condo is landlocked. It worked out fine. The kitchen facilities in the condo unit were really nice. The bedding was of high quality and very comfortable. The baths and showers were also great, including steam showers in the two master bathrooms (if so inclined).

We had two families, 11 people, and plenty of beds and baths to accommodate all. The kitchen had everything we needed - cookware, dinnerware, seasonings, small appliances. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows plus humidifiers for every room. The master suites and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. The outside deck was large with a pretty wooded view. This is a true ski in/ski out and very convenient to the slope. We will definitely return to this unit when we ski Keystone again. We had little contact with the property management team, but they were most helpful when we called to request extra keys. The only disadvantage to thius unit and The Timbers - you are only allowed one vehicle per unit. Our unit was 5 bedrooms with 11 people, so we required two vehicles and figuring out where to park the second vehicle was inconvenient.

Condo was very comfortable - appreciated the humidifiers and extra blankets. They had everything we needed from extension cords to laundry detergent and we were even able to "rent" a highchair and play pen for our 18 month old. We really enjoyed out stay.

Great amenities, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, heated pool, sauna, steam room, ect. It is "ski in ski out", but there is a small hill to get up to make it to the ski slope. We had to walk about 30-40 yards to make it to a point to be able to make it down to the lift. The apartment itself was extremely nice. Great large open living room with connected kitchen, 2 steam showers, huge deck, would be crowded with 16 people, but sleeps 12 comfortably. Only complaint if I had to come up with one is the slow elevator. If it is during busy times you could wait over 5 -10 minutes to be able to get to the 5th floor. Overall highly recommend the location and amenities.
