Great Get-Away Spot!
The property location is beautiful. Grounds are well-maintained and Unit was lovely, clean and comfortable. Views from living room, bedroom and balcony are gorgeous. Unit was quiet and private. The kitchen was well-stocked and the with dishes, utensils and cookware. Living room furniture was dated but clean and comfortable. Updates in kitchen and vanity counters and tub surround were beautiful. Heating unit worked well. The mattress had depressed areas on each side, but was comfortable. Linens and blankets were clean and comfortable. There was no barbecue grill on balcony as pictured in photo, but a grill was available in the center courtyard. All was in working order and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again. The Summit rental agency was professional and regularly checked on the quality of our visit. They made themselves available if needed. Very nice!- Reviewed On: 10/5/2024

Beautiful Mountain Stay
This was a GORGEOUS full apartment! The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking! We were only there for 1 night for a concert in nearby Dillon, but we'll definitely look at this property for future stay cations. I recommend bringing your own coffee set up.
Great location at Keystone Lake
The condo was comfortable and nice. Loved the outdoor area! Kitchen was nice and clean. Living room was comfortable and there were lots of electronic and board games. There were a few minor fixes that should have been made such as the smoke detector cover hanging from the ceiling and some towel hooks could have been re-attached.Overall, the stay was very nice.- Reviewed On: 8/9/2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had a fantastic vacation experience with this unit. We love Keystone and the surrounding summit area is so close-by. I took full advantage of the Rec path that runs right by the unit all the way to Dillon or Breck. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The true star of this unit, however is the VIEW. Right on Lake Keystone, we enjoyed a different sunset display every night. The property management was fantastic and the communication perfect.- Reviewed On: 7/20/2024

Winter WONDERLAND
Beautiful views of the frozen lake where everyone is ice skating and playing pickup hockey games! So amazing! The house is spacious and clean. Plenty of cooking pans and pots and whatever else you would need. I was a little bummed that there wasn’t any coffee filters or stuff to make coffee with. I left items behind for the next people. Nice cozy and peaceful! Beautiful location and would love to stay there again!- Reviewed On: 1/29/2023

Mountain Getaway
I was a little worried about this property as the price and pictures were too good to be true. But when we opened the door we were wowed. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the lake and mountains was a dream! It was very spacious and well kept up. We enjoyed the quiet and sitting on the small deck taking in the beauty of the mountains. Keystone itself doesn’t have much but it is very easy to get to all the other areas in Summit county and Vail valley.- Reviewed On: 8/30/2022

Exactly what we hoped for!
This condo has the most amazing view! We have a family of 5 and I was a little concerned about the size of the place because our kids are teen and preteen. The pullout sofa was great and the pullout chair was just like a twin bed! It was perfect for us. Rental company was great and we had everything we could have needed. We will definitely be back!- Reviewed On: 7/2/2022

Great place to stay
So, the check in process was a little strange as the drop boxes are not at the property, however it was completely contactless so that was nice. The instructions for check in were pretty clear and the condo was just like the pictures. It was fully furnished and even had some extra appliances you wouldn't expect. Over all it was a great place to be. There were even extra storage spaces that locked for your gear.- Reviewed On: 3/8/2022

We really enjoyed this vacation rental! The views were amazing and the condo was very comfortable, we felt right at home. The king size bed was also comfortable. There was a Starbucks coffee just downstairs you could walk too in the mornings which was nice! Soo many good restaurants and things to do near by! We were able to explore Vail, Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco, etc all within a 20 minute drive! I would Highly reccomend this unit and we will likely be returning. Thank you!- Reviewed On: 11/19/2021

We were able to explore Vail, Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco, etc all within a 20 minute drive! I would Highly reccomend this unit and we will likely be returning. Thank you!- Reviewed On: 11/19/2021

The apartment is cozy and quiet. And the view makes it worth it. It’s one king size bed in main bedroom. The living room comes with sofa with bedding blankets in the closet. It’s priced accordingly. And it’s stocked in games for children, which was lovely. I would stay here again.- Reviewed On: 8/4/2021

Birthday getaway!
Thank you for making my birthday special with your extra touch! You really made me feel special 🥰. We loved our stay, and even though we live in Colorado and have traveled to this area before, we still found new adventures and saw new glorious views. Your place is perfect, being central to so many great towns, but even if we didn’t leave your condo by car we were able to rent a canoe, go for a couple laps around the lake, and then rented bikes right on the property! We rode up to Keystone ski area then down to Lake Dillon for lunch, and on a path almost the entire way, barely having to get on the road. We loved the views from your condo on the little lake, so beautiful during the day and wonderful at night! Perfect location all the way around. Had a little trouble with the box instructions at check in to get key cards but finally got irritated and pulled straight back and it opened. Everything else went smoothly and we would love to visit again. I recommend this property.- Reviewed On: 7/4/2021

