The place itself is very up to date, very clean, and very functional. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.As mentioned in other reviews though, the parking system is a junk show. We followed instructions to a T, it still failed, and we had to reach out to the property manager. I realize it's not in their control BUT the instructions need to be reworked where maybe the host is responsible for registering the client vehicle with the HOA. Again, we didn't have an issue BUT it added a bit of unnecessary strain.Again, the property itself was great, and we would stay there again.

Only advice I would give guests is follow warnings about registering you vehicle to not get towed or booted. We got booted and cost $145 to get boot removed. Not blaming the owner of condo. It is clear in the instructions.

Was really great to get this for the price of a one bedroom, but it had a loft with three additional beds, so I didn't have to get too cozy with my buds. It was clean and comfy. Very responsive host.If I was to nit-pick, they could have had better pots and pans in the unit, and maybe a few staple items like salt n pepper. But yeah, it was pretty great!

Cozy one bedroom with loft. We had plenty of space and beds. We cooked in the tiny, but mighty kitchen almost every meal. Close to everything. Clean and well equipped. The club house was great. We will definitely stay here again.

After some initial issues that were well resolved by the office - internet worked great, though cell phone reception is spotty. It's close to the bus Summit bus stop and some trails which makes getting around without a car easy. Enjoyed my stay.

Great place for 2 days. We day-tripped to Vail and enjoyed cooking in the condo. The wifi password did not work so we had to call the resort. Also, this unit is on 3rd floor so be ready to get your exercise! Nice family unit.

This little condo with loft was perfect for our visits to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Breckinridge. It was well stocked with basic essentials and we enjoyed cooking our breakfasts before heading out each day! The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. There were extra blankets, and a gas fireplace. Games and TV too. This unit would be perfect for a family as the loft could easily sleep 3-4 kids! The owners checked in to assure all was well and instructions for parking and departing were easy and clear. We would definitely book with these owners again!!

We booked this property because of the close proximity to hiking including Buffalo Mountain and Lily Pad Lake. Property was nice sized for our family of five. Loft area has a neat skylight, but it does get bright in the morning. There were many games and dvds available, which was nice because it rained during much of our visit. Only complaint is that the water was changed in the pool/hot tubs, so it was very cold the first day of our visit. Everything was very clean, and kitchen utensils were well stocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) really enjoyed this condo during our stay in Silverthorne. There is easy access to Target for groceries, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make simple meals. We hadn't appreciated ahead of time that there are several nearby trailheads which we enjoyed. Everyone having their own bed was a plus!The only downside for our family was that the clubhouse, which our kids really enjoyed with a game room, pool, sauna, and hot tubs, didn't open until 10 am. They would have loved earlier access to that space in the mornings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is well kept up and looks how it does in the pictures online. Kitchen is well stocked. Shower had good water pressure and we did not have any issues with hot water. Smart TV with access to YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, etc. is nice for entertainment. I couldn't find laundry in the basement of this building, but I did find it next door in Building I (coin operated). The master has a comfortable king bed and loft has 3 queen beds for extra guests. One funky thing with the loft is there is a skylight with no cover... it gets quite bright in there once the sun comes out and one of the beds is directly under the skylight opening. Nice views from the unit on the third floor... just be aware there is no elevator and you'll need to carry your things up the three flights of stairs.

We enjoyed the space! Priced well. Bones of the building are older, but unit must have been updated at some point recently. Nice appliances, clean living area. Pool/hot tub was closed #COVID. Otherwise easy check-in process.

It had everything you need to prepare for arrival and the stay. We always worry about what will be provided and they had it all there on the site. We were met with a clean unit and everything we needed was on site. Our unit had a gas fireplace which was awesome. The bed was very comfortable. Communication was excellent. If we return to the area, we hope to stay there again. We were in the the Treehouse building D. Good access in and out and close to everything in town.

Like I said...the condo was great but there was no "hot" water. Only luke warm; so taking a shower was not a great experience

Reviewer Comments: Although the pictures make the space look bigger than it is, it was still enough space for four of us to spread out and relax between days of skiing. The ceiling upstairs in the loft is a tad low, but overall the rest of the space was perfect for us. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future. Great staging point to get to many of the local ski resorts.
