The Seasons at Keystone #1819

This condo is in a great location that had everything that we needed! It was clean and super quiet! The only issue we had was that the front light was out that made it difficult to see at night. Management was contacted on December 21st and was told it was an HOA issue. It had not been fixed when we left on the 26th.

The unit is clean/ cozy. You do have to use the shuttle to get to access skiing or drive to parking lot. We traveled up the day of check in to ski a few hours and were a bit disappointed to find time is so late in the day.

Fantastic rustic new condo in Keystone. Very clean, well furnished condo right down the street from River Run and Mountain House base camps. It was perfect and we will rent again. Had everything we needed plus the private hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. Property manager responded quickly about a few things. Such a great condo!

My cousin was getting married not far away and our anniversary was the same week so we made a trip of it. Coming in the summer was great. It was really quiet and easy just to sit back and relax. Loved having a hot tub since the community one was out and it was nice to have a little more privacy and the view of the river.

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay. The location was just a short walk to the bus stop which ran every 20 minutes. The hot tub was used every day! The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook meals. Plenty of linens, towels, and pillows. Definitely recommend this condo and will stay here again. Good location and nice condo. The couch is terrible to sit to sit on as you drop completely inside as springs are gone. Could have used a coupe extra blankets too.

This is a great condo unit! It was clean upon arrival and had all of the amenities one would need. The location was close to Mountain House and River Run with a trail connecting the two. The hot tub was nice after a day of hiking. Summit retreats was easy to work with and great with communications and information about our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this unit!

Clean! Fresh! Beautiful! Relaxing! Cozy! What more could you ask for in a vacation rental? We loved our stay at The Seasons at Keystone #1819. From watching the snow fall while relaxing in the hot tub to making a meal in the beautiful kitchen while the fire place roared, we had the best experience and can't wait to come back in 2023. We appreciated the many pots and pans in the kitchen and the spacious fridge. We have severe food allergies so this kitchen was a life-saver in allowing us to cook meals just like we were at home. The ski locker was great for ski storage and the deep bathtub was nice for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The keypad entry was great, we never had to worry about losing or forgetting our keys. The Smart TVs were perfect for unwinding in the evening with access to many popular apps. A washer and dryer rounded out our great experience by allowing us to pack less clothing overall. What a perfect stay, we will be back! Thank you!

The beautiful kitchen is ruined by the fact that the sinks faucet is broken. The button that switches the water flow from wide-spray to stream is gone and it's stuck on wide-spray which splatters all over you and the counter and anything on it anytime you put anything under the water. Also the hot water knob is defective, it spins round and round and you have to manually put it where it's off, it doesn't just stop as it should. It's cheap, annoying, sloppy and disrespectful to leave it like that for guests that pay a lot of money for a fully functioning kitchen. Half the time I would walk to the bathroom to use the sink because it worked right.
Also there was long hairs from the previous guest in the bathroom, the comforter was not washed and still had what appeared to be crusty sex stains on it. The blankets underneath were cheap and also appeared to be unwashed. So we removed them and we had to buy a new blanket ourselves to get a clean one, luckily we were going to Wal Mart anyway and they had an acceptable cheap one.
The parking is horrible. It's made for compact cars when most people that come there have bigger trucks. You can barely fit a truck in and then you can't open your doors all the way or you bash the vehicle next to you so you have to squeeze out of a partially opened door sometimes while in ski or snowboard gear.
The shower only has half a door. Who's dumb idea was this? It lets the cold air right in and its uncomfortable as **** and lets water splatter all over the floor in the bathroom The fancy half-door just sacrifices function for looks and its ridiculous. No one wants to go on ski vacation and not even be able to get a decent comfortable shower. The guest experience is definitely not the owners or property manager's top priority here, to put it mildly. The hot tub was nice, the fireplace too, but with all the issues I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone, quite the opposite, my advice: Avoid.

Very nice stay in overal but had problems with heating. We were in mid of September with outside temp low as 45F. If we close doors and windows, indoor temp was rising to 80F. Both thermostats were shut down but still, I don't know where the heat was coming from. Before going to bed, we would open doors and windows to lower temp but if we would keep them close overnight, in the morning room temp would be 77-80F. Second night we had to leave bedroom window open thru all the night to keep room below 70F for a nice sleep. But we were on ground floor and didn't feel safe like that.
Otherwise heating problems, all good. We would come back in this community.

Located on a ridge overlooking the Snake River and nestled amidst lodgepole pines, this clean and modern condo was ideal for a work-play getaway. Within walking distance is the Keystone Lodge and Lake with restaurants, boating and shopping. The Keystone bike trail is 25 feet from the front door. Two highly acclaimed golf courses within 1 mile. The condo is comfortable with a kitchen stocked with everything one needs to cook a meal.

Convenient to the ski slopes. No stairs to drag luggage up (which is good). Modern bathroom. Nice hot tub. Two TVs. Small bedroom with no drawers and little storage. Cleaners need to check deck as it had a bucket of beers cans and bottles. Mismatched silverware. Would be helpful to have a snow shovel and broom. We would stay again.

We apologize that our housekeeping team missed the trash on the deck. Our staff generally does a great job when it comes to maintaining our properties and preparing the rooms for upcoming guests, so it is strange that this happened. Sometimes the owner of the condo will supply additional silverware or items in conjunction with what our company stocks in the unit, which may account for the mismatched silverware. The unit should have had a broom in a closet, so we apologize for this oversight and we will schedule the delivery of a broom/dust pan. We appreciate our guests and recognize there are many options in the marketplace.

Each property should be provided with 1 fan in each bedroom closet. We sent an inspector out to the unit once we received your review and it was confirmed that there was one fan in the closet of the bedroom. Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. I always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off. We hope to host you again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at the seasons at keystone. We used the washer and dryer, the jacuzzi and the entire kitchen with no issues at all . it is very near to frisco town and to the restaurants of keystone ski resorts. We had free parking every night and everything was as expected ! Highly recomend

This condo was very nice! It was very clean, and we enjoyed the decorating style. My only suggestion is to replace the pots and pans, they are extremely worn and not useable. Everything else was great, the hot tub and patio furnature was a great addition.

Everything was spacious enough. Everything was clean and tidy inside. I would rent again. Needs only some Tupperware dishes for leftovers or Saran Wrap.
We had to call for ice removal so we could safely get to the hot tub; maintenance was super nice and helpful.

Everything about this stay was top notch. From communication, to amenities, cleanliness and follow up. My partner is very sensitive to smells and dust and he was thrilled with the quality of cleanliness of the unit. There were no surprises and everything was just as described and shown. We were so very happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for making this stay so wonderful and comfortable. The location was a comfortable median between keystone and breck and we loved being away from the towns to enjoy the peace and quiet, but it was still very easy to get to both towns. Management was very good at checking in and making sure everything was up to par, and all instructions were easy to follow and clear.
