Description

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful panoramic views of Keystone Lake. Updated kitchen, living room furnishings (New photos coming soon!) and the extra bathroom is a great added convenience. Located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. Short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a smart TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and new furnishings were added in early 2023. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private patio is just off the living area and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. In the winter you overlook ice-skating and hockey, and during the summer you’ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar comfortably seats eight people. The guest bathroom is near the entryway and features a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a new king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a smart TV. There are beautiful lake views from the picture frame windows. The en suite bathroom has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination with dual shower heads and a jetted tub.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Perfect for skating or watching skaters on the lake.

We came to Keystone to skate, not ski so the location, right on the lake was perfect. Watching the Zamboni clear the ice every morning while having coffee, the large, jetted bath tub Missing a few kitchen things like teaspoons and a large frying pan or griddle for pancakes. but otherwise very well stocked.

Of all the condos that line Keystone Lake, this specific unit is special and unique. Not only is it closer to the lake than any other, its unusual architecture lets you lounge inside, but just a few feet away from the water. My spouse and I stayed here for a long weekend in late September, when the aspens were peaking, and it was absolutely perfect for us. We're the kind of people who use a vacation rental more as a retreat than as a base of operations to venture out from. Consequently, we spent most of our time reading, talking, and looking out the windows to endlessly gorgeous views of the water and the mountainsides. A little walk around the lake and the nearby environs every now and again, then it was back to the reading seats! Of course, everybody walking the path nearby could see us just as we could see them, but that was okay with us -- we felt like cats looking out the windows. The unit itself had all we needed -- when the biggest problem is lack of a convenient hand towel holder in the bathrooms, everything is pretty good! The property management company is also excellent -- very communicative and responsive, even on Saturday and Sunday. We hated to leave, and would be delighted to stay here again.

The condo was exactly what we wanted. Off season so just a few people staying there. Felt comfortable leaving the blinds open to see the mountain and lake view day and early evening. The lights were beautiful. Caught the walking trail outside our back door. Perhaps it was the time of year, the geese droppings were abundant in the yard and on the walkway, but the goslings were adorable.

Great location

The condo’s location was great, right in the heart of Lakeside Village. It was a comfortable 1 bed, 2 baths that fit two adults and two 16 year olds. Access to free washer and dryer which is super convenient. We overlooked the skate rink and close to a convenience store. We did not know there was an indoor pool so pay attention to the swipe card near front door. The management company was excellent and made checkin a breeze. Best part was the wood burning fireplace. So nice after a day on the slopes. Highly recommended

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to ice skate primarily so this was an absolute dream. Watching the Zamboni was something my young kids and I really enjoyed. It was a dream trip. The only issues we had were the bedroom being cold because the curtains are 3” too long and it covered the radiator so the heat went up the windows instead of into the rooms. It was a bit tricky with all the radiator controls everywhere, I wish there were better instructions for some of us southerners. It was so easy to walk over to the adventure center to go on the horse drawn sleigh ride. We highly recommend that as well! Also, the shower heads in the master bath are terrible.

A wonderful mountain vacation! Loved the condo, decorated nicely with all the amenities at your fingertips! Bed was comfortable, linens were fresh and kitchen was well appointed. The location was ideal, great hiking/biking trails all around with easy access from our condo. There were numerous nearby dining options in Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper, Dillon and Silverthorne. Great management company, responsive and helpful with almost immediate attention to any concerns. Thank you, we will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year in a row coming to this condo. It’s a safe area, the crowds are small, and we can ride our bikes for miles and miles just out our back door! Love the window seats overlooking the lake. The free laundry facilities is an added bonus and extremely considerate to include. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked well and if you need anything, contact SCMR and they are on it immediately! (Thank you for bringing us two brand new humidifiers since the ones supplied were inoperable) We are just so impressed with the management and care of this condo. I hope it never goes away because we plan to be back next year for a month!

We loved the window seat overlooking the lake rink. Ski shuttle was right outside the complex for easy access. Kitchen well equipped and walkable options for dining. Jacuzzi tub jets not all working. Loved the coffee table books and decor!

Great location to breck and frisco and the keystone spa was an amazing place to get a relaxing massage and hang in the hot tub. also great that there are two restaurants in walking distance and easy parking. Very spacious condo, we HIGHLY recommend!!

Great Views and Relaxing Stay

The property is close to Keystone Ski Resort and was right in front of the ice skating rink and we enjoyed the views from the large panoramic windows, the built in heaters under the window seats was also very nice. The property was exactly what we wanted and more and we will be back in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The title speaks for itself. We love the location and size of this unit. At times, the unit above can be noisy with footsteps, but that is the downfall of a first floor unit. The upside is we walk right out the door onto the walk/bike path. Huge plus for us!I will say the unit was not in the cleanest condition this year. Minor things like popcorn under the couch and accumulated dust/debris on the floor and coffee table. The big leather chair smelled like smoke, but that could be from a smoker and that's just on their clothes. Quick remedy was we didn't sit in that chair.All in all, we will probably be back again next year.I truly appreciate SCMR and their staff. I requested a box fan and one was delivered that day.See you next year! (unless I find my own place there :-))

Cozy stay on the lake

We enjoyed our stay and the easy access to the lake. The kids loved being able at walk out the patio and play in the snow and ice skate. We made the short walk to the lift with our gear and it wasn’t too bad! Would love to stay again!

Great stay for a ski weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great 3 day weekend stay at this very attractive condo. Summit County Mountain Retreats serves as an efficient property manager. My only constructive critique would be to provide a bath soap bar for the 2 bathrooms. The condo is well appointed with an excellent full kitchen. The views of the lake through the panoramic corner window are a treat! The condo was quiet and overall clean. However, we did find the pull out couch mechanicals to be in need of some cleaning. The location is great to ski at both Keystone (2 minutes away) and Breckinridge (20 minutes away). Our only recommendations to enhance the condo would be to replace the aging dishwasher which is still functional but quite aged. The rest of the kitchen is fantastic. We would recommend this condo to others and we would choose to stay here again.
