Comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and single sleeper chair, this cozy retreat is ideally located next to Keystone Lake and just steps from shopping, restaurants, and seasonal lake activities. Guests are also within walking distance of the Keystone Conference Center and have access to the East Lake Clubhouse with a pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy panoramic views of Keystone Lake, with views of winter ice-skating and hockey or summer canoeing and paddle boats.

Kitchen and Dining:
The full-sized kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, essential cookware, and tableware for preparing meals at home. The dining area seats six guests, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The property location is beautiful. Grounds are well-maintained and Unit was lovely, clean and comfortable. Views from living room, bedroom and balcony are gorgeous. Unit was quiet and private. The kitchen was well-stocked and the with dishes, utensils and cookware. Living room furniture was dated but clean and comfortable. Updates in kitchen and vanity counters and tub surround were beautiful. Heating unit worked well. The mattress had depressed areas on each side, but was comfortable. Linens and blankets were clean and comfortable. There was no barbecue grill on balcony as pictured in photo, but a grill was available in the center courtyard. All was in working order and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again. The Summit rental agency was professional and regularly checked on the quality of our visit. They made themselves available if needed. Very nice!

Keystone Lake

We have stayed here several times over the years, the views are always enjoyed. Wonderfully relaxing & quiet on off season.

Great location at Keystone Lake

The condo was comfortable and nice. Loved the outdoor area! Kitchen was nice and clean. Living room was comfortable and there were lots of electronic and board games. There were a few minor fixes that should have been made such as the smoke detector cover hanging from the ceiling and some towel hooks could have been re-attached.Overall, the stay was very nice.

Beautiful

The room was actually nicer than the pictures of it online. The view of the lake was beautiful the location was perfect it was very clean and comfortable would definitely come back again I wish check-in would have been a little bit earlier and easier to find but overall it was very nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had a fantastic vacation experience with this unit. We love Keystone and the surrounding summit area is so close-by. I took full advantage of the Rec path that runs right by the unit all the way to Dillon or Breck. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The true star of this unit, however is the VIEW. Right on Lake Keystone, we enjoyed a different sunset display every night. The property management was fantastic and the communication perfect.

Nice property. Wish we would have been told many places were still closed for the season and not yet operating for summer, i.e. no bike rentals, no paddle boat rentals River Run Village closed.

Spring skiing 4/1/24

Great condo and great view with afternoon/evening sun. The condo was great for the two of us but with only one bathroom it might be difficult for a group or four or five if you planned to use the two pull out sofa’s. The condo kitchen is well furnished and it’s a short walk to the pool and hot tub.
