This 1-bedroom, 1.25-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful lake and mountain views. Updated kitchen and bathroom. New doors, furniture, and patio furniture, in fall 2020. Ideally located next to Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. And you're a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.
The living area features a flat screen TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with stone surround. An oversized lounging chair sits between two walls of windows where you can take in the beautiful views. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. During the winter you overlook ice skating and hockey and during summer you’ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully remodeled guest bathroom, located just past the kitchen, features a stunning dual-sink vanity for added convenience. The separate walk-in shower, complete with a sleek tile surround, ensures both style and privacy. Additionally, a door separates the shower and toilet area, enhancing the sense of space and seclusion. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an abundance of natural light. It also includes a convenient quarter bath with a single sink vanity, and offers direct access to the full guest bathroom.

It was one of our best vacations. Location was perfect for us, close to bike trails, shooting range, all the towns were 15 mins away. Bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing we’d suggest was kitchen was lacking enough silverware & utensils. Shower was amazing too!- Reviewed On: 7/17/2025

We absolutely loved everything about this condo. It had everything you needed to prepare a meal. The shower and smart mirror were nice perks. The deck chairs and firepit were amazing! The views were beyond gorgeous! We bought a few small items ( hand soap) but besides that it was perfect and very clean and well maintained. Thank you for the wonderful getaway! Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Great location for the convention, can’t be any closer. Only miss was the lack of firewood at the condo. Very disappointed with the poor plowing around the building. Many parking spots were useless due to that and sidewalks all covered and very slippery. We are glad that you enjoyed the location of the unit. Firewood is not provided for this property and guests have to purchase their own. These guests did stay during a very large snow storm and the plow companies in the county were doing their best to keep up with the heavy snowfall we received. Everything was exactly as advertised. Loved the condo and especially the view. The 4 star rating for the property manager was just that I was informing the manager of missing/damaged pieces like a window crank etc. I did not need the items fixed but allowed them to come during a time frame that I would be there. The condo was so cozy and comfortable and the view was wonderful, able to watch ice skating from large windows. Very nice furniture and spotless. Only complaint was the tv. On last day we found the bedroom tv got so many channels, wish we’d known but we never watch tv in bed. Some instructions would have been really appreciated. Great Stay in a Great Location
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite being a 1 bedroom this condo is huge. There is plenty of space and it is in a great location right in Keystone Lake. We were about a 5 minute drive from the ski resort and there is plenty to eat and do that is walkable. Being away from the busy resort and only a short drive to skiing is the best of both worlds. Our only minor complaint is the check in process and check in time. You are required to go to a separate location for your keys and check in time is much later than most rentals at 4:30pm. However, this is a fairly minor inconvenience.- Reviewed On: 2/23/2023
