This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and single sleeper chair. It features beautiful panoramic lake and mountain views. Ideally located next to Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. And you're a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. Guests have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features a pool, hot tub and sauna.
The living area has a flat screen TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. There is a Playstation 3 that will play Blu-rays and DVDs. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and the oversized chair pulls out into a single bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area, and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. In the winter you overlook ice-skating and hockey, and during the summer you’ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats.
This condo features a full-sized kitchen that is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Room darkening shades and a new mattress topper ensure a good night's sleep. The guest bathroom is near the bedroom and features a single sink vanity with extra counter space and a seating area. The shower/tub combination and toilet area are separated by a door for additional privacy. The guest bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The homeowners have provided a pack 'n play and a portable high chair for use by families.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.
(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

We really enjoyed that there was firewood, and we were able to make a fire in the fireplace, and loved using the hot tub after skiing. The property location is beautiful. Grounds are well-maintained and Unit was lovely, clean and comfortable. Views from living room, bedroom and balcony are gorgeous. Unit was quiet and private. The kitchen was well-stocked and the with dishes, utensils and cookware. Living room furniture was dated but clean and comfortable. Updates in kitchen and vanity counters and tub surround were beautiful. Heating unit worked well. The mattress had depressed areas on each side, but was comfortable. Linens and blankets were clean and comfortable. There was no barbecue grill on balcony as pictured in photo, but a grill was available in the center courtyard. All was in working order and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again. The Summit rental agency was professional and regularly checked on the quality of our visit. Beautiful Mountain Stay
This was a GORGEOUS full apartment! The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking! We were only there for 1 night for a concert in nearby Dillon, but we'll definitely look at this property for future stay cations. I recommend bringing your own coffee set up. They provide hotel-quality coffee and a few sugar packets, no creamer. Also, take your garbage out BEFORE making your final exit in which you leave the key cards. Beautiful Mountain Stay
This was a GORGEOUS full apartment! The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking! We were only there for 1 night for a concert in nearby Dillon, but we'll definitely look at this property for future stay cations. I recommend bringing your own coffee set up. They provide hotel-quality coffee and a few sugar packets, no creamer. Also, take your garbage out BEFORE making your final exit in which you leave the key cards. The condo was comfortable and nice. Loved the outdoor area! Kitchen was nice and clean. Living room was comfortable and there were lots of electronic and board games. The room was actually nicer than the pictures of it online. Great condo and great view with afternoon/evening sun. The condo was great for the two of us but with only one bathroom it might be difficult for a group or four or five if you planned to use the two pull out sofa’s.