Nice place with wonderful views. Well stocked kitchen. Description is 100% accurate. Water pressure in shower was weak but not a deal breaker. No AC which is normal but we happened to visit during an abnormal heat wave. They did have 2 box fans which helped in the main living area. Oscillating stand fan for the bedroom might be nice for future renters. We would definitely stay again!- Reviewed On: 6/17/2021

Whoops on the weather
We booked for late April thinking the temps would be 50-60s and Keystone would be a good jumping-off point for us non-skiing, non-snow-drivers to take road trips through the mountains and look around. Unfortunately, we hit record lows and snow, so while we had the advantage of off-season rates, we had the disadvantage of many restaurant closures and a limited travel radius as we didn't want to get by frozen roads miles from our condo. But...nobody's fault. As for the accommodations, I'll make my complaint first: lousy water pressure in the shower. I can't imagine coming off the slopes to this, so maybe the owners add a governor after ski season, but it was bad enough you didn't even want to take a shower. Otherwise we were very pleased--clean, modern, comfortable. Management was responsive and friendly. I'd stay anywhere they run.- Reviewed On: 5/6/2021

Exactly What I Was Looking For
I knew from the moment I walked in that this was exactly what I was looking for in a weekend getaway. I've been stuck at home for months because of Covid and the beautiful location on the lake was great any time of day. I woke up and had a cup of hot chocolate on the large outdoor patio. I sat in the super comfortable large chair right in the corner where the windows meet. I would love to return again next fall.- Reviewed On: 10/23/2020

I sat in the super comfortable large chair right in the corner where the windows meet. I would love to return again next fall.- Reviewed On: 10/23/2020

Keystone 2020 Escape from the Texas Heat
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I were very pleased with Willows 1713. It looked good online and even better in person! Perfect for our needs and wants - roomy, clean, great location, full kitchen, balcony with a great view, nice bedroom with comfortable king bed, plenty of amenities, reasonably priced. The proximity to Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne, Breckenridge for shopping, dining and activities was great. When we left The Woodlands in Texas, the heat index was 112 degrees; being in Keystone with highs in the low 70s and lows in the low 50s with low humidity was heaven! And access to local golf courses was a plus as we both play golf. We would not hesitate to stay at this condo again, or recommend to friends.- Reviewed On: 8/18/2020

This place was bigger than expected and had nice mountain decor. It is close drive to the free Keystone River Run family parking. Unfortunately, we were not there very long ( late night arrival and departed in a.m.) so we didn’t have time to enjoy the lake, ice skating or the balcony views but it was beautiful location. We will look to come back in future, when we can stay multiple days.- Reviewed On: 12/24/2019

This unit had beautiful views and ample windows overlooking the “5 acre lake” which is a cute pond surrounded by a walkway, other condos, coffee shop and other small businesses. It’s right off the main road so very easy to access keystone and summit county. The bike path that gets you access to many miles of trail is right outside the door and hiking was easy to access. Overall a great fall retreat. (I bet it’s great in winter too!)- Reviewed On: 9/10/2018

The unit was clean, up to date, and had a great view of Keystone Lake and mountains. For the record, Keystone Lake is really an oversized five-acre pond.
We had two issues arise and they quickly took care of both. First, there is immediate parking by the Willows building, and we were under the impression this was all the parking available for this building. The third day of our stay all of these parking spaces were occupied, so we went to the office (around 6:30 on a weekday night in the summer), and there was somebody still there, and he was able to explain that there was more parking available which was by the next door building. Note, make sure you use the right parking though as the building next door closer - I can't recall the compass direction but as you go toward the commercial stores/restaurants - is not part of the Willows Association. Second, our room key (a magnetic stripped card) stopped working the fourth day, but once again they took care of this issue at no charge and very quickly.
Overall, I would recommend this company (and this unit) and would rent from them again.
Thank you, for making our stay in Colorado so wonderful. The only negative was we didn't want to leave.- Reviewed On: 8/31/2018

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit in the Willows is in a perfect location. This is our second time booking and we love it. Beautiful view of the lake. in the evening, sitting on the porch and looking out over the lake while drinking a glass of wine is a great way to see the sunset. Close to shopping and Breckenridge Epic Adventure is close and too fun. Will will stay there again. Some thoughts: 1) if you have kids and you want to play the Playstation, bring charging cables because we could not find them, 2) Bring AA and AAA batteries for the remotes...ours were dead, 3) the humidifier has various speeds, so push the power button multiple times to get high output...we figured this out on the last day after many dry and bloody noses.- Reviewed On: 6/16/2018

This condo is well stocked with everything to make your stay feel just like home. Although we didn't need any, there are plenty of extra blankets available. The lay out of the bathroom with two separate large vanities is odd, but functional. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, eating utensils, glasses, coffee cups, plates, bowls, a colander, coffeemaker, tea kettle, etc. for you to prepare your own meals. All you need to provide is the food. The views are quite scenic, overlooking the lake with the mountains in the background.- Reviewed On: 6/15/2018

Great experience staying in Willows 1713!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived about 30 minutes before check-in time. The key was not in the lockbox, but we were able to go into the office upstairs to grab that (where we were also greeted by a cute pup). The directions to get to the rental were easy to follow, and once in there we were not disappointed. We had an amazing time there, and would definitely go back!- Reviewed On: 12/26/2017

