In the summer, take a short stroll to the nearby marina where you can dine and relax at the lively Tiki Lounge or rent a paddleboard, kayak, or canoe from the rental shack and explore the calm lake waters. In the winter, you're just a quick drive away from top ski resorts like Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge—making this a year-round destination.

Inside, the cozy living room features ample seating around a warm wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for two. The adjacent dining area seats up to six for shared meals and memories.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, private balcony access, and a full en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and private washer and dryer for added convenience. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and a cozy reading nook, while the second guest room—perfect for kids or additional guests—features a queen bed, twin bunk, and its own TV.

Ideal for Families and Groups

We came with another family and had plenty of room for everyone. The condo is thoughtfully set up with comfortable beds, TVs in every room, and a great kitchen/dining area for group meals. The property manager was very responsive, which gave us peace of mind. Between the lake in the summer and skiing in the winter, this is truly a year-round gem.

Felt Like Home, But With a Better View

We absolutely loved this condo. It had such a warm, homey vibe but with an unbeatable backdrop—Lake Dillon and the mountains right outside the window. We spent so much time on the balcony just watching the light change over the water. The fireplace made evenings extra cozy. Definitely a spot we’d return to.

Spacious, Clean, and Close to Everything

Our family of eight fit comfortably in this condo. The layout worked well, with the primary bedroom feeling private and the kids tucked away in their own space. Everything was very clean and in great condition. The location can’t be beat—easy access to restaurants, shops, and ski resorts. Highly recommend.

This place has one of the best locations we’ve ever booked. You can walk right down to the marina, grab a drink at the Tiki Lounge, or rent a kayak in the summer. The kids loved the bunk room and having their own TV, and we loved the balcony for morning coffee. Great find!

Perfect Spot for Ski Season

We stayed here for a ski trip with friends and it was the ideal home base. Keystone was literally 10 minutes away, Breck and Copper just a short drive. After long days on the slopes, we loved coming back to the fireplace and big living room to relax. The bedrooms worked out perfectly for our group of seven adults. Very convenient, comfortable, and well managed.

Best Weekend Getaway Ever

Super easy to get to from Denver (just over an hour), but once you’re here you feel like you’re a million miles away. The place has everything you need, from a cozy fireplace to a kitchen that’s actually stocked for cooking. Beds were super comfy, and the lake view from the balcony…wow. We’ll be recommending this spot to everyone.

The View You Can’t Stop Talking About

This condo is exactly what you hope for in a Colorado mountain getaway. The balcony looks straight out over Lake Dillon with the mountains framing the view—it’s even better in person than the photos. We loved being less than 10 minutes to Keystone and an easy drive to Breckenridge and Vail. The unit was spotless, well equipped, and had plenty of space for our family of six. We will definitely be back.

Great location, older condo!

Condo has a great location with beautiful views and beach access. Condo is definitely older and not as spacious as pictures are shown. Pretty pricey for a summer rental.
