This vacation rental was the perfect stay for us and our furbabies! We have never stayed at a more pet friendly rental before. Not only that, but it was also an extremely comfortable stay for the people, and had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back again. May even make it an annual trip.

The home was cozy and comfortable. The backyard was great especially for having a dog, fake grass. The home was immaculate cleaning wise. Kudos to a great cleaning crew. Loved the master shower almost like a steam shower. If filled to capacity the kitchen and family room would be a challenge to fit comfortably. Great kitchen supplies. Close to main st. Street neighborhood fair. Property mgmt perfect communication.

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed our experience. The place was very clean, and you can’t beat the location—just a short walk to Main Street with easy access to endless bike trails. The backyard was a highlight, with the hot tub and fire pit making it a great spot to relax.

The only constructive feedback would be to improve the basic toiletry supplies. The small hotel-style bars of soap in each bathroom aren’t quite sufficient for a multi-day stay and don’t really match what you’d expect at this price point. It would also be helpful to have exterior access to the garage, so you can pull bikes in and out without needing to go through the house each time.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing weekend getaway.

Great location to walk to shopping, restaurants & entertainment as well as trails to hike around Frisco. Space was very clean and well set out, kitchen was wonderful with lots of what is needed for any type of cooking and meal prep. Lots of room for families & friends to stay and enjoy. Fenced in back yard was the best and main reason we even looked at this location. Will stay again.

This home was decorated and cleaned up nicely. The three full bathrooms was a major bonus while traveling with 8 people. The separation from Master suite to the other bedrooms was a nice surprise. We had a blended family vacation with no fights or arguments in this home. The doggo even approved with the great outside space. We will be booking this location again in the future.

Our family joined from California for a week’s stay . The accommodations were spacious , with ample separation of sleeping quarters ,allowing those
who were night owls to party on with out disturbing the old folks . We were truly within walking distance to down town, but nicely tucked away in a cozy

Overall this is a solid location, decent accommodations and great price. The location is walkable to Main Street (shops and food). It is perfectly situated to leverage the trail system around Frisco and even get into the mountains right next to the path. The neighborhood is a little messy/neighbors with multiple cars and trash in yard. The house needs some TLC. Front stairs and patio need boards replaced. The hot tub in the back was not functioning. The turf yard is nice for pets but hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned up in a long time (lot of left over dog feces). The kitchen is great and had all the amenities. Basement master is nice as well.

Thank you for your feedback. According to the maintenance service orders and photos both before and after you stay, the hot tub was fully functional. Per reviewing our communication logs, it looks like the only issue that was reported to us was that the patio lights were not working, which was resolved the very next day by our maintenance team. Had any other issues been reported, we would have been more than happy to send someone over to resolve them!

we stayed here while out visiting my son. It was perfect! It was very clean, having the yard was great, it was in a perfect location for us. Close to downtown which had great shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

We had a great time in Frisco this house is walking distance to the town and Frisco Bay. The house was very clean and well stocked, plenty of towels and TP, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook or grill a meal. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Alpine 106B was awesome! Location is great, the place is very well stocked, backyard and hot tub are a nice feature, and the beds are super comfy. Highly recommend this rental!

What a fantastic place to stay! Quiet neighborhood in Frisco but close to Main Street. Beautifully appointed and comfortable home. Great fenced in yard for the dog and a hot tub! The home has everything you’ll need for your stay. I’ll definitely be booking here again!

Loved the house and how accomodating it was to our two dogs. Perfect backyard, fully fenced, with pretty turf grass, hot tub (clean!!), fire pit & grill. We spent a lot of time out there. Within walking distance to Main St in Frisco (about 1/2 mile). And even closer is a really nice park, Walter Byron, I think is the name. Quiet streets and neighborhood. House had everything we needed!!

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway extremely close to Lake Dillon, CO. We got to bring our dogs and the yard had plenty of room for them. Be aware that this property has a lot of stairs but that doesn't bother you, it's great! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The back yard was perfect for relaxing and worry free fun with our dog. She loved it too. The fireplace in the morning and watching the sun come up through the many windows is a treasure we will never forget. It was perfect for our family and we want to stay again.

Great location and enjoyed our overall stay but notified property manager immediately of running toilets which kept family members up through the night there we left before expected. Algae in hot tub allowed us not to use and PM did nothing.

