Location is great. We were start of summer season in the mountains, late June, and gorgeous country. White water rafting, horseback riding, mountain activities all were a thrill with the crew.

Our family had a great time at this rental. The kitchen was perfect for cooking all our meals, and the kids enjoyed having their own space downstairs. This unit looks out over the river, and we were able to watch several moose from the huge windows of the living room as an extra bonus!

Beautifull, spacious condo, perfect for a family of 6. Easy walk to the gondola, pool/hot tub. Would stay here again if we come back to keystone!

Beautiful townhome with amazing views of the mountain. Spacious seating in living room and bonus couch and tv downstairs for the kids. 2 families stayed comfortably and the kids loved the room with 2 bunkbeds. Loved all the bathrooms and the townhouse was well stocked so we didn’t need to buy anything for our week stay besides food. Great location, walking distance to River run village and mountain house. Will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful townhome to reside in during a ski vacation in Keystone!!
Luxury at its best. What a glorious view of the mountain, great kitchen also including a beverages refrigerator) and dining area, two very large bedrooms and a great bunk room for up to four persons, all with their own onsuite. Then there was the two garages too.
A short 6-8 minute walk and your at the River Run Gondola.
Our team loved it and it definitely exceeded all of our expectations. Oftentimes the photos make an apartment/house look better than if really is - not in this instance. The photos don’t do the townhouse justice.
Loved it ~ and hope to be back again next year.

Highly recommend this great condo. Awesome location and space. We loved walking into the village and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Only hiccup we had was an issue with the fridge, which was addressed quickly by management. Would stay again!

What a beautiful place this is! I don’t know if I even want to tell people about it because I would love to keep it a secret. The location is amazing. We were here in early October and it was so nice and quiet all over town. It was perfect for us. The walking trails are beautiful. The main gondola is within walking distance.

We loved our stay at this property. Kids had their own space downstairs and adults up. Great space for family activities, movie night, and meals. Property was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Check in and out was simple and management was very accommodating. Across the street from River Run village, so close enough to short walk over, yet removed enough for privacy and quiet. Right on hiking paths and beautiful views of the mountains. Truly can't wait to stay at this property again.

A great location-- close to food/shopping/events in the Keystone resort, but far enough away to feel "away from it all." A very roomy, well-appointed townhome with great parking options. The communication from the rental company was superb! We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

The place was the perfect size for 6 people to stay and could even hold more with decent comfort. Loved the living space and kitchen area. It was great for getting together for games and drinks after a day on the slopes. I would highly recommend this property.

SCMR takes great care with the unit, everything is super clean/pristine and well looked after cannot say enough about SCMR. Don't hesitate at all to book this modern townhome, adjacent to River Run village, 3-4 minute walk to gondola (closest unit to gondola in the development), in the middle of everything. 4 bunks in the kids room with a TV!

This place is in a great location. It is within walking distance of the lifts but also a shuttle right outside the house. It is spacious and has the perfect master bedroom for the couple that wants to be separated from the rest of the group. One room is made to fit multiple people which doesn't leave much room for everyone's belonging but is still a great setup.

Had a wonderful extended weekend with family at this great property. Modern and clean with a fantastic location at the base of Keystone and easy walking distance to the square. The upstairs common room is enormous and very comfortable. Comfortable mattresses and linens were frosting on the cake!

The townhome was very spacious and nicely decorated. There was a giant sectional couch in the living room that was enough for a big family. The townhome was equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was the beautiful Mountain View visible through the giant picture windows! Snake River is right out your back door with trails nearby! We loved the cozy balcony that overlooked the river and mountains that had a fire pit and seating for 4. We enjoyed grilling out a few nights too! The management checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well a few different times, and asked if there was anything they could do to make our time in Colorado better. We had a fantastic trip and hope to come back soon!

The home has spacious, we had plenty of room to spread out. The Mountain View’s were amazing. Loved having a garage fir our vehicles. Each day our family would walk the trails- actually we walked everywhere. I am excited to come back soon. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This townhome is spacious, has wonderful views from the living room windows (we saw a moose in the pond across the street!) and is in a great location as it is a 5 minute walk from everything within the River Run Village. The townhome complex is just far enough away to give you some peace and quiet when you need it; it was a hot summer weekend when we stayed so we slept with the windows open and it was peaceful all night.

This place can easily accommodate 8 people plus more. Walking distance to the slopes, rentals, shops. Highly recommend!

Overall, the property was great, with a single exception. Will give it 5 stars, but read below if a large group.
The King Bed in the lower level was SUPER soft, so much so that my 30 pound toddler found too soft, and the springs creaked with any movement, even with his weight. We ended up moving him to share the bunk room and did not use the 3rd bedroom. Since we didn't need that room, it wasn't critical.
The rest of the house was great. The house is relatively new, and nicely appointed. Decor was nice, and comfortable all around. The kitchen was great, only wish there was a blender included. That was the only appliance we didn't have we wanted. The bunk room was great for the kids, and the master bedroom was great. Again, I didn't understand why a $1M+ home would have an old used mattress in the guest bedroom.
While the house was great, and it's proximity to the lifts and River Run were excellent, we were really disappointed in Keystone in the summer. To say everything was dead would be an understatement. Most restaurants were not open, or if so just for a few hours. Even Starbucks was closed on Tuesday at 9 am!? We ended up going to Vail or Breckenridge most days for entertainment.
We traveled with our young sons (3 & 6), so did a lot of hikes, etc. - and those were better in Breckenridge. The only trail that Keystone advertised required a $90 lift ticket on the Gondola. Keystone also didn't have any of the Kidtopia activities in the summer, but know they have had previous summers. I'm not sure if this was all COVID hangover or if they have changed their summer strategy - but was Keystone did not live up to expectations for what we wanted.
Overall, the property is great, and I'm sure in the winter we would have enjoyed it. We just couldn't have imagined how dead Keystone would be.

The home is easy to find, has attached (heated!!) garage parking, nice comfortable beds, big fluffy towels and is just super comfortable. The view of the mountains from the living room is amazing. Pair that with the nice push button fireplace and you are set for a winter wonderland experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
A note about proximity to lifts - it is walkable to the lifts, but we did pay $5 a night to store our skis at the bottom of the gondola as the walk is too much for kids carrying their own equipment, especially at the end of the day when everyone is exhausted.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the townhome. It had a wonderful patio with a great unobstructed view of the mountain. The interior was well furnished with modern amenities (TV, washer dryer, refrigerator). The location was excellent - a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants in River Run. We would definitely return to this location.

This property is in a great location whether you visit in summer or winter. The interior is spacious and open. 3.5 bath is nice for groups. The double garage is an big plus.

We spend just one night here for a girls getaway. The town home was a great set up for catching up in the lovely family room and plenty of room in the kitchen and dining to prepare and enjoy dinner together. Also went and sat in the community hot tub and watched the Fireworks on Saturday evening over the slopes. It was a great weekend!

Two families (7 of us) stayed in the unit. Location is perfect and townhome is beautiful. Kitchen was fully equipped for us to make nice meals each evening. I would most definitely return. We ran out of propane and I sent them a text and we had it in leads than 15 mins!

Our townhouse was large and convenient to River Run Village and the Gondola lift which allowed our group to come and go for lunch and ski without waiting for our group to load into a car. It made for a peaceful trip where skiers of all levels had fun.

Our family had a great time in Keystone. The rental was very clean and staff friendly. The views from each room were amazing. Kitchen well stocked. When we arrived the propane tank for the grill was empty, someone came the same day to bring a replacement. There were many activities near by. Would love to return for another family trip.
