Description

This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a king bed in the primary suite, a twin over queen bunk bed in the guest bedroom. It is a brand new condo in a brand new complex offering high end finishes throughout. Feel right at home with private in-unit laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, and radiant floor heating across the unit. Located on Main Street in Frisco, meaning everything the town has to offer is just a short walk from your front door plus offers convenient access to nearby ski areas in Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge.

The living area consists of an open concept with the dining area and kitchen all flowing together nicely with radiant floor heating throughout. It features ample seating, a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. Just off the living area is the private deck which offers outdoor seating and beautiful views of Mount Royal and Frisco Main Street.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features modern stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The guest bedroom offers a twin over queen size bunk bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and ample closet space. The guest bathroom features both a guest entrance and a separate private entrance from the guest bedroom, as well as granite countertops, a single sink vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV and ample closet space as well. The en suite bathroom has granite countertops, a double sink and vanity plus another walk-in shower.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement, to rent this unit the paying guest must be at least 24 years of age or older.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Great Location, Clean & Comfortable

Great little place tucked away in a quiet corner of Frisco, but within walking distance of some great restaurants and conveniently located close to I 70. Our family of five enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of this townhome while we skied Vail & Beaver Creek. We enjoy visiting Summit County for skiing and this unit is close to Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Copper Mountain and Beaver Creek. Quiet, clean, comfortable and plenty of space for our family of five. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to ski multiple mountains or hiking/biking.

Mixed experience

While the location of this condo was amazing, with access to copper and walkable to main street, the condo had some issues. The fridge/ freezer were broken and made it difficult to use. The temperature control was non existent. Despite thermostat being set down to 60, after 24 hours the temperature had gone down from 75 to 69 (and this with the door open). We also had issues with shower, and how little insulation there was between units. But, we did love the gas stove and the wonderful windows in the living room!

Fancy Microwave

Very nice rental for skiing trip, unfortunately no hot tub but the Silverthorne rec center is very close. Cleaning could have been better as I had to remove the previous guest trash from the garage and place it in the dumpster, and we found a chicken bone under the table, otherwise it seemed clean.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this site. The condo looks exactly like pictures. Location is great. The kitchen was well stocked wit pots/pans/appliances. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Ski & Stay ❄️

Great 2 bedroom steps from Frisco restaurants and shops. Condo is centrally located, has everything you need plus a great kitchen/living area with fireplace. We skied Copper, A-Basin, & Winter Park. Love Frisco!

Gem of a property close to town

We stayed at this property mid September. I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The unit has a nice layout and has everything you need. It has a full kitchen with all the kitchen utentials, dishes, pots and pans you need. The complex is a short walk from Frisco. It is a 5 minute walk from Tavern West, one of the best restaurants in Frisco. The property is also close to I70 for easy access. We would stay here again.

Great Location

Nice place but needs more lighting in the bedrooms. Also the showers were dark. The location was great and it was clean.

Climbers retreat

We choose this condo knowing that we would be rock climbing on Mount Royal. The location was amazing, directly across Main Street from the ten mile rec path that leads to the access points for many of the classic Mount Royal climbs. The condo itself was also amazing, immaculately clean and great amenities.

Luxe Rustic

What a wonderful place for a quick weekend in Frisco! Beautiful accomodations and convenient to town. We enjoyed having a dedicated parking garage, great bed linens, very clean and modern. We'd love to stay again on our next trip out!

Great condo in a great location

This was a great condo with ample room for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. It was great to have a nice place to cook or grill and hang out at night, a patio to sit outside in the mornings, and an easy bike ride or walk downtown to shops, restaurants, and everything Frisco has to offer. It was a great home base to explore other towns as well.

Great place to stay in Frisco

Nicely equipped condo unit. Can walk to downtown Frisco very quickly. Bunk bed over the queen is great for kids. Management is great at staying in touch.

Answer:

This unit allows parking for up to 2 vehicles. 1 in the garage, and one in the car port next to the garage!

Does this unit have access to an outdoor hot tub at all? Even with another adjacent property? our family likes this unit, but really want to enjoy a hot tub after a long day of skiing.
