Beautiful and spacious home! Very close to the base of keystone, maybe like a ten min walk (which is always terrible in ski boots) but still very close by. We were traveling with a toddler so it made it easier to switch off ski time and walk over restaurants. Amenities were great! Never got to go to the pool or hot tub because we were busy skiing or resting, but can’t wait to go back and take advantage. Pack and play provided was $10 a night so we decided to bring our own. There is only salt and pepper as far as seasonings and no olive oil so bring your own. The checking out instructions were a little complicated, we had trouble finding the trash receptacles but all in all great spot and great stay.

I appreciated the very short walk to the gondola. The management was very quick to clear the snow on the driveway. It was a plus to have a garage to park the car. The surroundings were beautiful, and there was lots of privacy. One minor thing: it would have been better to have more detailed check-in instructions, such as finding the gate entrance, garbage disposal information, and a map. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time in Keystone, and we really prefer this location rather than a condo in River Run Village. Here, we were not woken up by the early morning slow plow outside our window, or by late nighters in the courtyard. However it was quick and easy for us to get to the village and the gondola. The unit was clean and comfortable, just like in the pictures. It was well stocked for making dinner at home. I love that there was lots of room to store skis, boots, poles. We had several disappointing attempts to use the hot tubs- one was out of order for most of our stay, and we typically found large families/groups taking up the working hot tub for a long time, so we never got to enjoy that. But overall that is very minor. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about this amazing rental. My family of five (two adults, three kids under 10) stayed here for a few days in November 2020 and it was perfect. The rental itself was clean and nice and nicely furnished and stocked. The location was perfect. We didn’t ski but it was walking distance to the gondola and village. Because of covid, we didn’t go out much and we had plenty to do just staying in the cabin and playing in the snow right outside. The best thing about the unit was how efficient and organized the process was. The digital guidebook contained everything we needed, the communication was excellent and it was completely contact-less. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The only difficulty I experience was looking for the office where I will be collecting the keycard for the house. So I suggest for the guest who will book this property in the future, read the check-in instructions carefully and maybe take a photo. It didn't work for me very well because I did not have access to internet on my phone. There were other problems but I reported immediately to the property manager and it was solved right away. So, I have no complaint and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The description of the unit was very accurate and the townhouse was immaculate.
There were plenty of kitchen wares to do food prep on site.
We were a group of four staying at the townhouse. This is no fault of the owners of the townhouse BUT, for the entire Red Hawk and Springs ? complex only one small hot tub-the 2nd one was not open , the sauna was not in operation due to a broken door. One of the attendants there said the sauna would be fixed in a few months, once they put it out for bid. The pool was open but water was warm, not even hot. I was sore after playing hard and disappointed the listed amenities for the townhouse really were not adequate. We all appreciate the owners sharing their home with us.

It is super convenient to the Keystone Gondola, 5 minute walk. My only negative comment would be the hot tub/workout/sauna/change area. It is woefully undersized for the number of units in this complex and pretty darn unkept because of this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I enjoyed the peaceful quiet setting of this mountain condo. The location was great for taking off on a 3-4 mile walk to soak up the look and feel of fall. Also, it was larger than the last two Keystone 2 BR 2BA condos I stayed in and had a nice deck. It was furnished with plenty of paper products, dish and laundry detergent to last our week. There was an "extra" sofa taking up space next to the kitchen. The condo would benefit from another cabinet for groceries and kitchen/cooking necessities instead. Summit County Mountain Retreat maintenance responded immediately to two minor issues we discovered upon arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm used to seeing rental properties that are over-represented in their advertisements, but this unit truly exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy, just as the description stated. This was the first unit of its type we stayed in with such a large variety of cooking utensils -- plenty of pots, frying pans, lids and bakeware for just about anything you'd want to make. We also appreciated having vaporizers available in both bedrooms to help with humidity, and the beds were very comfy. Plenty of towels to meet our needs. The staff was very helpful and responsive, and called us the day before we arrived to make sure we knew how to check in. This unit will be our first option the next time we come to Keystone.

Reviewer Comments: There was an extra mattress/springs left in the hallway which made it feel a little like we were staying where someone had just left and not everything was put away and was forgotten it was there. It wasn't in our way, just strange having it there.

Dara, Thank you for staying with us. We apologize that the extra mattress was in the condo. We had just completed upgrading the master bed with a new King Size Memory Foam mattress and the installers apparently did not remove the old mattress. The situation has been corrected.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice property adjacent to River Run Village. Nice floorplan and features. 2nd bedroom dresser made the room a little cramped. Great sunny location. Grea outdoor deck space. Quiet location. Would recommend to couple and familes of 4 to avoid having to use sofa bed. Would stay here again.
