Watertower Place Condos Unit 202, Building B

I had a great stay at Adam Robert’s condo in Frisco. It was very well maintained, clean, and priced well for the area. The location was excellent, just three blocks from Main Street and its restaurants and attractions. It was easy to get to, and I had no trouble parking my large GMC truck in the driveway. I would gladly stay here again.

The condo was very nice, the bedrooms/bathrooms were large, the beds were comfy. the dining area, kitchen, living room were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed for those guests that planned to cook some of their meals (the coffee maker turned on but would not brew coffee). There was a nice private hot tub off the upstairs bedroom. The condo backed up to a VERY busy road and there are lots of stairs to negotiate if that's not your thing try for a ground level condo.

The condo was amazing! Perfect location 15-20 min from 4 different mountains. Walking distance to downtown Frisco. The hot tub on the balcony was a highlight with gorgeous views. We left behind an iPad and the property mgr found it and mailed it back home to me. Amazing place and very responsive mgmt company made our stay a perfect holiday retreat.

Our stay at the Watertower place was excellent. The location was perfect and offered great access to places downtown and quick access to the highway to travel to nearby towns. Overall it was a great accommodation for our trip and we would certainly go back in the future.

This was one of the best places we have stayed through VRBO. The condo was beautiful, kitchen was great, and the hot tube was wonderful. Great place if you want an active day and a comfortable, warm evening.

This was a great property for four friends spending time in the mountains. It's easy to get to from Denver. It's easy to get to multiple mountain spots south, west and north of the Condo and when you want to hang out you're right next to Main street in Frisco where you can relax and enjoy yourself amongst different restaurants and shops.

Beautiful property, loved the hot tub, centrally located, property manager very responsive! We had the windows open at night, and the traffic circle was louder than we expected (nothing owners/managers can control, but that is why the location is 4 vs 5). Would love to return!

The property (condo) we stayed at was beautiful. The location was great and the property itself was like a luxury condo. Very clean, and well cared for. We are already talking about a return visit, either winter or summer. I would highly recommend it!

Great property and location. It says one car space only but we had two for two families and put one car in garage and other on the drive which was perfect. Place is well equipped and well set up: master bed mattress is excellent quality which makes a big difference for a good night of sleep. Couple of minor issues: front door wouldn’t open on arrival due to dead batteries, oven door was broken and hottub was not chemically balanced. But place is managed by Summit Mountain Rentals who are super responsive on their Comms and they had their team out promto to sort all issues: excellent management.

Loved it overall. Icemaker in fridge does not work. You rectified our tv problem quickly. Kudos. DOWNSTAIRS bedroom shower grout corners need to be scrubbed lots more. Kinda groaty... Coffee table underneath very dusty. Loved that you stocked toiletries, some coffee, dish soap and laundry soap. We would definitely rent again. Thanks for a fun stay.

Only downside was the loft bunkbed is in the main gathering area - it's hard for adults to stay up and visit if littles need to sleep. This didn't impact overall awesomeness of this property. Place was really spacious, clean, and nice for our stay. Self trash removal and some ice on our stairwell were the only real minuses, given the high cleaning fee and other fees. Location is great and more than enough room for four adults. Would stay here again!
