You enter our prestigious management program when you allow Summit County to be your property manager. You can choose the package you want based on the level of management you desire. Each package will range in price and help maximize your profits. Each includes fees and specials.
A majority of clients choose the Platinum package. It offers a complete suite of services so you can be virtually hands-off. You will have management, marketing, and maintenance that will help maximize your profits. Further, you can customize your package to ensure you're getting all the services you desire.
The Gold package is for you if you want control over your marketing, pricing, and guest screening. You can have complete control over how you advertise, rent to whomever you like, and quickly set the price you want. After you have a guest and the settled price, you connect your guest with the property manager, and they handle the rest. This program acts as a pay-as-you-go and pay-for-performance program.
The Silver program is perfect for homeowners who want complete control of their property. You can self-manage your property and manage every aspect of the rental process. The homeowner takes responsibility for letting guests contact them. The program also acts as pay-as-you-go and pay-performance program.
If you have properties in or around the Keystone area and want complete peace of mind in your management, the Bronze package is for you. If there are moments when your home is sitting empty, this program will provide wellness checks, freeze checks, and receive packages and deliveries for you. This program allows you to go away when you want and assures you that your property is in good hands.
SPECIALTY MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS
Summit County provides specialty management programs for the added protection that you deserve. These programs will help provide you with some added security and management efforts so that your home is best protected.
Our electronic door lock service is complimentary to all area homeowners. This costs a one-time setup fee. You will receive four keycards, reprogram the Saflok door locks, cleaning cards, and troubleshooting help.