This condo is awesome. We wished the hot tub stayed open later because we got in around 9pm and maybe a later check out time (10am) but the view and price is worth it. Super close to Keystone and food/shopping. Pretty frozen pond right outside your window. Plenty of room to play some board games with your friends or sit around a fire. Super cute spot! Read instructions for check in CAREFULLY! Very detailed.- Reviewed On: 12/2/2017

Ski trip to Keystone
We had a delightful stay in the Willows building. The condo was nicely laid out and even though it was a single bedroom it was quite comfortable for two couples as the single bathroom had a vanity accessible on both the bedroom and living room side. The kitchen was well equipped. We skied at Keystone and the shuttle bus stop was right outside our building door. The ski base was the next stop so it was only a few minutes away but of course that means we were one of the last stops at the end of the day. However, even so the afternoon bus ride was never longer than 15 minutes. The lake was quite attractive and still frozen over. We did spot a moose from a distance near the Snake River. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this for a 1-2 couples or a small family.- Reviewed On: 3/30/2017

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and beautiful. Walking distance from a couple restaurants and ice skating at the back door! The only thing that was unpleasant was the key cards. One never worked and the other had to be swiped 10 times, literally, to work. One night we were stuck outside in a snow flurry and had to use the emergency key to get in! Nothing really to do with the condo itself but maybe they should get new key cards!- Reviewed On: 2/5/2017

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This condo was plenty big for my husband, myself and my two sons, 12 & 16 years old. Two big pull out couches were very comfortable for them. Loved the wood-burning fire place, esp after a day of skiing! They even had a PS3, cool games and some fun DVD's for great family time. We made breakfast daily and plenty of kitchen supplies were available. This is a spacious condo and we had plenty of room for all of us and our stuff. Washers/Dryers are downstairs and we washed all our ski clothes and didn't have to pack as much. The "red" and "blue" bus shuttles were super close buy which took us to "River Run" where we rented ski's and purchased our ski lifts. During our next vist, I will pay $5.00 and leave all our ski equipment at "River Run" overnight instead of hauling it on the shuttle back to the condo. (They do have lockers downstairs for storage). ....When I had a question, I called Summitt County Mountain Retreat's and one young lady who answered told me, "I am not sure, but will find out and make it happen"! WOW. She did! Highly recommend!- Reviewed On: 1/16/2017

Pretty good experience with this host. Check in and check out procedure was very easy. Our unit was very spacious (for two) and clean and had a wonderful view! We were pleased with pretty much everything about the unit...kitchen had all of the essentials for a home cooked meal if you wanted to do that...there was wood stacked on the balcony for the fireplace...nice furniture. The bed could have used some better pillows but that was really our only complaint. We did try and request (pay for) early check in and check out but we were told they would not able to accommodate either of those requests....kind of a bummer since we had an early flight in and a late flight out...but that's okay. Would definitely book this unit with this host again!- Reviewed On: 10/17/2016

They made it very easy for us to pick up the keys after hours in a lockbox near their office. Directions and house rules and a list of amenities were extremely detailed and helpful. The place was even more spacious than the pictures looked. This was the last leg of our Colorado trip and we absolutely loved staying here. It was so roomy and peaceful. The view was gorgeous and sealed the deal! We would love to stay here again. We went right before the skiing season, so the entire complex was empty! As much as we'd love to see how gorgeous this place is with snow - we actually loved having all the facilities all to ourselves! We even looked into extending our stay an extra stay because we loved how relaxing it was here. (alas it was already booked!)- Reviewed On: 10/12/2016

My friends and I were considering attending a conference, and finding this condo made it affordable for the three of us. The view facross the shimmering lake of the peak fall foliage was spectacular! We loved the layout, the furnishing and tranquility of the room made it ideal for hanging out and chatting between sessions. Our building was almost directly across from the tunnel-footpath to the conference center.
This was an impersonal internet/email arrangement. However, they were thorough in providing detailed instructions for arrival, check-in and check-out.
Overall, a great experience- Reviewed On: 9/29/2016

Great place to stay! Great property management company!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, accomodaing and very well equipped for our stay. It has a great view of the lake with lots of natural light from the large windows. The property was close to many places that we wanted to travel to. I was extremely satisfied with the property management company Summit County Mountain Retreats. They make everything very easy. The online app explains just about anything you need and was very helpful. The condo only has heat, no AC, but there was a fan provided in the closet (which was all we needed). I only say that because I spent a while trying to turn it on. I'm guessing the condos are more geared towards the winter months rather than summer. We had a great time here and hope to return.- Reviewed On: 9/22/2016

Everything was right on point. The condo had a warm welcoming vibe, the location was beautiful; as described. LOVED the view from the patio and the big windows were a plus. Things that could be improved would be the late check in and early check out, we wanted to grill but the grill didn't work: was rusty. Other then that, we really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend to others and will return for future vacations!
