The company wouldn't refund for extenuating circumstance, unit is very poorly insulated, thermostat is either locked or remotely controlled. Clearly a master bedroom from a larger unit that they turned into a rental and poorly. Kitchenette is clearly the old laundry room with exposed electrical and a 220 outlet above the sink. Floors are freezing, the bunk beds are stuffed into a walk-in closet and it is freezing in there. Trash under the bed, crumbs around the table, cleaning was suspect. Water never got hot, barely warm, beds weren't made ahead of time, no ladder for the closet bunk beds and you could everything from the main part of the unit clear as day. Next to the staircase and unless someone was tip-toeing, you could hear them as if they were in the unit. Very crammed, not good for a family at all.

We have inspected this unit and found new issue with heating as the unit did get up to a comfortable tempereature, in the reagrds to the unit itself, all of our photos and descriptions are accurate on the layout and size of this unit so guest can have all that info before booking.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchenette is not intended for meal prep, but provided the basics: refrigerator and microwave. Shower has great water pressure!!! Beds were comfortable and linens sparkling white! Door lock was questionable- hard to tell if it was locked.

Building was quite run-down. Luggage scuff marks everywhere. Hallway carpets all stained and gross. I know we weren’t paying for the Ritz carlton but this was pretty bush league. A digit on the keypad for room entry actually fell off. I notified prop managers and nothing was done about it. People I dealt with were all quite nice and friendly but overall the building was gross and the room was tiny. Cable tv did not work because there was snow all over the satellite dish. The outdoor grill areas hadn’t been shoveled in weeks. Good luck if you wished to grill something.

This rental is tiny. The beds were comfy but 3 of the 4 of us had allergy flares from the poor air flow. The scenery was beautiful!!

Thanks for the review. This unit is a studio and we do recommend opening the windows and using a fan. The scenery is beautiful.

the rental property was in a great location, the property was generally clean, but definitely showed wear and tear especially on the door locks and frame no kitchen but it did have a coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge.

The place was reasonably comfortable for an overnighter with friends, but describing it as a condo is a bit generous. "Private room" would be a more apt description. Location is convenient, but does require driving or taking the bus to get to the slopes, restaurants, etc.

This place was nice because it was close to the slopes and had a keypad lock so we did not have to go anywhere else to check in.
Downside it is it REALLY small. Carpets were dirty. It did NOT stay warm despite us adjusting the thermostat. TV remote did NOT work. There was no key to the ski locker available. No table to sit and eat at. Just a microwave, small fridge and coffee pot. Internet log in also did not work.

The location is close to the slopes. The room was clean, had good wifi, and was spacious. I do wish I was made aware that the pool and hot tub would be closed due to COVID. However, that is my only complait. Great place to stay
