Great condo! Location is walkable to restaurants and ski lifts. The hot tubs were great and the staff were very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Rena’s place was amazing! It’s in a very chill neighborhood that’s low-key and quiet. Still, it’s close to all the restaurants and shops in Avon, and just a short drive to the parking lot for Beaver Creek. The location could not have been better. Cleanliness was great only suggestion I have that the check process was a bit clunky and difficult to navigate. The condo was in great condition other than the fan in the master did not work and it does get warm inside. We kept our windows propped open during the day to keep the air flowing nicely. I would also recommend a different arrangement for the bunkbed in the second bedroom to allow for more space. Overall it was a great place to stay. We would recommend this property and would book it again.

This property was immaculate with a perfect location to downtown, skiing, and hiking.Although I do believe it is a near 5 star rating, all of the issues mentioned in other reviews are still outstanding, such as the dishwasher bottom rack not sliding (this should be an easy fix with new rollers), fan in the bedroom not working, and a built in microwave that did not work (although they did provide a counter top replacement).I do agree with past reviews that the master bedroom bed was quite soft, and the bedding a little ill-fitting. I found I had a much better sleep when I moved to the 2nd bedroom.They thankfully provided vaporizers since it is so very dry there, and out of 5 we found onsite, only 2 actually worked (but those were a bonus find, so can't complain)The in-unit washer and dryer were very convenient, but if you use the dryer, you must wait at least 15 minutes before re-running. I initially thought it was broken after load #1 but eventually learned that the dryer unit just had to cool down in order for it to restart.Having the ski valet service was super easy and convenient, and the spa and gym amenities were great; just a short outdoor walk gets you there.All in all, some minor issues, but still an absolutely lovely property with a "can't beat" location.

Condo was excellent with a few minor issues/things:- it would have been nice if they had instructions on how to use the many remotes for the TV and sound system.- in the 2nd bedroom there wasn’t a lot of space in the closet or the dresser drawers.- we had some issues with the washer and dryer

Overall we were impressed with the space. ItWas clean, spacious and cozy. Location was perfect. As soon as you walk out you’re on Main St where the shopping and restaurants are. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an extended weekend getaway in Breckenridge. This condo is well appointed with a stunning kitchen. Perdect 2 bed/2 bath condo for 2 couples to enjoy a weekend in the mountains. We did attend the Breckenridge Oktoberfest which was a 5 minute walk from the condo. We enjoyed this condo so much that we plan on booking it again for next Fall

Luxurious & convenient. We were right at the base of the mountain & steps to Main Street Station shops & restaurants. We had access to a large pool and several hot tubs. There was a secluded deck off the living room. Grill was at the pool. The only bummer was late check-in (5pm) and early check-out times (10am). We were told early check-in was available for $15/hr! The location was better than we expected. It was right across the street from our favorite brew house and we were right at the top of Main Street where all the good shopping started. The bedrooms were not the biggest but the large kitchen and great room more than made up for it. We loved the little balcony to top it off. The property overall was excellent.

Great location for young kids to get to ski school and many restaurants and shops. Bedrooms were tight but honestly we spent all our time on mountain, walking around or playing cards at the large dinning room table. The host was very quick to assist with anything.

We’ve stayed at numerous VRBOs and this one by far impressed us. It was well cared for and had high end finishes. The common area felt spacious for our family of 5. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo in Breckenridge was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed. All appliances were new and high-end. The beds were very comfortable. The check-in process was very easy in the location is one of the best locations you can have to go out in the town of Breckenridge.

Walkable to Quicksilver lift (with valet ski storage included in the building), main street breckenridge. We had a car but you dont need one unless you want access to other areas, grocery store etc. The unit is bigger than the pictures show. Kitchen well stocked for making dinner each night. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. The only minor issue was a door knob to the deck not working. So if it was summer and wanted to enjoy the deck, you could not. Summit county mountain retreats had amazing communication and all instructions etc were very clear. Would definitely book again.

This property was perfect for my family (2 adults, 3 kids under 12). Walk-able to Main Street and easy to drive away for more hiking. All beds were super comfortable and the TVs had the apps and movies for the kids after a long day of activities. The check in and out were super easy. There are washer and dryer, bring your own detergent. Fridge is huge and kitchen is nice so very easy to make your own meals. Heated underground parking a major plus. Communication was great and professional. Absolutely would stay here again!

Wish we could have stayed a few more days. Super cozy place and everything seems really up to date and recently renovated. We have 3 adults and 2 kids and we fit great! The pool, bars and restaurants right next to the property are all very handy as well.

We did have trouble with the keys and had to go to Main Street to get new keys that did work. Other than that we were pleased with the condo and pleased with the location.

