Great condo! Location is walkable to restaurants and ski lifts. The hot tubs were great and the staff were very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Still, it’s close to all the restaurants and shops in Avon, and just a short drive to the parking lot for Beaver Creek. The location could not have been better. Cleanliness was great only suggestion I have that the check process was a bit clunky and difficult to navigate. The condo was in great condition other than the fan in the master did not work and it does get warm inside. We kept our windows propped open during the day to keep the air flowing nicely. I would also recommend a different arrangement for the bunkbed in the second bedroom to allow for more space. Overall it was a great place to stay. We would recommend this property and would book it again.

This property was immaculate with a perfect location to downtown, skiing, and hiking.Although I do believe it is a near 5 star rating, all of the issues mentioned in other reviews are still outstanding, such as the dishwasher bottom rack not sliding (this should be an easy fix with new rollers), fan in the bedroom not working, and a built in microwave that did not work (although they did provide a counter top replacement).I do agree with past reviews that the master bedroom bed was quite soft, and the bedding a little ill-fitting. I found I had a much better sleep when I moved to the 2nd bedroom.They thankfully provided vaporizers since it is so very dry there, and out of 5 we found onsite, only 2 actually worked (but those were a bonus find, so can't complain)The in-unit washer and dryer were very convenient, but if you use the dryer, you must wait at least 15 minutes before re-running. I initially thought it was broken after load #1 but eventually learned that the dryer unit just had to cool down in order for it to restart.Having the ski valet service was super easy and convenient, and the spa and gym amenities were great; just a short outdoor walk gets you there.All in all, some minor issues, but still an absolutely lovely property with a "can't beat" location.

Condo was excellent with a few minor issues/things:- it would have been nice if they had instructions on how to use the many remotes for the TV and sound system.- in the 2nd bedroom there wasn’t a lot of space in the closet or the dresser drawers.- we had some issues with the washer and dryer

Overall we were impressed with the space. ItWas clean, spacious and cozy. Location was perfect. As soon as you walk out you’re on Main St where the shopping and restaurants are. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an extended weekend getaway in Breckenridge. This condo is well appointed with a stunning kitchen. Perdect 2 bed/2 bath condo for 2 couples to enjoy a weekend in the mountains. We did attend the Breckenridge Oktoberfest which was a 5 minute walk from the condo. We enjoyed this condo so much that we plan on booking it again for next Fall

The location was better than we expected. It was right across the street from our favorite brew house and we were right at the top of Main Street where all the good shopping started. The bedrooms were not the biggest but the large kitchen and great room more than made up for it. We loved the little balcony to top it off. The property overall was excellent.

Great location for young kids to get to ski school and many restaurants and shops. Bedrooms were tight but honestly we spent all our time on mountain, walking around or playing cards at the large dinning room table. The host was very quick to assist with anything.

Great layout, spacious living room, and overall very nice. We would not hesitate to stay here again! There were a few details though that needed attention: 1. burned out bulbs in the guest room and master bath; 2. dishwasher lower drawer needs repair, and 3. inoperable blinds that need repair. Finally, not something broken but for a rental this nice it seemed odd to us that the pots and pans were needing replaced as were the various mis-matched dishes. Overall we really liked this place and would look to stay again, but hope these details will be addressed by the owners next time.

The view was amazing. Host was nice! Only thing would be we found someone’s old contact lens on the dresser.

We’ve stayed at numerous VRBOs and this one by far impressed us. It was well cared for and had high end finishes. The common area felt spacious for our family of 5. Usually when we check in there’s always something that doesn’t work but this property as stated was very clean and well cared for. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us. Easy walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street and several trailheads. We only ate breakfasts and snacks in the condo, but there seemed to be enough pots and pans if you chose to do more cooking. Best of all, it was very quiet. We heard no one in the halls or out on the street. I gave all 5 stars except for the property’s general condition. I rated that a 4 because of a few things: the lights are a little dim in the bathrooms, the built in microwave should be removed or repaired (there is one on the counter that works), and the dishwasher is sub par. There was great communication with the property manager until our last day. We were hoping to take showers before our checkout at 10 am. However, there was no hot water. I texted the manager and got no response. We understand that it probably could not have been fixed for us, but they could have acknowledged the problem. I hope it was fixed for the next guests.We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Walkable to Quicksilver lift (with valet ski storage included in the building), main street breckenridge. We had a car but you dont need one unless you want access to other areas, grocery store etc. The unit is bigger than the pictures show. Kitchen well stocked for making dinner each night. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. The only minor issue was a door knob to the deck not working. So if it was summer and wanted to enjoy the deck, you could not. Summit county mountain retreats had amazing communication and all instructions etc were very clear. Would definitely book again.
