Description

This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed. It features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, a private deck with outdoor seating and a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This rental is a perfect balance of being able to enjoy a quiet stay away, yet the ski areas are conveniently just a short drive away or quickly accessible via the nearby shuttle stops. Treehouse Condominiums offers a wide array of amenities including a clubhouse with an indoor pool and three hot tubs. There's also a sauna, a racquetball court, fitness facilities and coin-operated laundry facilities. There's a fun game room with pool tables, an air hockey table, a ping pong table and a variety of arcade games. Outside there's a tennis court and a playground.

The entryway features mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The cozy living area features hardwood flooring, comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. Step outside to the private deck to enjoy treed views and the fresh mountain air.

The recently updated, full size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table is between the kitchen and living area and seats four. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The primary bathroom features a single sink vanity also with granite countertops and a separated toilet and shower area for added privacy with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed as well as a closet.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

NOTE: Treehouse will no longer be providing cable TV after March 7, 2025. Streaming services will still be available using the Wi-Fi as the complex upgrades to Xfinity.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

My small crew had a great stay. Summit Reps were very responsive and able to help answer all my questions.
Pros:
- beds were comfy (pillows could be upgraded)
- all the kitchen utensils and cookware you could need (you should get a new knife holder or not stuff them in there. The chef knife and bread knife both fell out…)
- easy quick access to I-70 and all the ski resorts and food locations
- very responsive
Cons:
- Paying for a slightly early check in/out (1 hour) is a bit overkill in my opinion. First ive experienced that on Airbnb.

Your website for registering the vehicles, is a security issue. My son was not comfortable registering his vehicle and my granddaughters boyfriend couldn't register his he kept getting errors and ended up getting a boot on his vehicle which cost him $$$ to remove it. Property manager said it wasn't their issue and to take it up with the HOA company.
You need to update your vehicle registration website it needs to be more secure.

Perfect location, roomy, and beautifully decorated

When you walk in the door, the space takes your breath away. It was perfect for me, my husband and my 84 yr old mom. It was great for her to have no steps to deal with, and a bathroom close to her bed. The walk in shower was a plus. Also very nice to have a second bathroom/shower so she could have the ensuite all to herself. The kitchen was beautiful with all the dishes/pots/pans/utensils you could possible need. It was perfect.

Easy, clean and a REALLY WARM.

Location and property were great. Couldn't get the temperature of the unit below 74 so we slept with the windows open when it was 20 degrees outside. Other than that minor thing the place is fantastic. Will definitely go back.

Treehouse stay

The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very comfortable. Great central location , as we were skiing both Copper and Breck.. It was also close to Dillon and Frisco.