This was a great location for our stay! Just a short walk across the street to the Peak 9 lift and a two minute walk to Main Street. I would definitely stay here again. Only had a minor issue with not receiving the parking pass with the room keys but they were able to coordinate with the property management office nearby.

Very happy with our pick as this was a great stay. The apartment is well kept and very modern/updated. The fireplace is nice to have and the nearness to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge within walking distance helped well. Thank you for a great stay : )

Upon arrival the keys that were shipped in the mail did not work when trying to enter the property. We contacted the property office and we kept getting the run around on how to enter. After an hour a member of our party walked to a nearby front desk to retrieve more keys. After getting back up to the condo the keys still did not work. We had to get 3 new sets of keys in the 4 days we were there because the doors would never work. Other than that, the condo was fantastic! Clean, great location and very accessible!

Everything was very convenient for my ski trip. Only complaints: The pool was for appointment only because of COVID and was already booked. The key cards that were mailed did not work for the unit, and we had issues getting in touch with the manager for our unit to approve the onsite manager to re-key our cards. It was after 8 in the evening, and we were all very cranky from our trip. Without those two issues and COVID restrictions, the place was perfect for our January 2021 ski trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Water House very much! Beautiful home with a big spacious kitchen and living room perfect for lounging, meals and game night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large. The beds and sheets were great too! Easy paths and sidewalks right onto main street. Perfect for families, friends and a get away to the mountains!

I’ll lead with my only negative because the rest is spectacular. To retrieve the keys to the property, we had to reroute through Keystone, CO. We booked the place one week+ out and immediately received an email stating the keys would be mailed to us. They never came, thus the reroute through Keystone. Luckily, however, we were passing close by to Keystone already ... if you’re not planning on going through there it could be out of the way for you. Overall the place is exactly as described. It’s very spacious and has everything you need. We wished the balcony was a little larger (fits 2 people) but it still offered excellent views of the mountain to the southeast of town. The place was extremely well kept and clean with everything you should need. Indoor heated parking included. Checkout was a breeze. I highly recommend the place and would stay here again. FYI, if you’ve never been to Breckenridge in the off season, it isn’t much to write home about. Granted it was offseason, but of the 4 towns we stayed in, it was the one we least enjoyed. Loved renting this space. Stayed here eight of us, four adults and four kids with plenty of room. Most comfortable pull-out couch, happily surprised by that. So close to amenities like pool. We figured out how to reserve a spot at pool amidst the COVID-19 Restrictions and were able to get the times we wanted. Within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. Loved walking to the gondola and taking the free ride up to the mountain. Only complaint is even with using the app you are directed to, there are still some details missing. For instance, there is no where listed in check-in process that there are different buildings. You are just directed to one main elevator which is incorrect. So you end up wandering around with all your baggage trying to find your building. Yes, there’s a map on site but it would be easy to list that in the pre-arrival instructions. Also needed more specifics like location of trash cans. Everything else great. Fees are so high compared to other places but I’d say with the proximity to down town it’s worth what you pay.

This is a beautiful space. Plenty of room for a family of four, or for two couples (the bunk beds are two full size beds). The living room and kitchen were spacious. Loved the fireplace. Good heat, A/C, and ceiling fans to regulate the temperature. It was very quiet and cozy. One thing to note, if you’re planning to cook, you’ll need to bring all groceries (including spices, cooking oils, sugar, etc.). We went out to eat on this trip, so it didn’t bother us, but we’ll definitely bring milk for coffee and a few other groceries next time. Loved this space and will be back in the future.

This is a beautiful condo in a primo location, near the ski slopes and also the town of Brekenridge. The furnishings are lovely, and there was plenty of room for everyone (the second bedroom has a double and a single bed). We were delighted!

The kitchen could have been stocked better upon arrival, however they did bring us more stuff when requested (needed more forks, cups, cookware, etc. I'm guessing some goes missing as the season goes on). I would recommend adding a few board games, puzzles, toys and kid friendly dishes to the condo. Overall we had an AMAZING TIME in Breck and would definitely vacation here again! We loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was right on Main Street, close to restaurants and shopping and ski rentals. Woikd stay here again.

I loved having the keys mailed to me in advance so all we had to do was unload and begin relaxing. After I returned home I realized I had not washed the towels. Even though they emailed me a list of what to do , it would be nice to have a printed copy that sat on the kitchen counter so guests would not forget anything. I would definitely stay here again.

We were beyond impressed by the property. First class amenities throughout the condo. Easy access to pools and hot tubs, fitness Center, Breckenridge’s Main Street shopping and dinning. We’re hoping to comeback and stay at the property again because we enjoyed it so much.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Water House on Main Street. The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped with everything for a family. There is more than enough space to have friends over for dinner or apres' ski. This is the perfect location for a family ski experience in Breckenridge.
