The spacious living area features a gas fireplace with a beautiful white stone surround, a wall-mounted smart TV, and large windows allowing for great light and beautiful mountain views. The cozy furniture provides ample seating, and the open floor plan is perfect for gathering, allowing everyone to comfortably socialize, dine, and relax together. Need extra room? The sofa also pulls out to a queen-size bed. The private balcony is just off the living room and offers outdoor seating and beautiful views of downtown Silverthorne and the mountains beyond. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six around a chic wooden dining table.

The primary bedroom, located just off the living room, features a queen-sized bed dressed in our high-end Ivory White bedding, part of our upgraded linens package. The en suite bathroom features a double-sink quartz countertop vanity and a walk-in shower with a bench. This space also features a walk-in closet. Just across the living area is the guest bedroom, which includes a bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
