This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private patio with views of Buffalo Mountain, private in-unit washer and dryer, and modern finishes throughout. The Blue River Flats complex offers guests quick access to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of Silverthorne while still being close to everything else Summit County has to offer including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A-Basin, and golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club and more.

The entryway has hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV, and huge windows allowing for great light and beautiful mountain views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and the open floor plan is great for gathering. The private patio is just off the living room and offers beautiful views of the Buffalo Mountain, as well as outdoor seating and a gas grill.

The full-sized kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats six. There is additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom features a granite countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed. The en suite bathroom has granite countertops with double sinks and a walk-in shower with a bench. There is also a large walk-in closet in the master bath. The guest bedroom features a king bed and a dresser. The private washer and dryer are near the entryway. There is also a one-car private garage for guests to use.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Enjoyed our stay at Blue River Flats. Silverthorne, Colorado

The property description was accurate and very comfortable. The street level flat faces the road with great views of snow covered Buffalo Mountain & Red Peak. The Blue River, not visible from the unit, is at the back of the property and is only a 30 second walk.
The unit is nicely laid out and well maintained. The ceiling fans were enough to kept is cool.
There is a paved path along the Blue Rive and is great for for walks or bike rides. Target is a 5 minute walk.
We drove to Vail for the GoPro Mountain Games. Frisco is a short drive away with more shops and restaurants. Denver is 1.5 hour drive. Loveland Pass is 30 minutes drive and takes you to higher elevation to the Continental Divide.
I would recommend the property to family and friends.

Great Not So Great!

This condo was laid out nicely and well equipped. The complex itself is also attractive with the river behind it. The benches were nice to be able to escape from the mess on 9. While aware of facing 9, we were under the impression there was some natural buffer from it. While construction may have been out of your control, you certainly could have made us aware, especially about the construction to expand your property along with ongoing road/underground right outside our door! An email/phone call to inform would have been a nice courtesy before our arrival. Sadly, I would not recommend a return to that specific condo, as great as it is, it’s in a not so great location!

Denver wedding trip

Our rental was very comfortable. It was new, very clean, comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of space for storing and hanging clothes. Kitchen had all the dishes and appliances to make our stay comfortable. We only had a couple small issues at first, the ability to enter an hour early, no hot water, and TV not working. We waited with family before getting into our place, called for help with hot water and after several attempts for TV discovered a disconnected HDMI cord to the cable box. The main floor was a plus, the condo faced the mountains and had a beautiful door that slid open. The only draw back was the traffic at night and early mornings. There was construction outside our condo on the sidewalk. Overall a great stay. Beautiful condo.

Thank you for your honest review. I do see that the HOA was able to send their team and fix this water issue for this guest during their stay and the hot water is back up and running. We do also try and accommodate early check ins when possible when a guest requests it.

Great spot and great value. Will return for sure.

Great unit in a convenient spot. The place was beautifully clean and well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen. Nice pans, utensils, coffee pots, smoothie maker etc. My one concern was the noisy road, and it was noisy. All apart from the first night, we were used to it, but arriving late to an overheated unit meant we had to open the windows and the road was very present. For the price, there had to be a downside!

We really liked it and even extended another day!

The unit was super neat with high-end-quality furniture. We can tell that the designer spent a lot of effort to make guests feel at home. We especially like the TV and reclined chairs. Everything is just perfect! In addition, the staff was super nice and responsive, which is a big big plus!

Nice condo and interior amenities for the money - great value

Great location for access to all major ski resorts. Close to all amenities, restaurants. Newer condo complex with very nice finishes and a attached 1 car garage. Great value. Only minor issue was being on the street side so car and snow plow noise starting at 6am and a bit from 5-8pm so next time would prefer a non-street side unit.