Amazing home and location. Property was very clean and plenty of room. Backyard was perfect for our two pups to run and play in the snow. Kitchen was well stocked with all that you would need to prepare great meals. The beds were so comfortable. The property was very clean and the rental agency responded so quickly to our questions and needs. Perfect house for a quiet get away! The owners thought of everything and this property had so many added nice touches.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute place and have a few thoughts/recommendations-
- towels were thick and soft and plentiful
- really would be nice to have supply of foil, wrap and baggies
- knives are not great and would have liked non serrated options
- only one kitchen towel, need more and not washcloth size
- dishwasher is really dirty. Needs a filter cleanng
- downstairs area is really great but there were no hangers
- please consider luggage racks for suitcases
- kitchen was well equipped with appliances and cooking utensils
- great response to broken fireplace issue with service received the next day

Our family spent a great time in skiing at Loveland and then returning to our lovely rental in Frisco. The layout provided both room to gather for game nights and then retreat into our private spaces. One of our family members is a chef and was not disappointed with the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Check in was easy.

Our only disappointments were the hot tub, was more like a warm tub and the gas fireplace did not light.

We enjoyed our stay at Alpine Drive #106B. For the most part, the accommodations were quite nice.

One exception: the gas fireplace did not work and the maintenance man was unable to fix it in the short time he came to do other repairs and inspect the hot tub.

I want to compliment the maintenance man: he was friendly, courteous, and quite helpful.

We loved this rental. The location is excellent-- walking distance to town and the marina; an easy drive to Breckenridge and surrounding mountain towns. The rental itself was spotless, cozy and very comfortable for our family of 6. The hot tub was a hit with everyone and the dogs (and us) loved the fenced in backyard. We'll definitely be back!

We had the best experience at this home. We travel a lot and have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. This place was perfect.

It is in a nice residential area of Frisco. We stayed here to accommodate our daughter's Bernedoodle, and the fact that it had a garage. We needed a bigger place and this fit the bill!

Backyard: Beautiful. We loved having the fenced in back yard. We utilized the fire pit, hammock and hot tub. Bubba the Bernedoodle loved being able to walk outside without a leash!

Kitchen: Attention to detail has been paid here. They had more supplies than a usual rental. Everything was very organized with labels in the cabinets as to where to put things back. They had a crockpot which was also nice, and a gas stove.

Living Room: A comfortable couch for once! Decorated nicely.

Upstairs: Very spacious with great beds and very nice bathroom.

Master: We LOVED the Master. Very comfortable king bed with clean white sheets and down comforter which we really appreciated. HUGE bathroom with amazing walk in shower. Lots of room on the bathroom countertop for my blowdryer, flat iron and everything else. Loved having the washer and dryer closet in master bath. There is also an extra little corner that holds more hanging clothes, towels, robes, etc.

Separation of space: We were with our daughter and son in law. It was nice to have some privacy and be able to go to our own floor to get some rest after a long day of hiking.

Garage: A game changer. Perfect for both of our vehicles.

The owner definitely paid attention to detail. They actually took the time to include everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

The unit was VERY clean and we always had great communication with them.

It was also nice that we could walk to downtown Frisco.

We will definitely be back!

Perfect home for a family and friends to all have space. Beds were incredibly comfortable and basement steam shower was amazing! Fire pit was not out. Great location and our dog was able to comfortably stay here with us to live out his best life along with the family!

Loved the fenced yard for our dog. Very new and pristine clean. Vertical structure (3 stories) is best for a couple or those who don’t need a large meeting space. Great to have an attached garage! The fireplace is cute but wouldn’t stay lit due to downdraft.

comfy beds :), finally beds that are not firm. Well stocked kitchen; airfryer, crock pot, food processor! Clean and comfy, fuzzy chair a big hit with the adults. As an FYI, 1 full bath on upper level for 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath main level, full bath for primary bedroom on lower level is open to garage door and anyone coming down the stairs. This is only a problem if you don't tell people you are in the shower or maybe you don't care :) Enjoy!!

My family and I came up for two nights in Frisco and stayed at 106B Alpine. It was the perfect house for us and our two dogs. The house was clean, well appointed. The yard was bigger than I thought which my dogs loved. The hot tub was an added bonus. Booked again for another visit.

House was nice clean and as shown in the photos. Dog yard was nice and large and easy to clean astroturf. master suite downstairs was roomy and plenty of hot water. dishes were nicely organized and new and plentiful. quick 5 minute drive to Safeway or Whole Foods and WalMart. Downtown was a 5 minute stroll. Plenty of room in Unit.. very much recommend a stay... When we return during ski season I will search for availability here first.
